Villa Elissavet en Aneli Luxury Villas Zante es una casa de campo de lujo construida en medio de una propiedad cubierta de viñedos, olivos, muchos árboles frutales y flores. La distancia de la carretera asegura absoluta paz, tranquilidad y privacidad.

El pueblo de Agios Kirikos, en el que se encuentra la finca, es famoso por sus viñedos y olivares, así como por toda la zona donde se encuentran las bodegas más famosas de la isla. La finca en sí tiene una rica historia, durante los últimos 200 años, de producción local de variedades de uva a partir de las cuales algunos de los vinos más deliciosos de Zakynthian todavía se elaboran de manera tradicional. En nuestro pueblo, nuestro poeta nacional, Dionysios Solomos, uno de los poetas más importantes del mundo, inspiró algunos de sus poemas eróticos más famosos. Junto a la piscina se encuentra una gran barbacoa moderna techada, con mesas de comedor para 8 personas.

La entrada principal de la villa conduce a la sala de estar de 50 metros cuadrados con una moderna cocina totalmente equipada y una mesa de comedor, todo en estilo rústico. Gracias a una hermosa puerta de vidrio de 4 m de luz y las otras amplias aberturas, puede sentir la presencia del viñedo y la piscina en todo momento. Además, en la planta baja, junto a la piscina, hay dos habitaciones dobles (con cama de matrimonio), cada una con su propio baño. En el ático, hay un cómodo balcón interno frente a la sala de estar, con un escritorio para tu computadora y un cómodo sofá con mesa de café. Desde allí se puede disfrutar de la vista de la piscina, el viñedo y las colinas circundantes con las iglesias tradicionales en sus picos. En el ático se encuentra el tercer dormitorio con dos camas individuales y su propio baño grande.

La cancha de tenis te espera para que disfrutes de un sinfín de horas de juego sin preocupaciones. Los niños pueden jugar en el césped entre las aceitunas, probar la fruta de nuestros setos y explorar nuestro huerto con nuestras verduras orgánicas. Un camino para trotar y bicicletas de 800 m de largo te lleva a través de todo el viñedo.

La finca está situada a una distancia de 10 a 20 minutos en coche de algunas de las playas más populares de la isla. This is a gorgeous villa just as it looks in the pictures. It’s position and views are wonderful. The private pool was fantastic and having this was perfect for our family holiday. The hosts were away for the majority of our stay but they ensured that someone was there to show us around on arrival and they also called to welcome us and provide lots of information. When we did meet Antonio in person later in the week he was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were able to pick and eat numerous fruits and vegetables from the grounds of the villa during our stay - including lemons, plums, figs, cucumbers, courgettes, aubergines and peppers and the man maintaining the grounds handed us a lovely basket of freshly picked vegetables one morning. This was a lovely bonus. The hosts also left a selection of complimentary bottles of local wine for us to enjoy. Prior to our trip, communication with Anta was good and she quickly answered any questions we had. Once we were in Zakynthos Antonio provided a number of helpful suggestions for places to eat etc. We recommend Taverna Lofos and The Old Windmill. We had no problems at all with our booking and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a villa in Zakynthos.

Our hosts Anthony and Anta made us feel welcome right from the start, a very warm welcome. He even showed us personally the nearest supermarket and fish shop. The House was exactly as described and the way it looked on the pictures. The pool is just amazing and the view from the terrace and pool is stunning. You are in the middle of the vineyards and olive trees and it is so quiet, very peaceful. You share a tennis court with house behind you and that works fine, the court is even lighted at night. You have no disturbance of the house behind you as the back of the buildings are against each other. Antony our landlord past by each day to bring fresh melons, tomatoes, corn, peppers from the garden and even wine which was made from the vineyards. What a great surprise, we loved his daily visits. The living room area is not big but you mainly live outside all the time. We even moved the inside table for 6 outside so we could eat there.The air-conditioning worked really well. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom which is a great plus when traveling with 4 teenagers. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and convenient, there is even an outside barbecue. We really loved our first week on Zakynthos. The house is new and in great shape I would definitely recommend it to everybody. The location is also very convenient, everything is not more than 35 minutes driving.

The villa was super clean and was cleaned again after 3 days. The swimming pool was also often cleaned. Everything was brand new and available at the villa: tennisrackets, washing machine, good coffee machine, big television... The rooms were bright and decorated very well. Every room has a spacious bathroom and AC. The hosts were very kind as well. They showed us around, came to pick us up at the airport, helped us to do the shopping and came to check whether everything was fine. We would definitely come back here!

It was by chance we booked late to visit Zakynthos, and were lucky to have found Aneli.

We booked the Villa based on the pictures we saw on net but by far the memories that will stay with us was the warmth, kindness and generosity provided by our hosts. The villa is everything shown in the pictures and much more, every attention to detail…
We booked the Villa based on the pictures we saw on net but by far the memories that will stay with us was the warmth, kindness and generosity provided by our hosts. The villa is everything shown in the pictures and much more, every attention to detail is provided by the keen eyes of the owners. My son put meeting and talking with Antony (owner) in his top 3 experiences of the holiday, and that reflects on the experience we all had; meeting us at the airport, gifting produce from their garden and even wine from their vineyard. Equally Anta helped the arrangements, and things that meant so much, such as helping us choose the best local delicacies and fresh produce at the supermarket. We can only thank them both so much for making our 2018 holiday something we will always remember fondly.
