Η Cave Villa Chania συνδυάζει τα υψηλότερα πρότυπα με μια ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα. Ανοιχτοί χώροι και ψηλά ταβάνια, ζεστός χρωματικός συνδυασμός με κρεμ αποχρώσεις και απαλές γραμμές, όμορφοι κήποι και ένας εντυπωσιακός χώρος πισίνας με φανταστική θέα κάνουν τη συγκεκριμένη βίλα τόσο ξεχωριστή.

Το ακίνητο βρίσκεται σε ιδιωτική έκταση 5300m2 σε μια κατοικημένη περιοχή λίγο έξω από το παραθαλάσσιο χωριό Καλύβες στη Δυτική Κρήτη και έχει, επομένως, μια ποικιλία από παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, εστιατόρια, καταστήματα και 3 παραλίες στο κατώφλι. Η δημοφιλής ιστορική πόλη των Χανίων είναι επίσης κοντά (περίπου 20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο) και ως εκ τούτου προσφέρει μια εξαιρετική ευκαιρία για ημερήσιες εκδρομές. Η βίλα περιβάλλεται από καταπράσινους κήπους, ανθισμένα φυτά, βιολογικό λαχανόκηπο και άλλη μεσογειακή βλάστηση. Πολλές υπαίθριες βεράντες για φαγητό και σαλόνι, μια υπέροχη σουίτα μπάρμπεκιου με εξωτερικό φούρνο και άφθονο χώρο για τα παιδιά να παίζουν με ασφάλεια, προσκαλούν τους επισκέπτες να χαλαρώσουν και να διασκεδάσουν στο έπακρο. Το αποκορύφωμα, ωστόσο, είναι η εκπληκτική θέα στους καταπράσινους ελαιώνες της Καλύβε, το εκπληκτικό ορεινό τοπίο και το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος. Περιττό να πούμε ότι αυτή η θέα στη θάλασσα κόβει την ανάσα.

Υπάρχουν τέσσερα κύρια υπνοδωμάτια, όλα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, ένα με μπανιέρα και ένα άλλο μπάνιο στον κάτω όροφο, που διευκολύνουν το πλύσιμο μετά τη μέρα σας στην παραλία ή μετά το κολύμπι στην ιδιωτική σας πισίνα μήκους 10 μέτρων. Το ακίνητο διαθέτει A/C σε όλους τους χώρους με ξεχωριστά ελεγχόμενο A/C σε κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο. Από τα υπνοδωμάτια, μπορείτε να βγείτε στη δική σας βεράντα και να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας ποτό με υπέροχη θέα. Το Cave Villa Chania παρέχει άφθονο χώρο για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες ή παρέες φίλων. Οι ενιαίοι χώροι καθιστικού και τραπεζαρίας, καθώς και η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και η ξεχωριστή ντουλάπα, έχουν μοντέρνο στυλ με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Μπορείτε επίσης να βρείτε μια άρτια εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με όλα τα σύγχρονα μειονεκτήματα και έναν μεγάλο πάγκο νησί με καθίσματα - εξοπλισμένο με εστία μαγειρέματος, απορροφητήρα και νεροχύτη, τέσσερα δίκλινα υπνοδωμάτια με κρεβάτι 1,80 m, A/C και συρόμενες πόρτες που ανοίγουν σε τη δική σας αυλή με θέα στο βουνό και τη θάλασσα. Όλα διαθέτουν ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και πλυντήριο ρούχων και επιπλέον μπάνιο με ντους.

Στου εξωτερικούς χώρους μπορείτε να βρείτε ευρύχωρες βεράντες για φαγητό και χαλάρωση, εντοιχισμένο γωνιακό φούρνο και μπαρ BBQ, όμορφα διαμορφωμένους κήπους με γκαζόν, ανθισμένα φυτά, τοπική βλάστηση -5300m2 ελαιώνες που περιβάλλουν το ακίνητο, 4 x 10 μέτρα πισίνα με ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες. Το Cave Villa Chania είναι επίσης εξοπλισμένο με κάμερες ασφαλείας CCTV για λόγους ασφαλείας.

Great villas in an wow location

Villas in a beautiful location are quite nice! Onsite parking is available. The outdoor space is nice with spots to sunbathe, eat, and even play badminton, and the pool is a fair size. The interior was spacious and immaculate.

She is very helpful and lovely always there when you need her in on what you might need and will take care of any arrangements you need for day trips, yoga teacher, masseuse, anything else you many need, from setting up. Hope to come back here again for our next visit.

Just got settled in from our Greece trip. First of all, let me say that this was the first time we rented a villa for a vacation, so we weren’t sure what to expect. Cave Villa exceeded all our expectations. The home was spotlessly clean and spacious. It is located in a cute little town with restaurants, stores and the beach a couple minutes away. The villa was spacious and modern. Plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and was a joy to cook in. The owner was wonderful and met us at the villa upon our arrival with some basic groceries and instructions for the home. The television had Netflix and the WiFi worked well. Our favorite part of the villa, however, was the outdoor areas. The pool was large and private, the outdoor dining area was spacious and the outdoor lounge area was comfortable. The villa even had outdoor speakers to enjoy when we were in the pool or dining outside. The villa also had a nice outdoor grill and bar area. The villa is close to Chania, but far enough away from the crowds. It was definitely the highlight of our trip. As a family, we decided that all our future trips would be at a private villa if possible.

We had lovely dinners on the outside patio table. The owner was fantastic, she greeted us pleasantly upon our arrival. She was very knowledgeable about the property and made our stay one of the best vacations we have ever been on. There is a grocery mart and beach 2 minutes away. I highly recommend booking this property. Perfect location for a group of friends, or family.

We have stayed in many holiday villas over the years in many countries and this one was probably our favourite. The layout is perfect and so conducive to relaxation. I believe the villa was designed by the owners son and he did an amazing job. 4 ensuite rooms, large pool, fully equipped BBQ area. We were a family of 4 staying for 2 weeks in August. The owner Philippa was simply lovely, she had some toys and books for our kids on arrival, as well as giving me sea salt and olive soap on our departure. Kalyves is a nice fishing village with some good restaurants and close to Chania. Highly recommend this villa.

The location was great, there is a supermarket nearby and Kalyves is only a few minutes' drive down the hill (it is walkable too). It is a lovely little town with some great tavernas and a super clean beach. We had such a fantastic holiday!

Villa was superb, and completely met the high expectations that had been set by previous reviewers. The villa is extremely well kitted-out and well-designed, and ideal for families and group travel, with lots of open-plan spaces to socialise and relax. You will never get tired of the view looking out over the pool. Great restaurants within walking distance, as is an excellent beach, and a supermarket that has everything that you need. We had great fun BBQ'ing, and doing a segway tour in Chania - which I would recommend for seeing the city without having to walk too far! Philippa was a superb host.

We had a wonderful time, my whole family came from Lon, Australia and the US to meet at Greece and we had a truly memorable time. Philippa and Konsta are perfect hosts, even made us an amazing home cooked meal, truly warm and kind folks, made us feel welcomed and instant friends! The villa is brand new, fully stocked with everything you need from baby cots, chairs, toys for pool and even books, just bring yourself and a bathing suit! Wonderful space, 4 ensuites for 4 families, and an extra bathroom downstairs, and also a powder room in the common area. Near a great beach, quaint village where you can get groceries and many lovely restaurants. It should be everyone's first choice when visiting Crete. Will go again for certain! Have already recommended the place to 3 families who want to visit!
