Afrodite Villa Chania fue construida en 2005 en una superficie de propiedad de 3000 metros cuadrados. Afrodite Villa Chania tiene una superficie de 300 metros cuadrados y consta de una sala de estar / comedor, 5 dormitorios, una cocina totalmente equipada, 3 baños, un rincón para niños y una sala de fitness. Además, hay 2 terrazas grandes y varios balcones pequeños.

En el primer piso, hay una cocina totalmente equipada, un amplio salón comedor integrador con chimenea, un dormitorio con una cama para dos y un baño con ducha. La primera terraza está conectada a la sala de estar y tiene una vista increíble del mar y la pequeña isla Thodorou. El segundo es apto para descansar con vista al jardín y al frondoso jardín.

En el segundo piso se encuentra 4 dormitorios luminosos, dos de ellos con una cama doble cada uno y los otros dos con dos camas individuales cada uno. Los dormitorios cuentan con amplios armarios, cómodas, televisores, grandes espejos y balcones con vista panorámica al mar y la montaña. Además, hay 2 baños, uno de ellos con ducha y el otro con bañera, que incluso está equipado con función de masaje de agua.

La planta baja tiene vista al jardín y la piscina individual. Está equipado con un rincón de juegos, una sala de fitness y un trastero. El rincón de juego está equipado con tenis de mesa, ajedrez, baloncesto, baloncesto y la sala de fitness con bicicleta estática, carril para caminar, pesas u.v.m.

En medio del jardín, rodeada de naranjos y cipreses, flores y césped, se encuentra la gran piscina de 11 x 5,5 m, que tiene una profundidad de hasta 1,70 m. Sin embargo, la piscina también tiene una zona plana, que es perfecta para los niños. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Afroditi. It was beautifully situated with stunning views of the sea and mountains, especially from the balconies. The villa itself is really lovely with spacious bedrooms. Very well equipped. The games room in the basement is excellent too ( although some new table tennis bats wouldn’t go amiss ????) The pool area is just fabulous. Huge pool and so clear. We spent a long time here. A Lidl supermarket is a couple of mins away Unbelievably, during our 12 day stay the villa was cleaned twice and clean towels and bedding provided. Superb service. Any issues or queries were dealt with promptly. One thing to note is that the road down to the turning for the villa does have a couple of very car rattling pot holes but once you know they are there they are easily avoidable. Also the road to the villa is quite tight and would be good if vegetation could be cut back . Neither of these are any reason not to stay at this wonderful villa.

The villa's location is excellent, 20 minutes (by car) to Chania, two hours to Heraklion, less than1 hour to Balos and Efalonisi beaches. It is located between olives and orange forests (so, no neighbors!). Nikolaos driving directions were accurate, and the owner and his son accepted us warmly at the villa. They had gathered for us a basket of oranges and had bought us a little food for the evening. The villa was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, but I would like to explicitly mention the nice veranda, the barbecue and the pool in the yard, and the orange trees with juicy fruits in the garden!

We have had a wonderful holiday. The villa owners helped a lot and provide us with groceries for the first day. Also we could collect oranges, sweet and juicy, from the trees in the garden. Our 10 head family enjoys the stay in the villa surrounded by olive and orange plantation. The clean and large swimmingpool was a good place to be, also the BBQ fireplace was used several times. we surely think about coming back in the next year(s). The cleaning crew provides 2 times a week fresh sheets and towels. Also big bad towels were ready to use. The villa is build at 5 minutes drive from the sea and boulevard from Paltanias. The villa owners provide us with tips and directions for excellent restaurants and trips. Surely we come again. Thanks for your friendship and the wonderfull stay at your villa. Hope to see you again some day.

A beautiful, air-conditioned villa which easily accommodated our family of 8. Very spacious, clean and comfortable and we arrived late at night to find the fridge stocked with breakfast - thank you! Freshly squeezed orange juice on tap was a bonus! Afroditi and her parents were very helpful and we appreciated the midweek clean and linen change. The pool area was clean and had enough sun beds for us all. The kitchen is small but adequate. There could do with being more lounge seating and overhead showers, but that didn’t spoil our stay - we didn’t want to leave!

Very private with no worry about disturbing neighbours. Villa and amenities exactly as described, but you do need a car. Platanias and all its facilities just a 5 minute drive.

There is plenty of room and everything is well maintained. It is not far (a 5 min drive) to the shops, restaurants and bars, but a car is a must. A nice clean pool and well maintained grounds too. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

For other guests, I would emphasise that you really do need a car, as the footpath down to the coast can be a bit challenging in the heat of the day and difficult in the dark. Thank you!

Large beautiful house 5 min drive from Platanias with views of both ocean and mountains. Can sleep 10 or more and has aircon in all the all the rooms. Nice kitchen if you want to cook while you are there. Pool is clean and pefect kids. The place is secluded among an orange grove, so no crowds, noise, or traffic to deal with. We wanted our own Crete adventure without having to be a part of a tour group. The place definitely delivered that with all the amenities.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Villa. The villa was well equipped and provided good entertainment for everyone. The villa was clean and nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Although a 10 minute drive from main amenities the taxi service was great always arriving on time. Also the Lidl was very handy for day to day shopping. Orange trees in the garden provided more oranges than we could eat !! I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the Villa.

Our 2 Families had a wonderful time in Crete. The Villa was beautiful, very clean and well presented. Very spacious, bright and airy. The villa was well equipped and we made use of the beautiful pool and sun lounges every day. The beds in the villa were very comfortable too. We loved picking fresh oranges for breakfast and we used the BBQ one night too. You do need a car. The owners were so lovely and friendly, they were very helpful when we had problems with toilet not flushing , they came out to fix it straight away.  Overall a fantastic stay. Our family of 8-all adults, had a wonderufl time in this villa. The only downside -being near amain road- was not a problem-the trees shielded any sign of cars, and noise was not an issue. In fact proximity to a junction made our wish to travel much easier! Afrodite met us at the junction to bring us to the villa. We made several excursions, and Afroditi was happy to give us advise on best beaches etc. Everything with the house and garden was brilliant! The games room-with pool ,table tennis, fuseball and gym equipment was well used, and the pool, which was clean and a great size, enjoyed games of volley ball etc. We used the outdoor bbq and I particularly loved the hammocks! Inside, everything was clean and worked well. We would suggest that the kithen could benefit from further serving platters etc, but we were always able to put a meal for 8 on the table, nonetheless! The family were very helpful on arrival and came midweek to clean, change linen and clean the pool nothing was too much trouble. We did have a mishap in very high winds and the glass was smashed in a door-but the family were swift to come and sort that out, with a small cost to us. Best of all, having been adopted by a tiny stray kitten, we were all delighted to hear that Afroditi has taken him home with her!! Highly recommend.

The stay was wonderful. It was a family holiday for 3 generations and the villa suited us all so well. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for my parents and the games room down stairs was perfect for the younger family members. The villa is beautiful and was extremely clean. The pool areas was great, with plenty of room although only 8 sun beds which was a difficult as there were 10 of us. The location was great, a short taxi ride from numerous bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.
