Arismari Villas Zante is located in the southeastern corner of Zakynthos and offers a spectacular view of the Peloponnese. They were built by local craftsmen using materials, and more particular stones, from the near vicinity.

Villa K3 at Arismari Villas is a luxury villa rental with 4 bedrooms and a private pool. Villa K3 is southern of the Arismari Villas. The interior of the house is furnished with light textiles and colours maximizing the effect of the surrounding nature and embracing the sea view.

Villa K3 has two floors and a spacious loft. The first floor includes two huge bedrooms with private bathrooms. The second floor includes a kitchen, a living room and a common bathroom. The loft includes two bedrooms with private bathrooms offering an amazing view of the Ionian sea.

The outdoor space is a huge yard built just upon the sea. It includes everything you need to enjoy and relax during your stay in Arismari Villa. The most significant facility of the place is a large infinite swimming pool where you can relax while gazing at the sea meets the horizon. Nearby you will also find a BBQ in case you would like to just spend a full day in the Villa, relax, dream, swim, cook, eat, sleep.

Impeccable stay!

The holiday was splendid and the villa K3 equally splendid, comfortable and of the highest level. All the staff were very professional and the welcome and assistance during the stay was impeccable, thanks to Spyridoula.

Amazing villa

Great villa, incredibly stylish and clean. Modern but with a rustic Greek twist. Just what we were looking for. Private pool, hot tub and outdoor BBQ were perfect. Great view of the ocean from the villa. Quiet location for ultimate peace with a few restaurants…

Perfect holiday in Zakynthos

A 10 is not enough..

The villa, location, garden, pool, just everything was perfect. Spyridoula was a great host and took care of us when needed. Everyday she checked if we need anything, she arranged our first needs up on arrival like some food and drinks as we arrived…
The villa, location, garden, pool, just everything was perfect. Spyridoula was a great host and took care of us when needed. Everyday she checked if we need anything, she arranged our first needs up on arrival like some food and drinks as we arrived late on saturday. The transfer to and from the airport was great, we felt like vips. Every day the villa is cleaned by two very kind and polite ladies. They did a great job, they were there without getting noticed and worked hard. Every second day they put clean sheets on the beds. Just perfect. The beautiful garden is getting done every morning and you can see that. Its a picture to see with a lot of different places to sit and enjoy the view. The gardenman is very friendly as well and understands his job very well. I can recommend the villa to everybody, but i have to warn you as well: its a golden cage you dont want to leave anymore. No such perfect seaview while dining or having breakfast. No such sunset from your own terrace. No better place to drink your coffee, wine or beer then in this garden which is beautiful enlighted during the evening and night. Oh, and this infinitypool.. It is the first time that i think a 10 is not enough for this place and people.

Luxurious Romantic Villa with Majestic Oceanview!

Wow, wow, wow! Where to begin! My goodness! My husband and I just returned from a week at Arismari Luxury Villas in Zakynthos, Greece. There are two sister villas, Arismari K1 and Arismari K3. We stayed in Arismari Luxury Villa K1. We were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and decided to do a week in Athens and a week in Zakynthos. We stayed from November 2-9. The ‘luxury’ portion of the villa’s name is not pretentious at all; the villa is truly a luxurious dream, perfect for the ultimate romantic getaway. The name Arismari Luxury Villas is definitely accurate. Villa K1 is spacious and furnished with modern sophistication and decor. I have been to many other luxury properties, but what distinguishes Arismari for me, is not only that it has all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and intimate experience, but that it came with special touches throughout such as 5-star hotel quality extra touches such as bathrobes, toothbrushes, shampoo, body cream, body wash, daily cleaning service, swimming pool service, laundry service (if requested), gorgeous backyard oasis and unparalleled ocean view. I can confirm that all the pictures are accurate, however, they don’t do true justice to the spectacular nature of the villa. You are definitely hit with the WOW factor as soon as you are standing in front of that magnificent ocean view from all the rooms in the villa, whether having breakfast in the second level balcony, or from the balcony in the third level bedrooms, or enjoying the voluptuous backyard with its private (unheated) pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen/pizza oven, multiple lounging chairs placed throughout, hammock, double hanging swing lounges and backyard access to the turquoise-blue ocean via a path down the cliffs. The villa consists of two bedrooms on the first level with direct access to the backyard/pool; each bedroom has two twin beds and each has its own ensuite bathroom. The second level consists of living room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and balcony facing the ocean with a dining table for 8 people. The third level consists of two bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom, sharing a balcony with a spectacular ocean view. One of the many things that I loved is that there are multiple electric sockets in all the rooms in the villa. It really was electric sockets galore. I loved it that we were able to have our cellphones and laptops charging near us wherever we were hanging out in the villa. It has been my past experience in hotels and other Airbnb’s that electric sockets tend to be limited and my family has struggled in the past sharing the limited sockets to charge everyone’s multiple electronics, but that wouldn’t be a problem at all at Arismari; I brought three travel adapters/converters and made well use of them. The Wi-Fi signal was consistently strong throughout our stay. There is satellite in the villa with various international channels, and most were international news networks with some English channels; however, that didn’t faze us since I’m in the habit of bringing my laptop in all my travels to work/and or watch my local/favorite channels and streaming sites, and again, the Wi-Fi signal in the villa remained strong throughout our stay, so we used our laptop to watch our favorite shows without any problem. This is definitely a special diamond finding for couples and/or families looking for romantic modern amenities, privacy and tranquility in beautiful Zante. Communication with our hostess, Spyridoula, was prompt and seamless. She was wonderfully attentive and made our stay very special. Our flight from Athens arrived in Zakynthos around 7:30 PM. We had made arrangements for a car rental that we picked up at the airport. The Villa is located in Porto Roma, which is 30 minute drive from the airport. We bought an international Vodafone sim card at Athens International and used google maps in Zakynthos to make our way to the villa without a problem. My husband and I had concerns of finding open stores late in the evening since our stay was during the off-season and were planning to drop our luggage and run back out to find a supermarket, but upon our arrival we were wonderfully surprised to find that our hostess, Spyridoula - who was waiting for us to let us in and show us the villa - had gone grocery shopping for us and had bought milk, orange juice, apple juice, several bottles of water, bread, cereal, fruits, eggs, ham and cheese, a bottle of wine in the refrigerator, and had a pizza pie in the oven! We were blown away by such attentive and considerate gesture. A few days later, Spyridoula surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolates in honor of our wedding anniversary. She would text us asking us if everything was going well or if we needed anything. She was also very sweet and helped us find a private boat tour to the caves and the shipwreck, since most boats/tours do not operate in the off-season. I cannot express enough how impressed and touched my husband and I were with Spyridoula’s superb hospitality and sweet attentiveness. The Villas are located in Porto Roma, in Vasilikos town, which is about 30 minutes from the towns of Zakynthos (Zante) and Laganas and about 40 minutes from the town of Tsilivi. It is about 1 hour from Porto Vromi, which is where tour boats to the caves and shipwreck operate from. Since we rented a car, we would explore the island during the day and drive to Zante Town in the evenings to dine. We loved loved loved staying at the villa with its spectacular ocean view and enjoying the scenic views every time we drove to Zante town, which is where the stores and restaurants were open during this time of the year. I can’t wait to come back with my friends and family to Arismari Luxury Villas. We unreservedly recommend this gorgeous luxurious villas to couples looking for the ultimate romantic, relaxing and intimate getaway and to those looking for a modern luxurious place for their big families or group of friends. Trust me, you, your significant other, and/or your whole family and friends will LOVE it!!
