Το Star Villa 1 Chania είναι μια ολοκαίνουργια, ανεξάρτητη βίλα, σε προνομιακή θέση, μόλις 100 μέτρα από την αμμώδη παραλία Λουτράκι. Υπάρχει επίσης εστιατόριο και καφετέρια. Το Star Villa 1 Chania διαθέτει ιδιωτική θερμαινόμενη οικολογική πισίνα, ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, κήπους και θέα στη θάλασσα του κόλπου του Λουτρακίου. Είναι κομψά επιπλωμένο και προσφέρει εξαιρετική διαμονή σε βολική τοποθεσία.

Αυτή η πολυτελής ενοικίαση αποτελείται από 3 επίπεδα. Στο ισόγειο, υπάρχει μια ευρύχωρη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία και σαλόνι κατά μήκος, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ντους. Στον όροφο της εισόδου, υπάρχει μια ευρύχωρη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία και σαλόνι κατά μήκος της αριστερής πλευράς με μπαλκόνια. Σε αυτόν τον όροφο, υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα ντους. Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους και μπαλκόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια, μπαλκόνι και μπάνιο.

Σε εξωτερικούς χώρους μπορείτε να βρείτε μια ιδιωτική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα χωρίς χλώριο. Το Star Villa 1 Chania προσφέρει επίσης ξαπλώστρες και μεγάλη ομπρέλα, έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, πινγκ -πονγκ, κήπους και ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε δίπλα στην πισίνα και να απολαύσετε τη μαγική θέα στη θάλασσα και τα βουνά Η θέρμανση της πισίνας διατίθεται για τους μήνες Απρίλιο, Μάιο, Σεπτέμβριο και Οκτώβριο και κοστίζει επιπλέον 30 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση.

Great location and wonderful setting for families and friends to gather.

Great beaches in surrounding area and gorgeous view of sunrise over Loutraki beach. Cleaning services provided every few days which was great.

Wonderful outside space

Villa with fabulous 360 views, great outside space and unusual space configuration inside which would be perfect for 2 families (separate kitchen and living space if required). Walking distance to beach and restaurants.

I found this house by accident and honestly it has stolen our heart (my whole family) from the first sight. Not only the house. that easily accommodates 2 families, a big swimming pool and perfect barbecue area but the VIEW! You wake up in the morning, you go to the balcony and you forget about everything. It's AMAZING! Furthemore you do 100 m and you are on the beach, no car needed, no long walking distance to the beach, it's there under your feet. The beach is very secluded, during the week few people are there, only on the weekend you will meet more positive Greek people. At the beach you will eat delicious food in a traditional Greek restaurant. 10 km to the airport in no hurry, close to Chania. After 3 years this is still the best spot for our holidays!

We stayed here during the last week of July, and first thing to say was, boy was it hot. The weather was perfect from the moment we arrived to the day we left. We were two families in total, 4 adults and 3 children under 8. We had a fabulous time. Ioannis (John) met us there when we arrived and was always around the premises keeping things running if we needed him. He was very friendly and made sure the pool was clean and ready for us throughout the stay. The Villas are located near Chania Airport, it's about 20 minutes drive, the roads are extremely step, but we're not very busy when we stayed. There is a a great beach within 3/4 mins walk out of the Villa door, best tip was to go on the grass beach, and then wander down to the water when you want to go for a swim. It seemed to be a favourite of the locals on the weekend. The water is amazingly clear and calm, very good for young children. Good for snorkelling too. Due to Covid, we didn't travel that far from the Villa, but to be honest, we didn't want to either as the pool, the BBQ, the beach and the 2 restaurants in walking distance were enough. There is also food available at the beach shack too. Mr George was also very accommodating and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Very nice people and a very nice Villa. We were happy with this villa as it was the only one with stairs on the pool, which is where the 3 year old hung out most of the time. Would highly recommend and would come again.

Me and my family rented this house for one week in June. We were 12 persons living in this Villa, 7 grown ups, 2 teenage, 2 kids and 1 baby of 8 month and it was a great time. It was 2 apartments in the big villa, 3 persons slept on a big couch and the baby had a babycot, all the other slept in the beds. All the kids loved the pool area and also we grown ups. Everything was great and it was close to a small beach and not to long to go to Another big beach. Only one restaurant close to the villa, but the food and service theere was great. A Little bit to long to the supermarket, but we took a taxi and bought all food we needed. Very close to the Airport, so transfer back and forth was just 10 minutes by taxi. A Clean house with all facilities needed, great service and help from the owner and his family, we could definitely go back to this house.
