Η βίλα Κ3 στο Arismari Villas είναι μια πολυτελής ενοικίαση βίλας με 4 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η βίλα Κ3 βρίσκεται νότια των Βιλών Αρισμαρί. Το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού είναι επιπλωμένο με ελαφριά υφάσματα και χρώματα που μεγιστοποιούν την επίδραση της γύρω φύσης και αγκαλιάζουν τη θέα στη θάλασσα.

Η βίλα Κ3 έχει δύο ορόφους και μια ευρύχωρη σοφίτα. Ο πρώτος όροφος περιλαμβάνει δύο τεράστια υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικά μπάνια. Ο δεύτερος όροφος περιλαμβάνει κουζίνα, σαλόνι και κοινό μπάνιο. Η σοφίτα περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικά μπάνια που προσφέρουν εκπληκτική θέα στο Ιόνιο πέλαγος.

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι μια τεράστια αυλή χτισμένη ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα. Περιλαμβάνει όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για να απολαύσετε και να χαλαρώσετε κατά τη διαμονή σας στη Βίλα Αρισμαρί. Η πιο σημαντική εγκατάσταση του τόπου είναι μια μεγάλη άπειρη πισίνα όπου μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε ενώ κοιτάζοντας τη θάλασσα συναντά τον ορίζοντα. Luxurious Romantic Villa with Majestic Oceanview!

Wow, wow, wow! Where to begin! My goodness! My husband and I just returned from a week at this villa. The villa is truly a luxurious dream, perfect for the ultimate romantic getaway. The villa is spacious and furnished with modern sophistication and decor. I have been to many other luxury properties, but what distinguishes this villa for me, is not only that it has all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and intimate experience, but that it came with special touches throughout such as 5-star hotel quality extra touches such as bathrobes, toothbrushes, shampoo, body cream, body wash, daily cleaning service, swimming pool service, laundry service (if requested), gorgeous backyard oasis and unparalleled ocean view. I can confirm that all the pictures are accurate, however, they don’t do true justice to the spectacular nature of the villa. You are definitely hit with the WOW factor as soon as you are standing in front of that magnificent ocean view from all the rooms in the villa, whether having breakfast in the second level balcony, or from the balcony in the third level bedrooms, or enjoying the voluptuous backyard with its private (unheated) pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen/pizza oven, multiple lounging chairs placed throughout, hammock, double hanging swing lounges and backyard access to the turquoise-blue ocean via a path down the cliffs. The villa consists of two bedrooms on the first level with direct access to the backyard/pool; each bedroom has two twin beds and each has its own ensuite bathroom. The second level consists of living room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and balcony facing the ocean with a dining table for 8 people. The third level consists of two bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom, sharing a balcony with a spectacular ocean view. The Wi-Fi signal was consistently strong throughout our stay. There is satellite in the villa with various international channels, and most were international news networks with some English channels. This is definitely a special diamond finding for couples and/or families looking for romantic modern amenities, privacy and tranquility in beautiful Zante. Communication with our hostess, Spyridoula, was prompt and seamless. She was wonderfully attentive and made our stay very special. Our flight from Athens arrived in Zakynthos around 7:30 PM. We had made arrangements for a car rental that we picked up at the airport. She was also very sweet and helped us find a private boat tour to the caves and the shipwreck, since most boats/tours do not operate in the off-season. I cannot express enough how impressed and touched my husband and I were with Spyridoula’s superb hospitality and sweet attentiveness. The Villa is located in Porto Roma, in Vasilikos town, which is about 30 minutes from the towns of Zakynthos (Zante) and Laganas and about 40 minutes from the town of Tsilivi. It is about 1 hour from Porto Vromi, which is where tour boats to the caves and shipwreck operate from. Since we rented a car, we would explore the island during the day and drive to Zante Town in the evenings to dine. We loved loved loved staying at the villa with its spectacular ocean view and enjoying the scenic views every time we drove to Zante town, which is where the stores and restaurants were open during this time of the year. I can’t wait to come back with my friends and family. We unreservedly recommend this gorgeous luxurious villas to couples looking for the ultimate romantic, relaxing and intimate getaway and to those looking for a modern luxurious place for their big families or group of friends. Trust me, you, your significant other, and/or your whole family and friends will LOVE it!!

There was nothing lacking there, everything we needed. Coffee machine, ice maker and cool water from the fridge, wine cooler. Dishwasher, washing machine. Plenty of space, en-suite to all bedrooms, dressing area to all bedrooms too as well as beautiful bathrooms. Outside was stunning! An infinity pool. Hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bbq, pizza oven, places to relax and all very nicely done out. A lovely welcome package of fruit and wine and goodies for when we arrived. The owner brought round a bottle of Prosecco later in the week to celebrate my birthday. So kind and thoughtful. Just Perfect!

A 10 is not enough..

The villa, location, garden, pool, just everything was perfect. Spyridoula was a great host and took care of us when needed. Everyday she checked if we need anything, she arranged our first needs up on arrival like some food and drinks as we arrived…
The villa, location, garden, pool, just everything was perfect. Spyridoula was a great host and took care of us when needed. Everyday she checked if we need anything, she arranged our first needs up on arrival like some food and drinks as we arrived late on saturday. The transfer to and from the airport was great, we felt like vips. Every day the villa is cleaned by two very kind and polite ladies. They did a great job, they were there without getting noticed and worked hard. Every second day they put clean sheets on the beds. Just perfect. The beautiful garden is getting done every morning and you can see that. Its a picture to see with a lot of different places to sit and enjoy the view. The gardenman is very friendly as well and understands his job very well. I can recommend the villa to everybody, but i have to warn you as well: its a golden cage you dont want to leave anymore. No such perfect seaview while dining or having breakfast. No such sunset from your own terrace. No better place to drink your coffee, wine or beer then in this garden which is beautiful enlighted during the evening and night. Oh, and this infinitypool.. It is the first time that i think a 10 is not enough for this place and people.

The villa was absolutely beautiful, easy to access. Lots of communication. Would be great if wood was supplied for the pizza oven only thing i could suggest, although we could have asked. Everything you need is provided. Cleaners arrived early. Towels…
