Villa Elissavet ad Aneli Luxury Villas Zante è una lussuosa casa di campagna costruita nel mezzo di una proprietà invasa con vigneti, ulivi, molti alberi da frutto e fiori. La distanza dalla strada assicura assoluta pace, tranquillità e privacy.

Il villaggio di Agios Kirikos, in cui si trova la tenuta, è famoso per i suoi vigneti e uliveti, così come per l'intera area dove si trovano le più famose aziende vinicole dell'isola. Lì puoi acquistare le migliori bottiglie di vino. La tenuta stessa ha una ricca storia, negli ultimi 200 anni, di produzione di vitigni locali da cui vengono ancora prodotti alcuni dei più deliziosi vini di Zante in modi tradizionali. Nel nostro villaggio, il nostro poeta nazionale, Dionysios Solomos - che è uno dei poeti più importanti del mondo - ha ispirato alcune delle sue poesie erotiche più famose. L'ambiente nella tenuta è idilliaco, la vista sui dintorni semplicemente meravigliosa e il clima molto amichevole per il visitatore. La natura mediterranea nella tenuta mostra il suo volto più affettuoso come se fosse desiderosa solo di deliziare il viaggiatore. La lussuosa villa Elissavet si trova in un terreno di 4000 mq.

L'architettura di Villa Elissavet è pienamente in linea con quella delle tradizionali case padronali dei nobili dei secoli passati, arricchite da tutti i comfort moderni. La villa è di nuova costruzione, arredata con mobili nuovi e moderni e climatizzata con le più moderne attrezzature. Questa lussuosa villa si sviluppa su due livelli, composta da un totale di 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni, con una capacità fino a 8 persone, offre una grande varietà di servizi e numerose scelte di intrattenimento. La villa dispone di una magnifica piscina indipendente di 72 mq con idromassaggio all'aperto. Accanto alla piscina si trova un grande e moderno barbecue coperto, con tavoli da pranzo per 8 persone.

L'ingresso principale della villa conduce al soggiorno di 50mq con cucina moderna completamente attrezzata e tavolo da pranzo, tutto in stile country. Grazie ad una bella porta in vetro di 4 metri di luce e alle altre ampie aperture, puoi sentire la presenza del vigneto e della piscina in ogni momento. Inoltre, al piano terra, a bordo piscina, si trovano due camere matrimoniali (con letti matrimoniali), ognuna con il proprio bagno. Nella mansarda c'è un comodo balcone interno rivolto verso il soggiorno, con una scrivania per il computer e un comodo divano con tavolino. Da lì si può godere della vista della piscina, del vigneto e delle colline circostanti con le tradizionali chiese sulle vette. Nella mansarda si trova la terza camera con due letti singoli e il proprio ampio bagno.

Il campo da tennis ti aspetta per goderti infinite ore di gioco spensierato. I bambini possono giocare nel prato tra gli ulivi, assaggiare la frutta delle nostre siepi ed esplorare il nostro orto con le nostre verdure biologiche. Una pista ciclabile e da jogging di 800 m di lunghezza ti conduce attraverso l'intero vigneto.

La tenuta si trova a una distanza di 10-20 minuti in auto da alcune delle spiagge più famose dell'isola. A meno di 10 km di distanza dalla villa, l'isola ha da offrire una varietà di fantastiche attività ricreative, come sport acquatici, gite in barca alle piccole isole vicine, immersioni subacquee, pesca, equitazione, mountain bike, trekking, concerti di musica, e spettacoli teatrali all'aperto.

This is a gorgeous villa just as it looks in the pictures. It’s position and views are wonderful. The private pool was fantastic and having this was perfect for our family holiday. The hosts were away for the majority of our stay but they ensured that someone was there to show us around on arrival and they also called to welcome us and provide lots of information. When we did meet Antonio in person later in the week he was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were able to pick and eat numerous fruits and vegetables from the grounds of the villa during our stay - including lemons, plums, figs, cucumbers, courgettes, aubergines and peppers and the man maintaining the grounds handed us a lovely basket of freshly picked vegetables one morning. This was a lovely bonus. The hosts also left a selection of complimentary bottles of local wine for us to enjoy. Prior to our trip, communication with Anta was good and she quickly answered any questions we had. Once we were in Zakynthos Antonio provided a number of helpful suggestions for places to eat etc. We recommend Taverna Lofos and The Old Windmill. We had no problems at all with our booking and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a villa in Zakynthos.

Our hosts Anthony and Anta made us feel welcome right from the start, a very warm welcome. He even showed us personally the nearest supermarket and fish shop. The House was exactly as described and the way it looked on the pictures. The pool is just amazing and the view from the terrace and pool is stunning. You are in the middle of the vineyards and olive trees and it is so quiet, very peaceful. You share a tennis court with house behind you and that works fine, the court is even lighted at night. You have no disturbance of the house behind you as the back of the buildings are against each other. Antony our landlord past by each day to bring fresh melons, tomatoes, corn, peppers from the garden and even wine which was made from the vineyards. What a great surprise, we loved his daily visits. The living room area is not big but you mainly live outside all the time. We even moved the inside table for 6 outside so we could eat there.The air-conditioning worked really well. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom which is a great plus when traveling with 4 teenagers. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and convenient, there is even an outside barbecue. We really loved our first week on Zakynthos. The house is new and in great shape I would definitely recommend it to everybody. The location is also very convenient, everything is not more than 35 minutes driving.

The villa was amazing! The location was so beautiful and quiet, between the vineyards. We could watch the sunset while swimming or relaxing in the jacuzzi. The villa was super clean and was cleaned again after 3 days. The swimming pool was also often cleaned. Everything was brand new and available at the villa: tennisrackets, washing machine, good coffee machine, big television... The rooms were bright and decorated very well. Every room has a spacious bathroom and AC. The hosts were very kind as well. They showed us around, came to pick us up at the airport, helped us to do the shopping and came to check whether everything was fine. We would definitely come back here!

It was by chance we booked late to visit Zakynthos, and were lucky to have found Aneli.

We booked the Villa based on the pictures we saw on net but by far the memories that will stay with us was the warmth, kindness and generosity provided by our hosts. The villa is everything shown in the pictures and much more, every attention to detail…
We booked the Villa based on the pictures we saw on net but by far the memories that will stay with us was the warmth, kindness and generosity provided by our hosts. The villa is everything shown in the pictures and much more, every attention to detail is provided by the keen eyes of the owners. My son put meeting and talking with Antony (owner) in his top 3 experiences of the holiday, and that reflects on the experience we all had; meeting us at the airport, gifting produce from their garden and even wine from their vineyard. Equally Anta helped the arrangements, and things that meant so much, such as helping us choose the best local delicacies and fresh produce at the supermarket. We can only thank them both so much for making our 2018 holiday something we will always remember fondly.
