Το Akemi Luxury Villa Zante έχει χωρητικότητα 8 ατόμων που σίγουρα θα εκτιμήσουν τον μοντέρνο σχεδιασμό και τους λειτουργικούς χώρους διαβίωσης.

Η είσοδος του Akemi Luxury Villa Zante βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία με τραπέζι και καρέκλες, ωραίο σαλόνι, αίθριο και υπνοδωμάτιο.

Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχουν τρία ακόμη υπνοδωμάτια (ένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο), ένα ακόμη μπάνιο και ένα εσωτερικό μπαλκόνι με γραφείο. Η πολυτελής βίλα Akemi διαθέτει υπόγειο εξοπλισμένο με γυμναστήριο και μπάνιο, καθώς και άνετο lounge στη σοφίτα. Αυτό που αγαπούν περισσότερο οι επισκέπτες μας είναι ο εξωτερικός χώρος της βίλας, η οποία διαθέτει πισίνα υπερχείλισης περιτριγυρισμένη από έναν πολύχρωμο κήπο με εκπληκτική θέα στο καταγάλανο του Ιονίου πελάγους. Amazing Villa on the island of Zakynthos, well located in a quiet zone of Planos which is part of Tsilivi. The villa is well equiped for around 8 persons (4 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms). The interior design is modern, the pictures presented on booking platforms are real. The most special are the hosts, Stratos and his wife were from arriving until the end always present (own bar in Planos, also worth to visit -> sunset boulevard) if we had a need or wish or where just seeking information about our stay. Both are locals, very kind and extremely helpful. At Welcome the expected us with a nice pasta already prepared to eat. I would at anytime recommend this villa!

I'm originally from this island and haven't been there in 28 years so of course I was going to be skeptical because vacation rentals wasn't really a thing back then. We needed a ride from the port to the house and Strato arranged for a van to pick us up literally at the steps of the ferry boat. Strato's wife was at the door waiting for us when we arrived. They both answered every single question we had at any time. They own a bar down the street from the house and we went quite a few times because their hospitality isn't just for the villa we rented from them; it carried on to their business that they also take great pride in. We moved to a smaller villa halfway through our trip because one of our group left back to the states. And even then, we needed a ride to the airport and sure enough, Strato arranged one for us even though we were no longer staying in their house. The pictures don't do this place any justice. The owners of the Villa and their team made out stay quite simply the best holiday we have ever had.

The pool was easily big enough for all 7 of us to go in it at the same time. We felt safe and secure in the property as the location was secluded but still only a 5 min walk in to the resort. Quite simply if you book up this villa for your holiday you will not be disappointed.

We really had a good time with the family

The house provides everything you need for a great holiday and the owners are kind and willing to help. It's close to the beach and the restaurants but still gives you the privacy.

A really great villa, which is well laid out and really well equipped with great sea views and within easy walking distance to the local town, or if you don't want to leave the luxury of the Villa, had many local restaurants that will deliver to the Villa. We had hired a car but if you intend staying local to the area, one isn't really needed and the owner even offers to shuttle you to/from the airport (20 min drive). We were also really pleasantly surprised by how well provided we were by the welcome pack and at the efficiency of the cleaning and pool maintenance (always crystal clear) through out our stay. The WiFi isn't that great but then that's a problem that affects the whole island, and there is a 20 meter up hill stretch when walking to the villa that's quite steep (especially after a few Peaky Blinder cocktails - a speciality of a local bar) but other than that, its a great place to holiday.
