Добро пожаловать на виллу Эрмис Ханья. Роскошная вилла в аренду, идеально подходящая для семейного отдыха на острове Крит. Убежище во сне вы можете найти в Полемархах в районе Ханьи. Несравненное чувство гостеприимства в лазурных водах Эгейского моря. Если вы решите расслабиться в Ermis Villa Chania, вид на горы и море будет неотразимым и немного изменится в течение дня, когда солнце движется по небу.

Главный вход с верандой ведет в просторную гостиную открытой планировки в форме L с большим камином в углу, с 2 диванами и креслами вокруг большого журнального столика. За гостиной находится формальная столовая, а с одной стороны - хорошо оборудованная кухня с дополнительным обеденным столом и стульями, а также холодильник с морозильной камерой, электрическая плита с керамической плитой, микроволновая печь, посудомоечная машина и большие шкафы для хранения вещей. С одной стороны кухни - гостевой туалет, в котором также есть стиральная машина. Рядом находится вход в лифт, откуда можно легко добраться до всех уровней виллы Ermis Chania, что также делает ее очень удобной для инвалидов-колясочников.

На вилле Ermis Chania есть пять комнат с кондиционерами, в которых есть 3 односпальные и 2 двуспальные кровати, все с удобствами, включая 2 ванны с турбо-массажем и 2 душа с турбо-массажем. Во всех номерах есть спутниковое телевидение и DVD-плеер, а также терраса или балкон со столом и удобными креслами директора. Два из двухместных номеров очень просторны и имеют дополнительные маленькие односпальные кровати, подходящие для детей.

Есть 2 двуспальные кровати и 1 двуспальная / трехместная на уровне первого этажа, а еще в двухместном / трехместном номере на первом этаже есть душ, подходящий для гостей на инвалидных колясках. На цокольном этаже находится спальня с двуспальной кроватью и гидромассажным душем с турбонаддувом. В этой спальне есть раздвижные двери на тихую террасу и лужайку на краю дома. Также на первом этаже находится просторная игровая комната и тренажерный зал, в настоящее время оборудованный бильярдным столом, велотренажером и беговой дорожкой.

Great holidays in this unique villa!!!

Fabulous property. Very responsive owners. Immaculate building with great facilities. The location is quite remote so you need a car but that seems the norm for Crete.

We have had a fantastic time staying in this villa. It’s absolutely perfect for a family holiday - every bedroom is huge and very well equipped, as is the kitchen, living area and outdoor area. There was everything we could have possibly needed, but we would recommend getting a hire car when staying here. The views from the villa are truly beautiful. We stayed a week and BBQd 3/4 times and used the pizza oven too. We visited one of the restaurants Manolis recommended (Frosinis Garden) and everything we ordered (which was a lot as there was 11 of us!) was delicious - couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you so much for a week we’ll remember forever. We will definitely be looking to return in the very near future.

It’s An Absolute Treasure

We drove in and the view took our breath away! The location is idyllic - it’s high up a hillside amongst olive trees; overlooking the sea, valley and snow-topped mountains in the far distance. It’s peaceful (all you can hear is birdsong and bees)…
We drove in and the view took our breath away! The location is idyllic - it’s high up a hillside amongst olive trees; overlooking the sea, valley and snow-topped mountains in the far distance. It’s peaceful (all you can hear is birdsong and bees). The villa is immaculate and well laid out. It has large bedrooms with spectacular views from balconies. The lounge has large windows so you don’t miss that view! We had breakfast at the mid-level balcony and supper at a higher balcony! The kitchen is well equipped and there’s even a bbq pizza oven area in the garden. The entire villa and its pretty garden is an absolute delight and we loved staying there.

The house is well equipped. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and grill. We are grateful that food was bought for us so that we could eat both dinner and breakfast on the first day. It is definitely a place we want to come back to.

We have stayed in various Villas in different countries in Europe and this is the best we have had. From driving in the 'wow factor' was never far away. The Villa it self was immaculate and had everything you could wish for, the maid who came in every third day was very friendly and discrete. We had a little issue with an air con unit but the owner soon had it fixed and was only a message away if we needed anything. The outside area was amazing, lovely the have a swimming pool that you could actually do proper swimming in. Also nice the have a well maintained garden. There was only 4 of us but any families wanting a holiday together this is a must. Very jealous if you are booking

Everything was clean and staff came regularly for cleaning. The owner came also on a regular base and checked everything. He was very friendly and took immediately care of everything that was needed. We stayed for a week at Villa Hermes in July and absolutely loved it. The owner was at the end of the phone when we arrived and the house welcomed us with all lights blazing. The house was beautifully laid out for all 8 of us, with lots of space for us all to be, separately or together. We took our four boys and two mothers and the room on the ground floor, which is laid out for disabled use, was perfect for my mother-in-law. The house is lovely and well-equipped. A cleaner arrived twice while we were there and the gardeners once. The pool was clean with plenty of outside furniture. The villa is lovely, with glorious views over the countryside and out to sea.

Large villa, very good for large families

Nice villa, lot of space in bedrooms. Nice garden that has a lot of space for the children to play. Mrs Maria, the owner is very kind and helpful. All amenities are near the villa and it is also near to Elafonisi, Falasarna and Balos beaches.

We received a welcome package with drinks and food for the first morning and great olive oil and wine and she even baked a cake for us. The villa is close to the beach. The location is very peaceful and quiet. The best accomodation we have ever stayed at.

Went for a week as a group of 13, easy to find and greeted by a very accommodating and helpful owner with some excellent suggestions for the surrounding area. The villa is spotless and well maintained, with an incredible outside area. Very good barbecue and pool area and the views are beautiful stretching from the ocean to the mountains. If you continue up the hill past the villa there is a disused building with a ladder to the group, whilst it may look nothing it has unbelievable views and is the perfect place to have a drink watching the the sunset. Overall fantastic value for money.
