Lydia Villa Chania is a brand new luxury rental. The villa has six bedrooms divided into two buildings and 3 floors. This charming and luxurious property is only 2.5km away from the beach and 14km from the famous beach of Falassarna.

Its superb position offers stunning panoramic views day and night. The spacious areas and backyard are ideal for large families, barbecue parties, and all social events. This holiday rental can accommodate up to 12-14 guests.

The main entrance of Villa Lydia Chania is on the first floor. On this floor, there is one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchen where you can prepare a quick meal or a luxurious dinner for your guests. Also, a large dining area suitable for 12 people, a living area with a satellite TV, fireplace, and direct access to the veranda. On this floor, there is an interior balcony with a view of the interior heated pool with loungers and a communal bathroom.

From the interior staircase goes to the attic of the villa with a bedroom, a Jacuzzi, and an ensuite bathroom. On this floor, there are two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms have direct access to the yard. Next to the main building, there is another building consisting of two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a living area and a kitchen. All beds are singles with mattresses, linens, and towels by Cocomat, which can be converted into doubles! The outdoor facilities of Villa Lydia Chania consist of an amazing garden, a private pool with a breathtaking view of the Cretan sea, outdoor furniture, a BBQ, and an outdoor dining area.

We stayed at Villa Lydia in Chania, which was absolutely amazing. The home exceeded all of our expectations. The online photos don't do it justice, it is more beautiful in person. When we arrived we met with the owner's son Mike, at the property. Mike provided us with a tour of the property and instructions on how everything works. Mike was very nice and made himself available providing us with his cell ph# in case we needed to contact him for any reason. Mike would answer our calls or texts immediately when we needed him, and was helpful with restaurant.recommendations and was able to provide us contact information for a local chef to cook a private dinner at the Villa. The property was perfect for my family and I. Everything from the amount of space, pool and views were amazing! It was close to the town of Kissamos which made it very convenient for purchasing groceries, restaurants, cafes, and beaches. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this property to everyone.

This Villa definitely has the WOW factor! There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge PLUS a selection of communal space for us to eat and hang out together as a family. The 2 master bedrooms as separate spaces worked really well for us! The Villa is finished to a high standard, the attractive furnishing adding to the comfort and enjoyment of all. The indoor pool with waterfalls hit the mark with the younger members of our family, while the loungers in the outside pool provided others with a means of joining in, without the need to be submerged. We found the location was close enough for us to walk into the town center but far enough away that it was quiet and the views from all decks are outstanding! The Villa is even BETTER than the pictures suggest! From every angle, this Villa is Instagram worthy but, more importantly, it worked seamlessly well as a family holiday venue - never under estimate the value of not 1 but 4 pools when it comes to entertaining a family of 11. We couldn't have asked for a better host than Mike - he organized groceries to be delivered pre-arrival, so we were set for that first night - he recommended local tavernas and sites to see - he also, handily, worked at a local market that became our go-to place to pick up essentials. He even made a trip on our final night to come and say goodbye!
