Το Casa Blue Villa Crete είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που ενοικιάζεται με 3 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η Casa Blue Villa βρίσκεται σε οικόπεδο 1400m2 περίπου, με απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα, ηλιόλουστη από όλες τις πλευρές της, με πέτρινους τοίχους τριγύρω, παρτέρια τύπου Leyland, ποώδεις θάμνους Κρήτης, τριανταφυλλιές, λεμονιές, ροδιές και άλλα τυπικά δέντρα Κρητική πανίδα . Αγναντέψτε το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου ή θαυμάστε τα υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα πάνω από τον γαλάζιο ορίζοντα. Αναπνεύστε τον φρέσκο ​​μεσογειακό αέρα και νιώστε τη ζεστασιά του ήλιου στο δέρμα σας

Ο χώρος του 1ου ορόφου 82μ2 διαθέτει: 2 υπνοδωμάτια, το "white romantic" (με king-size κρεβάτι) και το "blue room" (2 κρεβάτια queen size που μπορούν να ενωθούν σε ένα king size κρεβάτι) και ένα κοινό μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα. Υπάρχει επίσης wc, ανατολική βεράντα 16,50m2 με θέα θάλασσα και έξοδος στον κήπο στη δυτική πλευρά αυτού του επιπέδου. Ο 3ος όροφος, που αναφέρεται ως σοφίτα 37 m2, διαθέτει το υπνοδωμάτιο "Black & White" (διπλό κρεβάτι), wc με ντουζιέρα, γραφείο με βιβλιοθήκη και παράθυρο με θέα στο Αιγαίο. Οι αυλές αναπτύσσονται σε 4 επίπεδα: το επίπεδο εισόδου με γκαζόν, θάμνους, και δέντρα, το επίπεδο των οπωροφόρων δέντρων (λεμονιές, πορτοκαλιές, αχλαδιές, μανταρινιές κ.λπ.), το επίπεδο της πισίνας με ποώδεις θάμνους, τριανταφυλλιές, ελιές και δασικά δέντρα και μια μεγάλη (120m2) έκταση με γκαζόν και το τελευταίο επίπεδο με καλάθι και γήπεδα τένις, ροδιές, δεσπότες, βανίλιες κ.λπ.

Hoping to return again!

This is our second time at this villa - we loved it so much in May that we came back in October. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures with lovely views down to Agia Pelagia and space galore. This stay was shorter so we hardly left the property…

Amazing Villa. Amazing Location!

Beautiful, luxurious, private property, well looked after, all as described. Only a short drive into Agia Pelagia. Pool is magnificent. Well stocked with all amenities provided. Responsive friendly host. Highly recommend.

Incredible view. Great Villa!

The house was immaculate and comfortable. Incredible view and really great outdoor area. It would be ideal if you’re traveling with teenagers. You definitely need a car as the area is somewhat remote but more importantly it would be difficult to walk…

The Villa is absolutely recommendable!

We spent a lovely two weeks here. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and the layout works really well. The outside space is perfect for enjoying the sun around the pool all day and the basketball and table tennis table were great fun. The location offers great views down to the sea and the bells on the nearby goats and the chatting of cockerells gives it a real countryside ambience. We had great meals in some of the restaurants in Agia Pelagia and Heraklion.
