Villa Lanes Zante - With every comfort taken care of and first-class facilities, Villa Lanes Zante (370m2) makes a beautiful backdrop to a fantastic holiday. Set on a quiet spot in Laganas Bay Beach on the island’s south-facing sandy coast, Villa Lanes Zante is a contemporary private villa with elegant decoration, built with the finest materials on one level.

The luxurious indoor flows effortlessly to the outdoor, with every room having direct access to the stylish garden (1800m2), allowing you to make the most of the warm and pleasant climate. In the center of the garden, a spectacular swimming pool of 90m2 is there to offer you moments of cool and relaxation.

The Villa’s hosts, living in a separate close-by house, will be always at your disposal to satisfy your wishes for any additional amenity you might desire and to offer you tips about the area and the island. Villa Lanes Zante is ideal for a big family or for a company of friends offering four bedrooms and extra sofas that can accommodate ten guests.

This villa is just as beautiful and luxurious as it appears in the pictures. 6 of us stayed here for a week for my partner’s birthday and we had a fantastic time. The owners couldn’t have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Everything was maintained beautifully and with a cleaner coming in every day, you get many of the services you’d expect from a really good hotel. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be staying at the villa again.

So what can we say about our holiday? Well it was beyond expectations! How couldn’t it be with the sweet Nana & Yannis as our hosts? Just arrived at the villa, Nana & Yannis gave us a warm welcome and explained the ins and outs of the house…
So what can we say about our holiday? Well it was beyond expectations! How couldn’t it be with the sweet Nana & Yannis as our hosts? Just arrived at the villa, Nana & Yannis gave us a warm welcome and explained the ins and outs of the house. During our holidays we’ve had some trouble and they were always there to help us out and comfort us with delicious food as salads, vegetables and pies. We’ve never experienced such loving, caring and kind hearted people as Yannis & Nana during our whole Airbnb historie. So with pain in our heart, we’ve been heading back home to the Netherlands. Home is where the heart is and the Villa felt like home. We can’t thank you enough for making our stay unforgettable!

Quelle villa exceptionnelle! Elle offre un standing très élevé pour un rapport qualité-prix incroyable. Elle est belle et propose un mobilier confortable et design. La villa est spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est immense, les jardins et la terrasse l'entourant offrent une aire de repos magnifique. La table de ping-pong, les vélos, le hamac, les confortables chaises longues sont autant de plus-value. En séjournant à la Villa, vous choisissez un lieu au calme, tout en étant à deux pas de l'animation de Laganas, à deux foulées de belles plages de sable, à quelques kilomètres des magnifiques criques de l'est et à quelques kilomètres également du coeur de la belle ville de Zakynthos. L'accueil de Nana et Yannis est sans pareil. Ils nous ont marqué par leur générosité et leur souci de faire de notre séjour un moment inoubliable. Chère Nana, Cher Yannis, nous espérons que beaucoup d'autres hôtes puissent faire votre connaissance et avoir la chance de séjourner dans votre Villa, sortie tout droit d'un conte de fées.

The villa exceeded our expectations with beautiful artwork, spacious bedrooms and a large pool. The lovely hosts, Yannis and Nana, go out of their way to make you feel welcome - transport to and from the airport was arranged for us, Nana brought wonderful food over and Yannis and Dionysis, his son checked on us frequently to make sure all was ok. This was Greek hospitality at its absolute best. There are plenty of beaches to drive to and Yannis helped us arrange a car and also advised on what ended up being the most wonderful restaurant of our stay - please take his suggestions! Do not hesitate to stay here, you will not be disappointed, this is a 5 star villa in every way. See you again I hope very soon

We have just had an amazing holiday at this villa. The owner Ioannis and his wife Nana are so friendly and made us very welcome. The accommodation is perfect for a large group or family. The interior, beautiful throughout (just like the photos) - attention paid to every little detail (loved the paintings done by Nana). Bedrooms (4) - spacious with lots of storage, comfortable beds and air conditioning. Bathrooms (3) - towels & hairdryer provided. Kitchen well equipped with all the gadgets. Outside Utility room with washer, dryer ironing board etc. Living area - huge with lovely comfy seating and a flat screen TV. Outside seating area with large dining area. Cleaner came in every day. The pool is spotlessly clean and surrounded by beautiful, well kept gardens. Secure entry - automatic gates to the property. Ioannis even provided a couple of bikes which came in handy to nip to the supermarket. The villa is in a busy resort, near enough to walk to restaurants and bars, but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time relaxing at the pool. Would recommend - Fantastic! Yamas Ioannis x

I've just been there with my mates (we were 10) for my friend's bachelor party. We've staid 5 nights. When I've seen the photos I was wondering to not be true but when we arrived we couldn't believe how amazing is the place: very nice architecture, swimming pool, place for barbeque, ping-pong table, the house very spacious and welcoming feeling, the landlord always ready to help with advices and with whatever we needed. The cleaner came every day. Our holiday it was perfect but most of it because the accomodation. I definitely recommend it and I'm planning to go back soon. After our checkout the landlord offered to keep my laguage until my flight time and like this I had an opportunity to enjoy another day on the beach and sunshine as in London we don't have to often Very pleased with everything.

We chose this villa for our first family holiday in Greece because the photos looked impressive and to be honest, it was every bit as lovely as we had hoped. There were 9 of us staying (7 adults + 2 kids) and this place is spacious and very well equipped. It's really was like staying at a hotel with good size rooms, all bedding and linen provided (bath and beach towels), daily cleaning service, house slippers, robes and toiletries. The villa has a well equipped kitchen for any cooking you might want to do and the pool was great, although a little cold. The location itself is not necessarily perfect and it's near what seems like a 'party area', however it's off the main road so there isn't too much noise, except for the roosters in the area. We had a car so mainly drove around and didn't really walk around the area. The owner lives next door and is excellent. He was welcoming, friendly and came to check up if we needed anything. For my mums birthday he even left a birthday cake for her which was completely unexpected and it's touches like this that made our stay here amazing. The only thing I would point out is that this place isn't the most child friendly in that there are lots of 'decorations' for kids to grab at and potentially break. The staircase going up to a small lounge area is also quite dangerous and there is no pool fencing. So certainly not a place you want to just leave young kids unsupervised.

Such beautiful villa. The owners were so welcoming and hospitable, and always on the end of the phone if we needed help with anything in the villa or advice on the local area. The villa is close enough to the town to enjoy all the bars, restaurants, beach and water sports facilites, yet far enough out of the centre to enjoy some peace and quiet in the beautiful garden and the crystal clean pool. We all hope to return one day!
