It was tempting not to go out! But there are a few decent restaurants just a few minutes walk away and a well stocked small supermarket. The beach is only mins away too with lots of restaurants so a car is really not needed once you have arrived. The host was fantastic - so welcoming. We loved the villa and it is well furnished and the kitchen well equipped. It is not a new villa and so there were a few tiny issues eg with a door knob being loose and a leak in the sink which was very quickly fixed by the great host so don't let that put you off! We loved it - would definitely recommend.

Amazing family experience

The view was outstanding myMum said it was like a postcard or something only seen in movies . Plenty of room for the family - cleaned mid way through stay and Michalis was a great host and n hand for us if we needed help.

Michalis and his son Leo were welcoming and friendly. Always on hand for any questions we had. The villa has a perfect view of the bay in Almyrida. Just a few minutes walk from the villa is a handful of restaurants, of which we spent most of our time at Taki’s! We were recommended a private chef to come and cook for my moms birthday and that was a treat! All in all the villa was great for a big family. Beds were comfortable enough and the black out shutters were a life saver! We will be back!

He answered very quickly to all our demands and was keen to please us every time he can. We recommend this house and his host without hesitation !

Michalis made the experience even better, from the excellent communication, easy checkin, to providing suggestions for things to do. The location is very good, quiet, close to different types of activities. I highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to have a very nice vacation in Crete.

We had this place for a week during our wedding. 2x5 person apts together so good for 2 families to share if you want the privacy. Fantastic view over Souda Bay. Had a quiet party that easily accommodated 30. Fantastic BBQ area and small pool. Plenty of space for kids to run around if you have them. For 8 of us adults it was nice and quiet. Certainly one to book again if we go over as a family group.
