Situata in una posizione privilegiata, Antonio Villa Zante è immersa in oltre 2000 mq di uliveto e giardini privati ​​recintati, con una propria piscina esterna riscaldata. Questa elegante villa offre comfort e viste mozzafiato in un ambiente tranquillo. In posizione elevata, questa locazione di lusso comprende tre camere da letto e due bagni, una cucina a pianta aperta, un soggiorno e verande. È circondato da alberi da frutto e ulivi e beneficia del calore del sole tutto il giorno. Antonio Villa è adatta per 7-8 persone.

I locali sono recintati tutt'intorno offrendo un soggiorno appartato e riservato. Al piano terra si trova un comodo soggiorno/sala da pranzo con stufa a legna, una cucina completamente attrezzata (lavatrice automatica) e un guardaroba. Sempre su questo piano c'è una camera matrimoniale.

Una scala in legno conduce al primo piano che ha altre due camere matrimoniali e un WC/doccia.

Le viste dalle camere da letto al piano superiore sono incantevoli e si affacciano sulle cime degli uliveti verso la città di Zante, le scogliere della spiaggia di Chrystal e la piccola isola di Pelouzo. Di nuovo al piano di sotto usciamo dalla porta sul retro su un ampio patio rialzato ideale per cenare all'aperto e rilassarsi sotto il caldo sole estivo. Trascorrerai la maggior parte del tuo tempo nella villa in questo spazio, mangiando, bevendo, rilassandoti e mentre ti trascorrerai la sera a guardare le stelle fino alle ore piccole.

I giardini anteriori e posteriori producono una buona varietà di frutta, verdura ed erbe aromatiche, e una breve passeggiata all'ombra dell'oliveto porta alla fattoria hobby che ospita una varietà di piccoli animali da allevamento, (stagioni permettendo) compresi polli, tacchini, conigli, alcune pecore e capre. Puoi raccogliere le tue uova fresche per colazione

Comfortable house in the countryside with a cool pool

The property is really great looking and comfortable house with a nice outside seating area in a quiet area, near to the airport and to Laganas. We enjoyed the pool very much, it was a great pleasure to wake up in the morning and jump into it straight away and refresh ourselves for the day. There is a supermarket (Lidl) 10 minutes drive away from the house. We enjoyed our breakfast every day on the terrace. Antonio is a great host who waited for us with freshly picked grapes from the garden and water and even arranged a boat trip for us in one of the days. The view from the upstairs terrace is amazing, the AC working well. The villa is a great choice for a family and for a group of friends too who does not want to stay in the crowded areas of the island and enjoys the sounds and calmness of the country.

Perfect!

Ideal Choice!

Mooi huis met zwembad, op een rustige locatie tussen olijfbomen. Zeer geschikt voor een vakantie op Zakynthos

They are so great they really make you feel at home and apart of their family. My friends and I went in March and couldn't stop raving about our stay with them. I would recommend to anyone to stay with them as you just can't get a place thats anything better then what they have!
