Το Lydia Villa Chania είναι μια ολοκαίνουργια πολυτελής ενοικίαση. Η βίλα έχει έξι υπνοδωμάτια χωρισμένα σε δύο κτίρια και 3 ορόφους. Αυτή η γοητευτική και πολυτελής ιδιοκτησία απέχει μόλις 2,5χλμ από την παραλία και 14χλμ από τη διάσημη παραλία των Φαλάσαρνας.

Η υπέροχη θέση του προσφέρει εκπληκτική πανοραμική θέα μέρα και νύχτα. Οι ευρύχωροι χώροι και η πίσω αυλή είναι ιδανικές για μεγάλες οικογένειες, πάρτι μπάρμπεκιου και όλες τις κοινωνικές εκδηλώσεις. Αυτή η ενοικίαση για διακοπές μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 12-14 άτομα.

Η κύρια είσοδος της Villa Lydia Chania βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο. Σε αυτόν τον όροφο, υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα μπάνιο και μια κουζίνα όπου μπορείτε να ετοιμάσετε ένα γρήγορο γεύμα ή ένα πολυτελές δείπνο για τους καλεσμένους σας. Επίσης, μεγάλη τραπεζαρία κατάλληλη για 12 άτομα, σαλόνι με δορυφορική τηλεόραση, τζάκι και άμεση πρόσβαση στη βεράντα. Σε αυτόν τον όροφο, υπάρχει ένα εσωτερικό μπαλκόνι με θέα στην εσωτερική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα με ξαπλώστρες και ένα κοινόχρηστο μπάνιο.

Από την εσωτερική σκάλα πηγαίνει στη σοφίτα της βίλας με ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα τζακούζι και ένα ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Σε αυτόν τον όροφο, υπάρχουν δύο ακόμη υπνοδωμάτια με ιδιωτικά μπάνια. Τα δωμάτια έχουν άμεση πρόσβαση στην αυλή. Δίπλα στο κεντρικό κτίριο, υπάρχει ένα άλλο κτίριο που αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια με δικό τους μπάνιο. Υπάρχει επίσης σαλόνι και κουζίνα. Όλα τα κρεβάτια είναι μονά με στρώματα, λευκά είδη και πετσέτες της Cocomat, τα οποία μπορούν να μετατραπούν σε διπλά! Οι εξωτερικές εγκαταστάσεις της Villa Lydia Chania αποτελούνται από έναν εκπληκτικό κήπο, μια ιδιωτική πισίνα με εκπληκτική θέα στο Κρητικό πέλαγος, έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, ένα BBQ και μια υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία.

We stayed at Villa Lydia in Chania, which was absolutely amazing. The home exceeded all of our expectations. The online photos don't do it justice, it is more beautiful in person. When we arrived we met with the owner's son Mike, at the property. Mike provided us with a tour of the property and instructions on how everything works. Mike was very nice and made himself available providing us with his cell ph# in case we needed to contact him for any reason. Mike would answer our calls or texts immediately when we needed him, and was helpful with restaurant.recommendations and was able to provide us contact information for a local chef to cook a private dinner at the Villa. The property was perfect for my family and I. Everything from the amount of space, pool and views were amazing! It was close to the town of Kissamos which made it very convenient for purchasing groceries, restaurants, cafes, and beaches. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this property to everyone.

This Villa definitely has the WOW factor! There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge PLUS a selection of communal space for us to eat and hang out together as a family. The 2 master bedrooms as separate spaces worked really well for us! The Villa is finished to a high standard, the attractive furnishing adding to the comfort and enjoyment of all. The indoor pool with waterfalls hit the mark with the younger members of our family, while the loungers in the outside pool provided others with a means of joining in, without the need to be submerged. We found the location was close enough for us to walk into the town center but far enough away that it was quiet and the views from all decks are outstanding! The Villa is even BETTER than the pictures suggest! From every angle, this Villa is Instagram worthy but, more importantly, it worked seamlessly well as a family holiday venue - never under estimate the value of not 1 but 4 pools when it comes to entertaining a family of 11. We couldn't have asked for a better host than Mike - he organized groceries to be delivered pre-arrival, so we were set for that first night - he recommended local tavernas and sites to see - he also, handily, worked at a local market that became our go-to place to pick up essentials. He even made a trip on our final night to come and say goodbye!
