Diese phänomenale Villa zeigt, wie weit Samui in Bezug auf architektonische Innovation, Stil und Raffinesse gekommen ist. Außergewöhnlich gut gestaltet, jeder Platz hat eine Funktion und hinter jeder Ecke gibt es eine Überraschung. Baan Jakawan Samui ist ein sehr großes Anwesen mit sieben Schlafzimmern, aber es ist mehr als nur eine weitere High-End-Villa. Der Gedanke und die Details, die in das Layout eingeflossen sind, maximieren nicht nur die hervorragende Aussicht, sondern schaffen auch ein Zuhause, das Sie beim Herumlaufen immer wieder begeistert und in Erstaunen versetzt.

Baan Jakawan Samui schwenkt zu Ihrer Linken. Wenn Sie abbiegen, sehen Sie als erstes einen großen Carport im Sala-Stil, und links davon befindet sich die Auffahrt für mehrere Autos. Vor der Auffahrt befindet sich eine weitere große Sala, die als komfortabler und entspannender Loungebereich eingerichtet ist, um die Aussicht von einer so erhöhten Position aus zu genießen. Große Stufen führen zur Schlafzimmersuite über einer überdachten Lounge-Terrasse mit Aussichtspunkt und hinunter zum Rest des Anwesens. Die Schlafzimmersuite bietet eine unglaubliche Aussicht von den Balkonen vorne und hinten mit üppigem Bergblick hinten, Meerblick über Choeng Mon zur Linken und einen fantastischen Meerblick hinüber nach Koh Matlang geradeaus. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine hohe, holzverkleidete Decke mit einem Deckenventilator; stilvolle moderne Möbel, darunter ein Schreibtisch und eine Leseecke; ein Doppelbett; ein separater Ankleidebereich; und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit freistehender Terrazzo-Badewanne und ebenerdiger Dusche. Wie in allen anderen Schlafzimmern gibt es einen Flachbild-TV, einen Safe und eine Split-Level-Klimaanlage.

Der zentrale Hauptpavillon ist ein großer funktionaler Raum mit einer hohen Gewölbedecke mit reich verzierten Kronleuchtern und Deckenventilatoren. Dieser Raum mit offenem Schnitt beherbergt die voll ausgestattete westliche Küche; ein bequemer Sitz- und Ruhebereich; der Essbereich mit Esstisch mit Platz für zwölf Personen; und der luxuriöse Loungebereich mit bequemen Sofas, Stühlen und einem großen wandmontierten Flachbild-TV. Auf der Rückseite des Raumes öffnen sich Türen auf eine Brücke, die zu einem privaten Landschaftsgarten führt. An der Vorderseite öffnet sich eine Wand aus Glastüren auf die riesige Aussichtsterrasse mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem weiteren Esstisch für zehn Personen. Mit zusätzlichen Tischen und Stühlen aus der Pool-Sala kann seine Zahl auf zwanzig erhöht werden. Stufen auf beiden Seiten führen zum nächsten Level. Unter dem Hauptwohnzimmer befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, die den zentralen Pavillon vervollständigen. Eine Terrasse mit Meerblick verläuft an der Vorderseite und jedes dieser identischen Zimmer verfügt über Einbauschränke, einen Flachbild-TV, einen Kühlschrank und einen Safe. Eine schwere Holzschiebetür öffnet sich und gibt den Blick auf die exquisiten en-suite Badezimmer mit begehbaren Duschen, Doppelwaschbecken und stilvollen Flieseneffekten frei. Jedes en-suite führt auch in einen privaten Gartenhofbereich.

Jedes dieser Zimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet und verfügt über ein individuelles Farbschema. Von der Schlafzimmerebene führen Stufen hinunter zur Poolebene und zum Garten. Auf der linken Seite des Grundstücks befindet sich ein weiterer Pavillon mit zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad. Die beiden übereinander liegenden Suiten sind wie das erste Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch eingerichtet; separater Ankleidebereich; Doppelbett; und Aussichtsbad. Eines hat eine freistehende Terrazzo-Badewanne und -Dusche, das andere nur eine ebenerdige Dusche. Diese Zimmer blicken über den Infinity-Pool auf die außergewöhnliche Aussicht dahinter.

Der Infinity-Pool ist atemberaubend, nicht nur weil der Rand unsichtbar mit dem Meer verschmilzt, sondern auch wegen seiner schieren Pracht und ungewöhnlichen Form. Diese Pool-Sala verfügt über eine Swim-up-Bar, einen großen Esstisch und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Grill. Die Essmöbel im Freien von der oberen Terrasse können hinzugefügt werden, sodass die Sala bis zu zwanzig Personen Platz bietet. Ein privater Flur führt Sie in den halbrunden Raum, der der Form des darüber liegenden Pools folgt. Das Zimmer öffnet sich in ein gut eingerichtetes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit einem Sofa und einem stilvollen Himmelbett, das vor den großen Fenstern positioniert ist. Hinter dem Bett befindet sich ein separater Ankleidebereich und am äußersten Ende des Zimmers befindet sich das erhabene Badezimmer. Doppelwaschbecken blicken auf eine große freistehende Terrazzo-Badewanne und dahinter befindet sich eine offene Nasszelle mit einer Eckbank aus Stein und vier Duschen.

Mit sieben Schlafzimmern und so vielen privaten Bereichen auf dem üppig angelegten Gelände ist Baan Jakawan Samui die perfekte Villa für Freunde und Familien. Es ermöglicht Ihnen, die Gesellschaft zu genießen und dennoch in Ihren eigenen Raum zu flüchten, wann immer Sie dies tun müssen. Amazing stay

Brilliant location and villa! Unlike other villas I stayed at in Samui, Jakawan is located 5 mins drive from the airport, is close to the beach and a 5 mins drive to chaweng. Villa is very well appointed and maintained and the pool is huge!

Amazing! The staff at the villa is absolutely amazing, the villa manager helped us to arrange yoga sessions, massages and even Thai boxing at the villa. The in-house chef is top notch and delivering amazing Thai food.

Incredibly well located, 5 minutes from the airport, yet right over the hill so you never see or hear the incoming aircrafts. The view is unmatched. Full view of the bay, just north of chaweng. The villa includes a massive pool, all the rooms are large, and all include ensuite bathrooms, some of the rooms are tucked away to the sides in separate units, well suited for couples, you could consider them master bedrooms. The staff are all very attentive, caring, and friendly. They keep the place very well maintained, and will help you in arranging anything you may need, including transportation to and from places you want to visit, gyms etc. They have a chef who prepares meals for you (that is included), we found that it was a useful way to learn about thai cuisine, the cooking was great, and the menu was diverse over the course of the week. You can also plan these meals ahead with the GM and the chef, to cater exactly to your tastes, aversions and sensitivities. The villa is child friendly, with a few pool toys and sports balls, it is also fitted with a ping pong table, so the family ping pong feuds may continue. When the opportunity arrises, I hope to visit and stay here again, it was a wonderful week that ended too soon.

We spent 5 nights in this splendid house. Among all villas in Koh Samui we have chosen Jakawan because of the Thai style, and the view. And I have to say that we have not been disappointed at all. The swimming pool is also amazingly large proposing different areas for good swim, kids play and a nice access to the bar of the pool house. 7 large bedrooms with a splendid ocean view, all nicely decorated and well furnished. The living area is large and open, offering at breakfast an infinite view of the sea touching the sky (or vice versa) a gift from the sunrise every morning. The Jakawan team was just perfect, very discreet, they all took care of us as if we were VIPs whilst giving you the feeling that you are staying in your own home. The Chef is excellent and will delight you with a large choice of Thai style dishes, spicy as you like. I had many experiences of luxurious hotels in Thailand, and I have to say that Jakawan goes beyond that. You can enjoy whatever you want at any time, things as simple as the fact that the swimming pool does not close, you feel free, no other tourist around you... Jakawan becomes your home offering you a unique experience. The Villa is spread over several floors, just something to take into account in case you cannot move easily. But in our case my mother did not suffer from that as you have only few stairs between the various living areas.. If you travel as a group, of a large family this is a must do for a price slightly higher than a luxurious hotel. Last but not least, we booked via Luxury Villas & Homes Vacation Rentals and just have to say that they were very reactive providing information, from the very first contact until our arrival. Thanks Poy. Jakawan was just Perfect, I know that we will do it again. Thank you Nat, thank you all (The Big Familly)

Stunning views from the villa and pure luxury. Food was delicious, and the chef will cater to any requirements and allergies. The staff are lovely - Nat does an amazing job making sure everyone is happy, and ensuring you have all you want and need. From fresh fruit shakes by the pool to a fantastic cake for my husband's birthday, we were very much taken care of. The pool is huge, and you don't need or want to leave! We've been twice now and loved it both times.
