Το Bruma Residence είναι μια πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και όμορφα διακοσμημένη βίλα τεσσάρων υπνοδωματίων, που βρίσκεται σε μια βολική περιοχή κοντά στα σημαντικότερα αξιοθέατα της Ζακύνθου. Με εύκολη πρόσβαση στον Λαγανά, την πόλη της Ζακύνθου, το αεροδρόμιο, μπορεί να αποτελέσει την ιδανική βάση για να εξερευνήσετε. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 10 άτομα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο προσφέροντας δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης, εξωτερική πισίνα με παιδική πισίνα, όμορφο κήπο, μπάρμπεκιου, κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, σαλόνι και όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις για να καλύψετε τις ανάγκες σας.

Το Residence είναι μια μοντέρνα διώροφη μεζονέτα 200m2 με μια νότα πολυτέλειας και απόλυτης ιδιωτικότητας. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες και παρέες φίλων. Εκεί θα απολαύσετε την απόλυτη ελληνική φιλοξενία και μπορείτε να κακομάθετε με τις διακοπές των ονείρων σας!

Διαθέτει πέντε υπνοδωμάτια, 3 μπάνια, σαλόνι με τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα, δωμάτιο γραφείου, ιδιωτική πισίνα με παιδική πισίνα, χώρο στάθμευσης, μπάρμπεκιου με τραπέζι φαγητού και αρκετούς υπαίθριους χώρους καθιστικού. Είναι μια όμορφη διώροφη μεζονέτα με ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα στη λεπτομέρεια και πολυτελείς πινελιές. Κατά την άφιξή σας θα βρείτε ένα πλούσιο πακέτο καλωσορίσματος που περιλαμβάνει φρέσκα προϊόντα από τον κήπο. Κάθε δωμάτιο έχει τη δική του δορυφορική τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, πολυτελή λευκά είδη, πετσέτες, μπουρνούζια και παντόφλες, wifi και κλιματισμό. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με όλες τις σύγχρονες συσκευές, όπως ψυγείο, φούρνο/κουζίνα, καφετιέρα, ηλεκτρικό βραστήρα, τοστιέρα και φούρνο μικροκυμάτων. We have just ended a weeks holiday at Bruma Residence. It was a luxury and spacious villa. The host Gina was available every day to clean and told us where to go and what to do. Dennis Taverna was lovely, we arrived late on our first night and went there, outside eating and amazing food. It is away from the main tourist areas of Laganas and Zakynthos Town and so very authentic. We went to the Turtle Island on a boat trip from Keri and this was really good value for money. Only 15 Euro’s for adults and half for children we saw caves and swam at the caves as well as seeing turtles. We went on the tourist train around Zakynthos Town and visited Laganas - Laganas is very busy with lots of bars and clubs and restaurants. Zakynthos Town less busy but equally lots to do. The villa pool is spotlessly clean and our party (four adults and four children) spent half of almost every day playing in the pool and lounging around the beautifully landscaped gardens. We hired a car which meant we could zip about the island easily but as it is a small island you could manage with taxis - most journeys we did were 15 mins from villa (Zakynthos Town / Keri / Dennis Taverna). One day we drove slightly further - 30 minutes to Banana Beach where the sands are more pleasant and less gritty and there are Watersports and beach bars. Zante is beautiful with lots to do and Bruma Residence is the perfect home from home. We arrived to supplies of milk and bread and coffee and we were given fresh fruit. We were looked after almost like a hotel without the nuisance of noise and hundreds of people! Totally recommend for families and groups.

I visited the villa as part of a family of 4. The villa was beyond our expectations, with spacious rooms and a well-maintained outdoor area. The decor was modern and the villa was kept very clean. Gina (the owner) provided us with an extensive welcome pack, which contained plenty of food staples and fresh produce. The attention to detail in the villa and modern amenities (including fast WiFi) made it feel like home. Gina was easy to contact, if we needed anything. The villa is in a peaceful village, but is just a short drive away from the airport and nearby towns. I would highly recommend this villa to people visiting Zakynthos.

Superb

We loved the swimming pool and the house. The owner was very polite and helpful with any request that we had. The property was very clean and the kitchen had a full welcome pack with everything you need to start up your holidays.

Amazing week

Fantastisch verblijf gehad!

Onze gastvrouw gina was echt een superhost. Je kon alles aan haar vragen en ze regelde het! Het huis was superschoon en lag dicht bij een supermarkt. Het zwembad werd elke dag net als het hele huis schoongemaakt :) We hebben een toptijd gehad hier!

Geweldige service van de eigenaresse Gina. Wij kwamen best laat aan en hadden nog niets gegeten. Gina had al van alles in huis gehaald. Er was ook lekker veel fruit aanwezig. Zij kan overal voor zorgen, zolang je het maar vraagt. De man van Gina hielp…
Geweldige service van de eigenaresse Gina. Wij kwamen best laat aan en hadden nog niets gegeten. Gina had al van alles in huis gehaald. Er was ook lekker veel fruit aanwezig. Zij kan overal voor zorgen, zolang je het maar vraagt. De man van Gina hielp mee met het aanmaken van de barbeque. Hij stelde zelfs voor alles te bereiden indien wij dat wilde. Je voelt je ook erg veilig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
