Καλώς ήρθατε στη Villa Ermis Chania. Μια πολυτελής βίλα προς ενοικίαση, ιδανική για οικογενειακές διακοπές στην Κρήτη. Ένα καταφύγιο στα όνειρα μπορείτε να βρείτε στην Πολεμάρχη στα Χανιά. Μια απαράμιλλη αίσθηση φιλοξενίας στα γαλανά νερά του Αιγαίου. Εάν επιλέξετε να χαλαρώσετε στο Ermis Villa Chania, η θέα στα βουνά και τη θάλασσα είναι ακαταμάχητη και αλλάζει ελαφρώς κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας καθώς ο ήλιος κινείται στον ουρανό.

Η κύρια πόρτα της εισόδου με μια βεράντα οδηγεί σε ένα ευρύχωρο ενιαίο σαλόνι σε σχήμα L, με ένα μεγάλο τζάκι στη γωνία, με 2 καναπέδες και πολυθρόνες γύρω από ένα μεγάλο τραπεζάκι του καφέ. Πέρα από το σαλόνι υπάρχει μια επίσημη τραπεζαρία και στη μία πλευρά είναι μια πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με επιπλέον τραπέζι και καρέκλες και ψυγείο-καταψύκτη, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα με κεραμικές εστίες, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, πλυντήριο πιάτων και μεγάλα ντουλάπια αποθήκευσης. Στη μία πλευρά της κουζίνας, υπάρχει ένα WC επισκεπτών, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει επίσης πλυντήριο ρούχων. Δίπλα είναι η είσοδος του ανελκυστήρα που προσφέρει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα επίπεδα της Ermis Villa Chania, γεγονός που το καθιστά πολύ χρήσιμο για χρήστες αναπηρικών αμαξιδίων.

Η Villa Ermis Chania διαθέτει πέντε κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια που περιλαμβάνουν 3 μονά και 2 διπλά κρεβάτια, όλα με εγκαταστάσεις που περιλαμβάνουν 2 μπανιέρες turbo μασάζ και 2 ντους turbo μασάζ. Όλα τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν δορυφορική τηλεόραση και DVD player και βεράντα ή μπαλκόνι με τραπέζι βεράντας και άνετες καρέκλες. Δύο από τα δίκλινα δωμάτια είναι πολύ ευρύχωρα και διαθέτουν επιπλέον, μικρά μονά κρεβάτια κατάλληλα για παιδιά.

Υπάρχουν 2 διπλά κρεβάτια και 1 διπλό/τρίκλινο στο επίπεδο του πρώτου ορόφου και ένα επιπλέον δίκλινο / τρίκλινο δωμάτιο στο ισόγειο διαθέτει ντους κατάλληλο για χρήση αναπηρικού αμαξιδίου. Στο κάτω ισόγειο, υπάρχει ένα δίκλινο υπνοδωμάτιο με ντους με turbo μασάζ. Αυτό το υπνοδωμάτιο έχει συρόμενες πόρτες σε μια ήσυχη βεράντα και χώρο με γκαζόν στην άκρη του ακινήτου. Επίσης, στο επίπεδο του εδάφους βρίσκεται η ευρύχωρη αίθουσα παιχνιδιών και το γυμναστήριο, που επί του παρόντος είναι εξοπλισμένα με τραπέζι μπιλιάρδου, ποδήλατο γυμναστικής και διάδρομο.

Great holidays in this unique villa!!!

Fabulous property. Very responsive owners. Immaculate building with great facilities. The location is quite remote so you need a car but that seems the norm for Crete.

We have had a fantastic time staying in this villa. It’s absolutely perfect for a family holiday - every bedroom is huge and very well equipped, as is the kitchen, living area and outdoor area. There was everything we could have possibly needed, but we would recommend getting a hire car when staying here. The views from the villa are truly beautiful. We stayed a week and BBQd 3/4 times and used the pizza oven too. We visited one of the restaurants Manolis recommended (Frosinis Garden) and everything we ordered (which was a lot as there was 11 of us!) was delicious - couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you so much for a week we’ll remember forever. We will definitely be looking to return in the very near future.

It’s An Absolute Treasure

We drove in and the view took our breath away! The location is idyllic - it’s high up a hillside amongst olive trees; overlooking the sea, valley and snow-topped mountains in the far distance. It’s peaceful (all you can hear is birdsong and bees). The villa is immaculate and well laid out. It has large bedrooms with spectacular views from balconies. The lounge has large windows so you don’t miss that view! We had breakfast at the mid-level balcony and supper at a higher balcony! The kitchen is well equipped and there’s even a bbq pizza oven area in the garden. The entire villa and its pretty garden is an absolute delight and we loved staying there.

Our family of 11, 3 generations, had a wonderful holiday in Villa Ermis. The view of the sea and mountains is fantastic. There is plenty of space both outside and inside for all of us. The house is well equipped. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and grill. We are grateful that food was bought for us so that we could eat both dinner and breakfast on the first day. It is definitely a place we want to come back to.

We have stayed in various Villas in different countries in Europe and this is the best we have had. From driving in the 'wow factor' was never far away. The Villa it self was immaculate and had everything you could wish for, the maid who came in every third day was very friendly and discrete. We had a little issue with an air con unit but the owner soon had it fixed and was only a message away if we needed anything. The outside area was amazing, lovely the have a swimming pool that you could actually do proper swimming in. Also nice the have a well maintained garden. There was only 4 of us but any families wanting a holiday together this is a must. Very jealous if you are booking

We stayed for a week at Villa Hermes in July and absolutely loved it. The owner was at the end of the phone when we arrived and the house welcomed us with all lights blazing. The house was beautifully laid out for all 8 of us, with lots of space for us all to be, separately or together. We took our four boys and two mothers and the room on the ground floor, which is laid out for disabled use, was perfect for my mother-in-law. The house is lovely and well-equipped. A cleaner arrived twice while we were there and the gardeners once. The pool was clean with plenty of outside furniture. The villa is lovely, with glorious views over the countryside and out to sea.

Large villa, very good for large families

Nice villa, lot of space in bedrooms. Nice garden that has a lot of space for the children to play. Mrs Maria, the owner is very kind and helpful. All amenities are near the villa and it is also near to Elafonisi, Falasarna and Balos beaches.

The villa looks exactly as advertised in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean. Although we arrived very late at night (3:30 am), the owner was there to meet us and show us the way. We received a welcome package with drinks and food for the first morning and great olive oil and wine and she even baked a cake for us. The villa is close to the beach. The location is very peaceful and quiet. The best accomodation we have ever stayed at.

Went for a week as a group of 13, easy to find and greeted by a very accommodating and helpful owner with some excellent suggestions for the surrounding area. The villa is spotless and well maintained, with an incredible outside area. Very good barbecue and pool area and the views are beautiful stretching from the ocean to the mountains. If you continue up the hill past the villa there is a disused building with a ladder to the group, whilst it may look nothing it has unbelievable views and is the perfect place to have a drink watching the the sunset. Overall fantastic value for money.
