Ktima Aniforeli Estate Sivota est un complexe de luxe composé de deux villas, Villa Athena et Villa Daphne chacune avec 3 chambres et une piscine privée. Le design romantique, les détails décoratifs, la qualité esthétique sont les éléments qui distinguent vraiment les deux villas qui constituent Ktima Aniforeli. La vue imprenable sur la pittoresque baie de Sivota offre des moments de détente car vous observez tout de loin. Les sentiments contrastés d'être proche de tout et loin de tout n'ont jamais été aussi bien combinés. La caractéristique qui rend cette combinaison possible est l'avantage unique d'un chemin de promenade privé avec des marches menant directement au village en moins de cinq minutes sans avoir à monter dans votre voiture à chaque fois.

Le complexe Ktima Aniforeli Luxury Villas est situé sur les contreforts surplombant la baie de Sivota dans un cadre idyllique de onze acres de terrain plein d'oliviers. En entrant par le portail de la propriété, vous serez complètement émerveillé par le paysage pittoresque et les deux villas qui sont complètement en harmonie avec l'environnement naturel.

Au deuxième étage, il y a un espace décloisonné avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle à manger avec une cheminée et un canapé en coupe. Il dispose également de la climatisation, d'une télévision LED 42'' et d'une bibliothèque présentant une collection d'objets anciens. Il y a aussi un WC à ce niveau. Le balcon principal dispose d'un salon et d'une salle à manger avec porte-fenêtre pour vos moments de plaisir, d'où vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur la piscine et ses environs. Quelques marches mènent à l'espace piscine avec une piscine à débordement. Transats et parasols sont là pour ajouter à votre détente. Les fleurs et les herbes plantées servent tout autour pour rehausser la beauté du paysage. Un sentier pédestre avec des marches mène les visiteurs au village en seulement trois minutes, où ils peuvent se promener ou faire leurs courses quotidiennes.

Deux marches mènent à la chambre, qui se compose de deux lits simples qui peuvent facilement être réunis en un lit double confortable avec un matelas anatomique, une télévision 28'', une salle de bain attenante, la climatisation et un balcon.

Au troisième étage, nous pouvons trouver une chambre avec un lit king-size et un matelas anatomique, la climatisation, une télévision LED 28'' et une salle de bain attenante. Les deux chambres ont une porte française et une fenêtre offrant une vue magique sur les montagnes et la mer. Les balcons des chambres des deux maisons offrent une vue panoramique imprenable sur le village et le vaste bleu de la mer Ionienne, d'où les yeux peuvent voyager vers les îles environnantes, jusqu'à Ithaque et Céphalonie.

Au premier étage se trouve une chambre avec une télévision LED 43'', une salle de bain attenante et un canapé qui peut être transformé en lit double. Au même niveau se trouve l'espace piscine auquel on accède directement par la porte-fenêtre.

The villa is immaculate, and perfect in every way. We have stayed in a lot of villas, but have never stayed in one this good and with so much attention to detail, and thoughtful touches. The villa is spotlessly clean, the beds are possibly the most comfortable ever slept in. Maria & Daphne are gentle and kind, and genuinely want you to have the best most relaxed holiday possible. They are available if you ever need them within minutes. The little touches of chocolate croissants one morning, and a leaving gift was wonderful. There are just two tiny weeny things that would make it 110% - possibly a table and chairs by the pool so you can play cards / have a drink by the pool if you wish, and the steps down the village are a challenge for some (me !!). Hopefully the plan is to get railings along the side of them, which would make them much easier to use. There are 155 steps of which some will find easier than others. Thank you Daphne & Maria, you have a very special home and thank you for letting us stay in it xx

This has to be my favourite villa and resort from the many years I’ve been visiting Greece and the Islands. We visited as a family party of 6, and the villa accommodated everyone comfortably. The bedrooms are on different floors, and all have their own ensuites. You won’t be arguing over enough sunbeds or chairs either, its all there for you. It’s impossible to fault the location, or the Villa and the views of the harbour and islands beyond are breath-taking. From the moment we booked, Daphne answered any questions and provided lots of information and also took care of arranging the taxi transfer for us. When we arrived both Daphne and Maria were there to greet us with a welcome back too, and a cold drink and fresh melon. The resort itself is just fantastic, it’s not too big or too small, and you have plenty of choice where to eat, or have a drink and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The last couple of years we did Mykonos and Santorini, but they didn’t have the old Greek charm about them as they’ve become over commercialised, whereas Sivota gave me that feeling of going back to how Greek resorts used to be. There are plenty of places to hire boats for the day, and we were very fortunate to come across a pod of Dolphins on our trip. We’ve taken many happy memories back home with us, and I’d love to return here again soon.

We had an AMAZING experience at Villa Athena. The villa is spotless and in great condition, with lovely amenities. The location was perfect, with a short walk down to the beautiful town of Syvota. The pool and layout of the house meant there were stunning views from everywhere! Most importantly the host, Daphne was so kind and helpful. From day 1, she was very communicative and answered questions immediately, making our whole vacation experience effortless! Thank you Daphne - we can't wait to come back and stay in your gorgeous villa!

We had a great holiday in Sivota and Villa Athina was the perfect place to enjoy the great atmosphere offered by the village and its lively harbour. Maria and Daphne were the perfect hosts having thought of all of those little touches that make all the difference. The villa is fantastic really well appointed and the fact you could walk to the harbour an added bonus. We look forward to going back hopefully for longer than a week next year.

Ktima Aniforeli is simply superb in every respect. From the infinity pool with its lovely view out over Sivota, its dining table on the balcony and the spacious kitchen and living area, to the beautifully finished bedrooms with their fine linen, everything exceeded our expectations. All our needs were catered for, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also satellite television, although we never bothered with it! We wanted for nothing throughout our week and will be back there again next year, but probably for twice as long! Daphne and Maria were very welcoming and helpful, and the direct access down to the village was a great bonus. Sivota has much to commend it, with great bars, restaurants and supermarkets, meaning that most things can be sourced within the village, although we got excellent fresh fish direct from the fishermen in Vassiliki. Thank you very much Daphne.

We had an amazing stay at villa Athena. Anything needed was already there. The pool with its view was stunning. Everything was very clean, the linens and the towels too. It was few steps to the village of Sivota. The owners of the villa, Daphne and her family, were very very welcoming. They made sure that everything was ok and took care of anything with simplicity. Since we were six, the 3 bedrooms with each a private bathroom were the right fit for us. During the night the view was stunning with the lights of the pool and also of the village, so staying in the veranda was relaxing. If you want a villa to be apart from everything and just with the people you choose with a modern yet cozy villa, it is worth your time and money.

This villa is without doubt the most beatfully decorated my family and I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. It is immaculate in every respect, the view is breathtaking and perfect for settling into Sivota life as you are only 100 steps from the harbour (it is a workout to get back up but this was fine for us and the alternative is a very short car journey). This was perfect for our teenagers as well as for us as we could wander down from the gorgeous privacy of the villa to the shops and restaurants in minutes and yet, when we were "home", we felt a world away from any hustle and bustle. Daphne and Maria are warm and generous hosts; the welcome hamper is bountiful and saves that first run to the supermarket as you will have all the essentials and this is topped up min way through the week. I cannot recommend Villa Athena enough and look forward to visiting again. Thank you so very much.

During long, cold, dark winter days, when I close my eyes for a moment, I can recall a sunny, warm, cozy place. I can even feel the pleasant sea breeze, the smell of all these aromatic herbs and even the taste of the fabulous Lefkas wine and I can almost hear the cicadas. This brings me the consolation… Let it be the best recommendation for this place. I’ve been to many villas like this during my holidays, and I travel a lot because of my work, but this is the only place that comes to my mind when I want to recall the summer time. It’s not only a luxury house, but a place where you can feel the positive energy of the people. The owners are very friendly and they are natives of Sivota. Their family lives in this village and the restaurants in the bay are run by them. Because everyone greets you and they know who you are, you can feel for a moment as a part of their community, not only a tourist. It is a very comfortable, clean, modern villa for those who do not like to be one of the thousands of nameless tourists in a huge hotel, and want to feel the real atmosphere of the place they visit. It was my second visit in villa Athena, and will visit it again for sure.

I did not want to go home, and hope to make a return visit in the future.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Daphne and her mother were extremely welcoming and helpful. They welcomed us with a tour and a gift basket :) The house was a dream. Very tasteful in its decor. paradise on earth. The view of the Harbor below and the landscape…
