Το κύριο κεντρικό περίπτερο είναι ένα ευρύ λειτουργικό δωμάτιο με ψηλό θολωτό ταβάνι με περίτεχνα πολυελαίους και ανεμιστήρες οροφής. Αυτό το ενιαίο δωμάτιο στεγάζει την πλήρως εξοπλισμένη δυτική κουζίνα. έναν άνετο χώρο καθιστικού και χαλάρωσης. η τραπεζαρία με τραπέζι φαγητού με καθίσματα για δώδεκα άτομα. και το πολυτελές σαλόνι με άνετους καναπέδες, καρέκλες και μεγάλη επιτοίχια τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης. Με επιπλέον τραπέζια και καρέκλες από την πισίνα sala, ο αριθμός του μπορεί να αυξηθεί σε είκοσι. Τα βήματα εκατέρωθεν οδηγούνται στο επόμενο επίπεδο. Κάτω από το κύριο σαλόνι, υπάρχουν τρία υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο που ολοκληρώνουν το κεντρικό περίπτερο. Μπροστά υπάρχει βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα και καθένα από αυτά τα πανομοιότυπα δωμάτια διαθέτει ενσωματωμένες ντουλάπες, τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, ψυγείο και θυρίδα ασφαλείας. Μια βαριά ξύλινη συρόμενη πόρτα ανοίγει για να αποκαλύψει τα υπέροχα ιδιωτικά μπάνια με καμπίνα ντους, διπλούς νιπτήρες και κομψά εφέ πλακιδίων. Κάθε ιδιωτικό μπάνιο οδηγεί επίσης σε μια ιδιωτική αυλή στον κήπο.

Καθένα από αυτά τα δωμάτια διαθέτει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και το καθένα έχει ξεχωριστό συνδυασμό χρωμάτων. Από το επίπεδο του υπνοδωματίου, τα σκαλοπάτια οδηγούν στο επίπεδο της πισίνας και στον κήπο. Στα αριστερά του ακινήτου, υπάρχει ένα άλλο περίπτερο που φιλοξενεί δύο ακόμη υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Και οι δύο αυτές σουίτες, που βρίσκονται η μία πάνω στην άλλη, είναι διαμορφωμένες με τον ίδιο τρόπο όπως το πρώτο υπνοδωμάτιο με γραφείο. ξεχωριστός χώρος γκαρνταρόμπας. διπλό κρεβάτι; και θέα μπάνιο. Το ένα διαθέτει μπανιέρα και ντους με βεράντα, ενώ το άλλο έχει μόνο καμπίνα ντους. Αυτά τα δωμάτια έχουν θέα στην πισίνα υπερχείλισης με την εκπληκτική θέα πέρα.

Η πισίνα υπερχείλισης κόβει την ανάσα, όχι μόνο λόγω του πώς η άκρη συγχωνεύεται αόρατα με τη θάλασσα, αλλά και λόγω της μεγάλης μεγαλοπρέπειας και του ασυνήθιστου σχήματος της. Αυτή η σάλα πισίνας διαθέτει ένα μπαρ δίπλα στην πισίνα, ένα μεγάλο τραπέζι φαγητού ,, και μια πλήρη κουζίνα με σχάρα. Τα εξωτερικά έπιπλα τραπεζαρίας από την πάνω βεράντα μπορούν να προστεθούν έτσι ώστε η σαλάτα να χωράει έως και είκοσι. Το δωμάτιο ανοίγει σε ένα καλά επιπλωμένο καθιστικό και υπνοδωμάτιο με καναπέ και κομψό κρεβάτι με ουρανό, το οποίο βρίσκεται απέναντι από τα μεγάλα παράθυρα. Πίσω από το κρεβάτι υπάρχει ξεχωριστός χώρος γκαρνταρόμπας και στο πιο απομακρυσμένο άκρο του δωματίου βρίσκεται το υπέροχο ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Δίδυμοι νιπτήρες αντιμετωπίζουν μια μεγάλη ανεξάρτητη μπανιέρα από βεράντα και πέρα ​​από αυτό είναι ένα ανοιχτό υγρό δωμάτιο με γωνιακό πέτρινο κάθισμα και τέσσερα ντους.

Amazing stay

Brilliant location and villa! Unlike other villas I stayed at in Samui, Jakawan is located 5 mins drive from the airport, is close to the beach and a 5 mins drive to chaweng. Villa is very well appointed and maintained and the pool is huge!

Amazing! The staff at the villa is absolutely amazing, the villa manager helped us to arrange yoga sessions, massages and even Thai boxing at the villa. The in-house chef is top notch and delivering amazing Thai food.

The villa is stunning, rooms are big, silent air con and Sonos system in the outdoor space. The in-house chef is a plus and is versatile with both Thai and Western food. Location and view is amazing.

Incredibly well located, 5 minutes from the airport, yet right over the hill so you never see or hear the incoming aircrafts. The view is unmatched. Full view of the bay, just north of chaweng. The villa includes a massive pool, all the rooms are large, and all include ensuite bathrooms, some of the rooms are tucked away to the sides in separate units, well suited for couples, you could consider them master bedrooms. The staff are all very attentive, caring, and friendly. They keep the place very well maintained, and will help you in arranging anything you may need, including transportation to and from places you want to visit, gyms etc. They have a chef who prepares meals for you (that is included), we found that it was a useful way to learn about thai cuisine, the cooking was great, and the menu was diverse over the course of the week. You can also plan these meals ahead with the GM and the chef, to cater exactly to your tastes, aversions and sensitivities. The villa is child friendly, with a few pool toys and sports balls, it is also fitted with a ping pong table, so the family ping pong feuds may continue. When the opportunity arrises, I hope to visit and stay here again, it was a wonderful week that ended too soon.

We spent 5 nights in this splendid house. Among all villas in Koh Samui we have chosen Jakawan because of the Thai style, and the view. And I have to say that we have not been disappointed at all. The swimming pool is also amazingly large proposing different areas for good swim, kids play and a nice access to the bar of the pool house. 7 large bedrooms with a splendid ocean view, all nicely decorated and well furnished. The living area is large and open, offering at breakfast an infinite view of the sea touching the sky (or vice versa) a gift from the sunrise every morning. The Jakawan team was just perfect, very discreet, they all took care of us as if we were VIPs whilst giving you the feeling that you are staying in your own home. The Chef is excellent and will delight you with a large choice of Thai style dishes, spicy as you like. I had many experiences of luxurious hotels in Thailand, and I have to say that Jakawan goes beyond that. You can enjoy whatever you want at any time, things as simple as the fact that the swimming pool does not close, you feel free, no other tourist around you... Jakawan becomes your home offering you a unique experience. The Villa is spread over several floors, just something to take into account in case you cannot move easily. But in our case my mother did not suffer from that as you have only few stairs between the various living areas.. If you travel as a group, of a large family this is a must do for a price slightly higher than a luxurious hotel. Last but not least, we booked via Luxury Villas & Homes Vacation Rentals and just have to say that they were very reactive providing information, from the very first contact until our arrival. Thanks Poy. Jakawan was just Perfect, I know that we will do it again. Thank you Nat, thank you all (The Big Familly)

Stunning views from the villa and pure luxury. Food was delicious, and the chef will cater to any requirements and allergies. The staff are lovely - Nat does an amazing job making sure everyone is happy, and ensuring you have all you want and need. From fresh fruit shakes by the pool to a fantastic cake for my husband's birthday, we were very much taken care of. The pool is huge, and you don't need or want to leave! We've been twice now and loved it both times.
