Casa Blue Villa Crete — это роскошная вилла в аренду с 3 спальнями и частным бассейном. Вилла Casa Blue расположена на участке площадью около 1400 м2, с полной приватностью, солнечной со всех сторон, с каменными стенами вокруг, клумбами типа Leyland, травянистыми кустарниками Крита, розами, лимонными деревьями, гранатами и другими типичными деревьями критской фауны. . Взгляните на бесконечную синеву Эгейского моря или полюбуйтесь красивыми закатами над голубым горизонтом. Вдохните свежий средиземноморский воздух и почувствуйте тепло солнца на своей коже

На 1-м этаже площадью 82 м2 расположены: 2 спальни, «белая романтика» (с кроватью размера «king-size») и «синяя комната» (2 кровати размера «queen-size», которые можно соединить в одну кровать размера «king-size»), а также общая ванная комната с душем. Также имеется гостиная с телевизором с плоским экраном и спутниковыми каналами, CD-плеером и PlayStation 3. Вы можете выйти в восточный внутренний двор и к бассейну, а под лестницей есть место для хранения вещей.

На 2-м этаже общей площадью 65м2 расположены кухня со столовой, гостиная с большим угловым диваном (можно спать 2-м детям), камин и телевизор с плоским экраном и спутниковыми каналами. Существует также туалет, восточная терраса 16,50 м2 с видом на море и выход в сад на западной стороне этого уровня. На 3-м этаже, называемом мансардой площадью 37 м2, находится спальня «Black & White» (двуспальная кровать), туалет с душем, кабинет с библиотекой и окно с видом на Эгейское море. Дворы разработаны в 4-х уровнях: уровень входа с газоном, кустами и деревьями, уровень фруктовых деревьев (лимон, апельсин, груша, мандарин и т. д.), уровень бассейна с травянистыми кустами, розами, оливковыми и лесные деревья и большая (120м2) лужайка и последний уровень с корзиной и теннисными кортами, гранаты, деспот, ваниль и т.д.

Hoping to return again!

This is our second time at this villa - we loved it so much in May that we came back in October. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures with lovely views down to Agia Pelagia and space galore. This stay was shorter so we hardly left the property…

Amazing Villa. Amazing Location!

Beautiful, luxurious, private property, well looked after, all as described. Only a short drive into Agia Pelagia. Pool is magnificent. Well stocked with all amenities provided. Responsive friendly host. Highly recommend.

Incredible view. Great Villa!

The house was immaculate and comfortable. Incredible view and really great outdoor area. It would be ideal if you’re traveling with teenagers. You definitely need a car as the area is somewhat remote but more importantly it would be difficult to walk…

A place synonymous with absolute tranquility, relaxation.. comfortable rooms, very clean with a beautiful style and a wonderful view.! the pools are always clean and the area around them is ideal for whatever time you choose to eat or drink something…

We would love to stay here again!

We spent a lovely two weeks here. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and the layout works really well. The outside space is perfect for enjoying the sun around the pool all day and the basketball and table tennis table were great fun. The location offers great views down to the sea and the bells on the nearby goats and the chatting of cockerells gives it a real countryside ambience. We had great meals in some of the restaurants in Agia Pelagia and Heraklion.
