Το Liuba Houses, το οικογενειακά διοικούμενο συγκρότημα εξοχικών σπιτιών, βρίσκεται στον Βασιλικό, ένα όμορφο χωριό στο νοτιοανατολικό τμήμα της Ζακύνθου στην Ελλάδα. Το συγκρότημα αποτελείται από τέσσερις εξοχικές κατοικίες 2 υπνοδωματίων, μία μεζονέτα με νεόδμητη ιδιωτική πισίνα και δύο εξοχικές κατοικίες 2 υπνοδωματίων με ιδιωτική πισίνα, όλες χτισμένες σύμφωνα με την παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική και με ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα στην κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Και οι επτά κατοικίες του συγκροτήματος είναι ανεξάρτητες και διαθέτουν ιδιωτικούς κήπους και βεράντες.

Τα Σπίτια λειτουργούν από την οικογένεια από το 1986, με πολλή αφοσίωση και φροντίδα στις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών. Τα Liuba Houses είναι ιδανικά για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια που αναζητούν ήρεμες και χωρίς άγχος διακοπές μέσα στη φύση και κοντά στην παραλία.

Agathi House, η πέτρινη μεζονέτα ενός υπνοδωματίου 50 τ.μ. διαθέτει νεόδμητη ιδιωτική πισίνα (θα ολοκληρωθεί την άνοιξη του 2017) και βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο επίπεδο ενός καταπράσινου λόφου και έχει θέα στο γύρω βουνά και θάλασσα. Αυτή η μεζονέτα είναι κατάλληλη για 2 ενήλικες + 2 παιδιά. Η μεζονέτα Αγκάθι προσφέρει ένα κλιματιζόμενο υπνοδωμάτιο που βρίσκεται στο επάνω επίπεδο με ένα queen size και ένα μονό κρεβάτι καθώς και μια επιπλωμένη βεράντα. Στο ισόγειο, η μεζονέτα διαθέτει ενιαίο σαλόνι με καναπέ-κρεβάτι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, με τραπεζαρία και ένα μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα. Το Agathi House ανοίγει σε μια μεγάλη επιπλωμένη μπροστινή βεράντα, που οδηγεί επίσης στον κήπο όπου προσφέρονται ξαπλώστρες στους επισκέπτες μας.

A restful, tranquil stay with a large degree of privacy!

The location is lovely with open countryside and distant sea views. The little houses are full of rustic charm and set a distance apart to maintain privacy. The shower was separate and enclosed within the bathroom so floor stayed dry. The 1.5m deep pools…

The shower was separate and enclosed within the bathroom so floor stayed dry. The 1.5m deep pools are very well maintained and super clean. Large paved area around pool for sunbathing. Gerakas beach is walkable not too busy especially in the morning. Other beaches not too far. Plenty of tavernas and mini market/bakery within walking distance. Georgios is an excellent host and showed us around the area on arrival. He was there to help if needed.

A relaxing week at Liuba!

Peaceful location, excellent host & high standards of cleanliness. Our little house was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. A problem with the air con was fixed quickly after we reported it.

Everything was absolutely perfect, we had very good vacation) George - the host - was friendly, helpful and veeeeery hospitable. He met us, made a useful tour of what we have in the district, also helped us with a rent of a car for a couple of days…

He met us, made a useful tour of what we have in the district, also helped us with a rent of a car for a couple of days. As a small present George left for us a few bottles of water and some nuts which was very welcoming as we arrived late. Location is perfect, close to several local beaches and taverns. Very nice and quiet place where you can run away from a big city life. The rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday. Every day George asked us if everything is ok and worried about our comfort stay. Definitely stay here again! 10 out of 10! Thank you!
