Το Star Villa 3 Chania είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα 4 υπνοδωματίων με ιδιωτική πισίνα, σε προνομιακή θέση, 100 μέτρα από την αμμώδη παραλία του Λουτρακίου. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα εστιατόριο και ένα καφέ 100 μέτρα μακριά. Το Star Villa 3 Chania διαθέτει ιδιωτική οικολογική πισίνα, χώρο στάθμευσης και κήπους και θέα στη θάλασσα του κόλπου του Λουτρακίου. Είναι ευχάριστα επιπλωμένα και προσφέρουν υπέροχη διαμονή σε βολική τοποθεσία.

Το Star Villa 3 Chania αποτελείται από 3 επίπεδα: Ισόγειο: Ευρύχωρη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία και σαλόνι κατά μήκος αυτού του ορόφου υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, ντους. Όροφος εισόδου: Ευρύχωρη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό κατά μήκος της αριστερής πλευράς με μπαλκόνια. Σε αυτόν τον όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, ντους. Πρώτος όροφος: Κεντρικό υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό ντους και μπαλκόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα. Υπάρχει επίσης ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεβάτια με μπαλκόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα, μπάνιο με μπανιέρα

Υπαίθρια θα βρείτε ιδιωτική πισίνα, χωρίς χλώριο. Διαστάσεις 8x4μ. Βάθος: Ρηχό άκρο: 1,20μ., Βαθύ άκρο: 1,65μ. Οι βίλες προσφέρουν επίσης ξαπλώστρες και μεγάλες ομπρέλες, έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, πινγκ -πονγκ, κήπους και ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε δίπλα στην πισίνα και να απολαύσετε τη μαγευτική θέα στη θάλασσα και τα βουνά.

Beautiful property with excellent hosts and communication throughout.

Nice rural location, near the beach and a lovely taverna. Spotlessly clean property with everything you could need for cooking, sleeping and holidaying. Very secure and comfortable. Pool is lovely and even the gardens clean and tidy.

And the Villa was also very nice because of the private pool and oh so sweet little kitties = ) It was bonus thing for us, cat-people! One thing was little bit “not so good thing” for us, and came us as surprise; we were two families, but we wanted to be together so that children could be together etc. It would have been better for us to have that kind of villa, that there is no two separate enters. Still I think we all are very pleased to our vacation and we would warmly recommend your villas to families, who want to spend their holidays in peaceful and safe place. ( of course it depends on the neighbours too, is it so….)

It has been a lovely stay.

The owner was really kind and friendly, of high hospitality. The apartment is spacious for 8 adults and 2 kids, with seaview. The pool was clean and maintained every morning. We enjoyed the location which only 5 min walk to the beach.

The beach is very close (you can walk) and there is a mini market fairly close with amazing fish and produce cheap. George and his parents were helpful with whatever we needed. Any of us would come back and stay with them. The price was very reasonable and the beach was quiet.
