Ktima Aniforeli Estate Sivota ist ein Luxuskomplex bestehend aus zwei Villen, Villa Athena und Villa Daphne mit jeweils 3 Schlafzimmern und einem privaten Pool. Das romantische Design, die dekorativen Details und die ästhetische Qualität sind die Elemente, die die beiden Villen, die Ktima Aniforeli bilden, wirklich hervorheben. Der ungestörte Blick auf die malerische Sivota-Bucht bietet Momente der Entspannung, da Sie alles aus der Ferne beobachten. Die gegensätzlichen Gefühle, nah an allem und weit weg von allem zu sein, wurden noch nie so gut miteinander kombiniert. Das Merkmal, das diese Kombination möglich macht, ist der einzigartige Vorteil eines privaten Fußwegs mit Stufen direkt ins Dorf in weniger als fünf Minuten, ohne dass Sie jedes Mal mühsam in Ihr Auto steigen müssen.

Der Ktima Aniforeli Luxury Villas-Komplex liegt an den Ausläufern der Sivota-Bucht in einer idyllischen Umgebung von elf Hektar Land voller Olivenbäume. Wenn Sie das Anwesen durch das Tor betreten, werden Sie von der malerischen Landschaft und den beiden Villen, die sich vollständig in die natürliche Umgebung einfügen, völlig begeistert sein.

Auf der zweiten Etage gibt es einen offenen Raum mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem Esszimmer mit Kamin und Sofagarnitur. Es hat auch eine Klimaanlage, einen 42-Zoll-LED-Fernseher und ein Bücherregal mit einer Sammlung alter Gegenstände. Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich auch ein WC. Der Hauptbalkon verfügt über eine Wohnzimmer- und Esszimmer-Französischtür für Ihre Momente des Vergnügens, von wo aus Sie den Blick auf den Pool und die Umgebung genießen können. Ein paar Stufen führen zum Poolbereich mit Infinity-Pool. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind da, um zu Ihrer Entspannung beizutragen. Der Rundum-Service der gepflanzten Blumen und Kräuter unterstreicht die Schönheit der Landschaft. Ein Spazierweg mit Stufen führt die Besucher in nur drei Minuten ins Dorf, wo sie spazieren gehen oder ihre täglichen Einkäufe erledigen können.

Zwei Stufen führen zum Schlafzimmer, das aus zwei Einzelbetten besteht, die sich leicht zu einem bequemen Doppelbett mit anatomischer Matratze, einem 28-Zoll-Fernseher, einem eigenen Badezimmer, einer Klimaanlage und einem Balkon zusammenfügen lassen.

Im dritten Stock finden wir ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und anatomischer Matratze, Klimaanlage, einem 28-Zoll-LED-Fernseher und einem eigenen Badezimmer. Beide Schlafzimmer haben eine französische Tür und ein Fenster, das einen zauberhaften Blick auf die Berge und das Meer bietet. Die Schlafzimmerbalkone beider Häuser bieten einen ungehinderten Panoramablick sowohl auf das Dorf als auch auf das weite Blau des Ionischen Meeres, von wo aus der Blick auf die umliegenden Inseln bis nach Ithaka und Kefalonia schweifen kann.

Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein Gästezimmer mit einem 43-Zoll-LED-Fernseher, einem eigenen Badezimmer und einem Sofa, das in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden kann. Auf der gleichen Ebene befindet sich der Poolbereich, der direkt durch die französische Tür betreten werden kann.

The villa is immaculate, and perfect in every way. We have stayed in a lot of villas, but have never stayed in one this good and with so much attention to detail, and thoughtful touches. The villa is spotlessly clean, the beds are possibly the most comfortable…
The villa is immaculate, and perfect in every way. We have stayed in a lot of villas, but have never stayed in one this good and with so much attention to detail, and thoughtful touches. The villa is spotlessly clean, the beds are possibly the most comfortable ever slept in. Maria & Daphne are gentle and kind, and genuinely want you to have the best most relaxed holiday possible. They are available if you ever need them within minutes. The little touches of chocolate croissants one morning, and a leaving gift was wonderful. There are just two tiny weeny things that would make it 110% - possibly a table and chairs by the pool so you can play cards / have a drink by the pool if you wish, and the steps down the village are a challenge for some (me !!). Hopefully the plan is to get railings along the side of them, which would make them much easier to use. There are 155 steps of which some will find easier than others. Thank you Daphne & Maria, you have a very special home and thank you for letting us stay in it xx

This has to be my favourite villa and resort from the many years I’ve been visiting Greece and the Islands. We visited as a family party of 6, and the villa accommodated everyone comfortably. The bedrooms are on different floors, and all have their own ensuites. You won’t be arguing over enough sunbeds or chairs either, its all there for you. It’s impossible to fault the location, or the Villa and the views of the harbour and islands beyond are breath-taking. From the moment we booked, Daphne answered any questions and provided lots of information and also took care of arranging the taxi transfer for us. When we arrived both Daphne and Maria were there to greet us with a welcome back too, and a cold drink and fresh melon. The resort itself is just fantastic, it’s not too big or too small, and you have plenty of choice where to eat, or have a drink and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The last couple of years we did Mykonos and Santorini, but they didn’t have the old Greek charm about them as they’ve become over commercialised, whereas Sivota gave me that feeling of going back to how Greek resorts used to be. There are plenty of places to hire boats for the day, and we were very fortunate to come across a pod of Dolphins on our trip. We’ve taken many happy memories back home with us, and I’d love to return here again soon.

We had an AMAZING experience at Villa Athena. The villa is spotless and in great condition, with lovely amenities. The location was perfect, with a short walk down to the beautiful town of Syvota. The pool and layout of the house meant there were stunning views from everywhere! Most importantly the host, Daphne was so kind and helpful. From day 1, she was very communicative and answered questions immediately, making our whole vacation experience effortless! Thank you Daphne - we can't wait to come back and stay in your gorgeous villa!

We had a great holiday in Sivota and Villa Athina was the perfect place to enjoy the great atmosphere offered by the village and its lively harbour. Maria and Daphne were the perfect hosts having thought of all of those little touches that make all the difference. The villa is fantastic really well appointed and the fact you could walk to the harbour an added bonus. We look forward to going back hopefully for longer than a week next year.

Ktima Aniforeli is simply superb in every respect. From the infinity pool with its lovely view out over Sivota, its dining table on the balcony and the spacious kitchen and living area, to the beautifully finished bedrooms with their fine linen, everything exceeded our expectations. All our needs were catered for, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also satellite television, although we never bothered with it! We wanted for nothing throughout our week and will be back there again next year, but probably for twice as long! Daphne and Maria were very welcoming and helpful, and the direct access down to the village was a great bonus. Sivota has much to commend it, with great bars, restaurants and supermarkets, meaning that most things can be sourced within the village, although we got excellent fresh fish direct from the fishermen in Vassiliki. Thank you very much Daphne.

We had an amazing stay at villa Athena. Anything needed was already there. The pool with its view was stunning. Everything was very clean, the linens and the towels too. It was few steps to the village of Sivota. The owners of the villa, Daphne and her family, were very very welcoming. They made sure that everything was ok and took care of anything with simplicity. Since we were six, the 3 bedrooms with each a private bathroom were the right fit for us. During the night the view was stunning with the lights of the pool and also of the village, so staying in the veranda was relaxing. If you want a villa to be apart from everything and just with the people you choose with a modern yet cozy villa, it is worth your time and money.

This villa is without doubt the most beatfully decorated my family and I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. It is immaculate in every respect, the view is breathtaking and perfect for settling into Sivota life as you are only 100 steps from the harbour (it is a workout to get back up but this was fine for us and the alternative is a very short car journey). This was perfect for our teenagers as well as for us as we could wander down from the gorgeous privacy of the villa to the shops and restaurants in minutes and yet, when we were "home", we felt a world away from any hustle and bustle. Daphne and Maria are warm and generous hosts; the welcome hamper is bountiful and saves that first run to the supermarket as you will have all the essentials and this is topped up min way through the week. I cannot recommend Villa Athena enough and look forward to visiting again. Thank you so very much.

During long, cold, dark winter days, when I close my eyes for a moment, I can recall a sunny, warm, cozy place. I can even feel the pleasant sea breeze, the smell of all these aromatic herbs and even the taste of the fabulous Lefkas wine and I can almost hear the cicadas. This brings me the consolation… Let it be the best recommendation for this place. I’ve been to many villas like this during my holidays, and I travel a lot because of my work, but this is the only place that comes to my mind when I want to recall the summer time. It’s not only a luxury house, but a place where you can feel the positive energy of the people. The owners are very friendly and they are natives of Sivota. Their family lives in this village and the restaurants in the bay are run by them. Because everyone greets you and they know who you are, you can feel for a moment as a part of their community, not only a tourist. It is a very comfortable, clean, modern villa for those who do not like to be one of the thousands of nameless tourists in a huge hotel, and want to feel the real atmosphere of the place they visit. It was my second visit in villa Athena, and will visit it again for sure.

I did not want to go home, and hope to make a return visit in the future.
