Afrodite Villa Chania è stata costruita nel 2005 su una superficie di 3000 mq. Afrodite Villa Chania ha una superficie di 300 mq ed è composta da un soggiorno/sala da pranzo, 5 camere da letto, una cucina completamente attrezzata, 3 bagni, un angolo per bambini e una sala fitness. Inoltre, ci sono 2 ampie terrazze e diversi piccoli balconi.

Al primo piano c'è una cucina completamente attrezzata, un ampio soggiorno/sala da pranzo integrativo con camino, una camera con un letto per due e un bagno con doccia. La prima terrazza è collegata al soggiorno e gode di una splendida vista sul mare e sulla piccola isola Thodorou. Il secondo è adatto per riposarsi con vista verso il giardino e il rigoglioso giardino.

Al secondo piano si trovano 4 camere luminose, due delle quali con un letto matrimoniale ciascuna e le altre due con due letti singoli ciascuna. Le camere dispongono di ampi armadi, comò, televisori, grandi specchi e balconi con vista panoramica sul mare e sulla montagna. Inoltre, ci sono 2 bagni, uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca, dotato anche di funzione idromassaggio.

Il piano terra ha una vista sul giardino e sulla piscina individuale. È dotato di un angolo giochi, una sala fitness e un ripostiglio. L'angolo giochi è attrezzato con ping pong, scacchi, basket, basket e la sala fitness con cyclette, percorso pedonale, pesi u.v.m.

In mezzo al giardino, circondata da aranci e cipressi, fiori e prato, si erge la grande piscina di 11mx5,5m, che ha una profondità fino a 1,70m. La piscina ha però anche una zona pianeggiante, perfetta per i bambini. Inoltre, c'è anche un barbecue, costruito secondo l'architettura tradizionale cretese, un piccolo spazio per il basket e un parcheggio coperto per almeno tre auto.

We had a fantastic holiday staying at Villa Aphrodite. Any issues or questions we had the owner was so responsive, friendly and helpful. The villa, pool and facilities were great. And we also had cleaners twice during our stay. For other guests, I would emphasise that you really do need a car, as the footpath down to the coast can be a bit challenging in the heat of the day and difficult in the dark. Thank you!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Afrodite Villa. The villa was well equipped and provided good entertainment for everyone. The villa was clean and nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Although a 10 minute drive from main amenities the taxi service was great always arriving on time. Also the Lidl was very handy for day to day shopping. Orange trees in the garden provided more oranges than we could eat !! I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the Afrodite Villa.

Our 2 Families had a wonderful time in Crete. Afrodite Villa was beautiful, very clean and well presented. Very spacious, bright and airy. The villa was well equipped and we made use of the beautiful pool and sun lounges every day. The beds in the villa were very comfortable too. We loved picking fresh oranges for breakfast and we used the BBQ one night too. You do need a car. The owners were so lovely and friendly, they were very helpful when we had problems with toilet not flushing , they came out to fix it straight away.  Overall a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend this villa. And hope to return again one day Kind regards Angela

Our family of 8-all adults, had a wonderufl time in this villa. The only downside -being near amain road- was not a problem-the trees shielded any sign of cars, and noise was not an issue. In fact proximity to a junction made our wish to travel much easier! Afrodite met us at the junction to bring us to the villa. We made several excursions, and Afroditi was happy to give us advise on best beaches etc. Everything with the house and garden was brilliant! The games room-with pool ,table tennis, fuseball and gym equipment was well used, and the pool, which was clean and a great size, enjoyed games of volley ball etc. We used the outdoor bbq and I particularly loved the hammocks! Inside, everything was clean and worked well. We would suggest that the kithen could benefit from further serving platters etc, but we were always able to put a meal for 8 on the table, nonetheless! The family were very helpful on arrival and came midweek to clean, change linen and clean the pool nothing was too much trouble. We did have a mishap in very high winds and the glass was smashed in a door-but the family were swift to come and sort that out, with a small cost to us. Best of all, having been adopted by a tiny stray kitten, we were all delighted to hear that Afroditi has taken him home with her!! Highly recommend.

The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for my parents and the games room down stairs was perfect for the younger family members. The villa is beautiful and was extremely clean. The pool areas was great, with plenty of room although only 8 sun beds which was a difficult as there were 10 of us. The location was great, a short taxi ride from numerous bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

Large beautiful house 5 min drive from Platanias with views of both ocean and mountains. Can sleep 10 or more and has aircon in all the all the rooms. Nice kitchen if you want to cook while you are there. Pool is clean and pefect kids. The place is secluded among an orange grove, so no crowds, noise, or traffic to deal with. We wanted our own Crete adventure without having to be a part of a tour group. The place definitely delivered that with all the amenities.

We have had a wonderfull holiday in Villa Afroditi located in Modi - Crete. the villa owners helped a lot and provide us with groceries for the first day. Also we could collect oranges, sweet and juicy, from the trees in the garden. Our 10 head family enjoys the stay in the villa surrounded by olive and orange plantation. The clean and large swimmingpool was a good place to be, also the BBQ fireplace was used several times. we surely think about coming back in the next year(s). The cleaning crew provides 2 times a week fresh sheets and towels. Also big bad towels were ready to use. The villa is build at 5 minutes drive from the sea and boulevard from Paltanias. The villa owners provide us with tips and directions for excellent restaurants and trips. Surely we come again. Thanks for your friendship and the wonderfull stay at your villa. Hope to see you again some day.

Highly recommended for large families!

Clean, quiet, comfortable equipped for use as a family home. The owner is very kind and helpful and the villa is 5 minutes drive away from Platanias, that is a very popular place with all kind of amenities.

The villa's location is excellent, 20 minutes (by car) to Chania, two hours to Heraklion, less than1 hour to Balos and Efalonisi beaches. It is located between olives and orange forests (so, no neighbors!). Nikolaos driving directions were accurate, and the owner and his son accepted us warmly at the villa. They had gathered for us a basket of oranges and had bought us a little food for the evening. The villa was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, but I would like to explicitly mention the nice veranda, the barbecue and the pool in the yard, and the orange trees with juicy fruits in the garden!

We stayed in this villa for a week with an extended party of 10 people. We found it to be a great place to stay. Run by a family who obviously care, we had no problems at all during our stay. There is plenty of room and everything is well maintained. It is not far (a 5 min drive) to the shops, restaurants and bars, but a car is a must. A nice clean pool and well maintained grounds too. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.
