Questa fenomenale villa rappresenta quanto Samui è arrivata in termini di innovazione architettonica, stile e raffinatezza. Eccezionalmente ben progettato, ogni pezzo di spazio ha una funzione e c'è una sorpresa dietro ogni angolo. Baan Jakawan Samui è una proprietà molto grande con sette camere da letto, ma è più di un'altra villa di lusso. Il pensiero e i dettagli che sono stati inseriti nel layout, non solo massimizzano le viste eccezionali, ma creano anche una casa che continua ad emozionarti e stupirti mentre cammini.

Baan Jakawan Samui si sposta alla tua sinistra quindi, mentre giri, la prima caratteristica è un grande posto auto coperto in stile Sala, e alla sinistra di quello c'è il vialetto per diverse auto. Davanti al vialetto c'è un'altra grande Sala, questa è allestita come una comoda e rilassante area lounge per godere della vista da una posizione così elevata. Ampi gradini conducono alla camera da letto sopra una terrazza lounge con punto panoramico coperto e giù al resto della proprietà. La camera da letto ha viste incredibili dai balconi nella parte anteriore e posteriore con vista sulle montagne lussureggianti dietro, vista sul mare su Choeng Mon a sinistra e una fantastica vista sul mare su Koh Matlang dritto davanti a sé. La camera è caratterizzata da un soffitto ad alta volta rivestito in legno con ventilatore a soffitto; mobili moderni ed eleganti, tra cui una scrivania e un'area lettura; un letto matrimoniale; una zona spogliatoio separata; e un bagno privato con vasca da bagno in terrazzo autoportante e cabina doccia. Come in tutte le altre camere, è presente la TV a schermo piatto, la cassaforte e l'aria condizionata su due livelli.

Il padiglione centrale principale è un'ampia sala funzionale con un alto soffitto a volta completo di lampadario decorato e ventilatori a soffitto. Questa stanza a pianta aperta ospita la cucina occidentale completamente attrezzata; una comoda zona salotto e relax; la zona pranzo completa di tavolo da pranzo con posti a sedere per dodici persone; e la lussuosa area lounge con comodi divani, sedie e una grande TV a schermo piatto a parete. Sul retro della stanza, le porte si aprono su un ponte che conduce a un giardino paesaggistico privato. Nella parte anteriore, c'è una parete di porte in vetro che si apre sull'enorme terrazza panoramica che ha comodi posti a sedere e un altro tavolo da pranzo per dieci persone. Con tavoli e sedie aggiuntivi dalla sala da biliardo, il suo numero può essere aumentato a venti. I gradini su entrambi i lati conducono al livello successivo. Sotto il soggiorno principale, ci sono tre camere da letto con bagno privato che completano il padiglione centrale. Una terrazza con vista sul mare attraversa la parte anteriore e ognuna di queste camere identiche dispone di armadi a muro, TV a schermo piatto, frigorifero e cassaforte. Una pesante porta scorrevole in legno si apre per rivelare gli squisiti bagni interni con docce walk-in, doppi lavandini ed eleganti effetti di piastrelle. Ogni bagno privato conduce anche in un cortile privato con giardino.

Ognuna di queste camere è dotata di due letti singoli e ognuna ha una combinazione di colori individuale. Dal livello della camera da letto, alcuni gradini conducono al livello della piscina e al giardino. Sulla sinistra della proprietà, c'è un ulteriore padiglione che ospita altre due camere da letto con bagno privato. Entrambe queste suite, disposte una sopra l'altra, hanno la stessa disposizione della prima camera da letto con scrivania; zona spogliatoio separata; letto matrimoniale; e bagno panoramico. Uno ha una vasca da bagno e doccia in terrazzo autoportante, l'altro ha solo una cabina doccia. Queste camere si affacciano sulla piscina a sfioro verso le viste straordinarie oltre.

La piscina a sfioro è mozzafiato, non solo per il modo in cui il bordo si fonde invisibilmente con il mare, ma anche per la sua magnificenza assoluta e la sua forma insolita. Questa sala da biliardo ha un bar sull'acqua, un grande tavolo da pranzo e una cucina completa con grill. I mobili da pranzo esterni dalla terrazza superiore possono essere aggiunti in modo che la sala possa ospitare fino a venti persone. Un corridoio privato vi guida nella stanza semicircolare che segue la forma della piscina sovrastante. La stanza si apre su un salottino ben arredato e una camera da letto con divano ed elegante letto a baldacchino posizionato di fronte alle ampie finestre. Dietro il letto c'è una zona spogliatoio separata e all'estremità più lontana della stanza c'è il sublime bagno privato. I due lavandini si affacciano su una grande vasca da bagno indipendente in terrazzo e oltre quella c'è una stanza bagnata aperta con un sedile angolare in pietra e quattro docce.

Con sette camere da letto e così tante aree private all'interno dei giardini lussureggianti, Baan Jakawan Samui è la villa perfetta da condividere con amici e famiglie. Ti consente di goderti la compagnia e comunque di fuggire nel tuo spazio ogni volta che ne hai bisogno. Se consideri la sistemazione disponibile qui, insieme alla splendida posizione con vista sul mare, questo è senza dubbio uno dei posti migliori in cui soggiornare a Samui.

Amazing stay

Brilliant location and villa! Unlike other villas I stayed at in Samui, Jakawan is located 5 mins drive from the airport, is close to the beach and a 5 mins drive to chaweng. Villa is very well appointed and maintained and the pool is huge!

Incredibly well located, 5 minutes from the airport, yet right over the hill so you never see or hear the incoming aircrafts. The view is unmatched. Full view of the bay, just north of chaweng. The villa includes a massive pool, all the rooms are large, and all include ensuite bathrooms, some of the rooms are tucked away to the sides in separate units, well suited for couples, you could consider them master bedrooms. The staff are all very attentive, caring, and friendly. They keep the place very well maintained, and will help you in arranging anything you may need, including transportation to and from places you want to visit, gyms etc. They have a chef who prepares meals for you (that is included), we found that it was a useful way to learn about thai cuisine, the cooking was great, and the menu was diverse over the course of the week. You can also plan these meals ahead with the GM and the chef, to cater exactly to your tastes, aversions and sensitivities. The villa is child friendly, with a few pool toys and sports balls, it is also fitted with a ping pong table, so the family ping pong feuds may continue. When the opportunity arrises, I hope to visit and stay here again, it was a wonderful week that ended too soon.

We spent 5 nights in this splendid house. Among all villas in Koh Samui we have chosen Jakawan because of the Thai style, and the view. And I have to say that we have not been disappointed at all. The swimming pool is also amazingly large proposing different areas for good swim, kids play and a nice access to the bar of the pool house. 7 large bedrooms with a splendid ocean view, all nicely decorated and well furnished. The living area is large and open, offering at breakfast an infinite view of the sea touching the sky (or vice versa) a gift from the sunrise every morning. The Jakawan team was just perfect, very discreet, they all took care of us as if we were VIPs whilst giving you the feeling that you are staying in your own home. The Chef is excellent and will delight you with a large choice of Thai style dishes, spicy as you like. I had many experiences of luxurious hotels in Thailand, and I have to say that Jakawan goes beyond that. You can enjoy whatever you want at any time, things as simple as the fact that the swimming pool does not close, you feel free, no other tourist around you... Jakawan becomes your home offering you a unique experience. The Villa is spread over several floors, just something to take into account in case you cannot move easily. But in our case my mother did not suffer from that as you have only few stairs between the various living areas.. If you travel as a group, of a large family this is a must do for a price slightly higher than a luxurious hotel. Last but not least, we booked via Luxury Villas & Homes Vacation Rentals and just have to say that they were very reactive providing information, from the very first contact until our arrival. The staff are lovely - Nat does an amazing job making sure everyone is happy, and ensuring you have all you want and need. From fresh fruit shakes by the pool to a fantastic cake for my husband's birthday, we were very much taken care of. The pool is huge, and you don't need or want to leave! We've been twice now and loved it both times.
