Casa Blue Villa Crete es una villa de lujo en alquiler con 3 dormitorios y una piscina privada. Casa Blue Villa está situada en una parcela de aproximadamente 1400m2, con total privacidad, soleada por todos sus lados, con muros de piedra alrededor, macizos de flores tipo Leyland, arbustos herbáceos de Creta, rosas, limoneros, granados y otros árboles típicos de la fauna cretense. . Contemple el azul infinito del mar Egeo o admire las hermosas puestas de sol sobre el horizonte azul. Respira el aire fresco del Mediterráneo y siente el calor del sol en tu piel

El área del 1er piso de 82m2 cuenta con: 2 habitaciones, la "romántica blanca" (con cama king-size) y la "habitación azul" (2 camas queen que se pueden juntar en una cama King Size) y una habitación común cuarto de baño con ducha. También hay una sala de estar con TV vía satélite de pantalla plana, reproductor de CD y PlayStation 3. Puede salir al patio este y a la piscina y hay un área de almacenamiento disponible debajo de la escalera.

La 2ª planta de una superficie total de 65m2 dispone de cocina con comedor, salón con sofá rinconera grande (pueden dormir 2 niños), chimenea y TV de pantalla plana vía satélite. También hay un aseo, una terraza este de 16,50m2 con vistas al mar y una salida al jardín en el lado oeste de este nivel. El tercer piso, denominado ático de 37 m2, cuenta con el dormitorio "Black & White" (cama doble), wc con ducha, oficina con biblioteca y una ventana con vista al mar Egeo. Los patios se desarrollan en 4 niveles: el nivel de entrada con césped, arbustos y árboles, el nivel de árboles frutales (limoneros, naranjos, perales, mandarinos, etc.), el nivel de la piscina con arbustos herbáceos, rosales, olivos y arbolado forestal y una amplia zona de césped (120m2) y el último nivel con canchas de basket y tenis, granadas, déspota, vainilla, etc.

Hoping to return in 2023.

This is our second time at Casa Blue - we loved it so much in May that we came back in October. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures with lovely views down to Agia Pelagia and space galore. This stay was shorter so we hardly left the property…

A place synonymous with absolute tranquility, relaxation.. comfortable rooms, very clean with a beautiful style and a wonderful view.! the pools are always clean and the area around them is ideal for whatever time you choose to eat or drink something…

We would love to stay here again.

We spent a lovely two weeks here. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and the layout works really well. The outside space is perfect for enjoying the sun around the pool all day and the basketball and table tennis table were great fun. The location…
We spent a lovely two weeks here. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and the layout works really well. The outside space is perfect for enjoying the sun around the pool all day and the basketball and table tennis table were great fun. The location offers great views down to the sea and the bells on the nearby goats and the chatting of cockerells gives it a real countryside ambience. We had great meals in some of the restaurants in Agia Pelagia and Heraklion.
