Η βίλα προσφέρει 5 ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια που μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως και 10 άτομα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη μοντέρνα κουζίνα, ξεχωριστή τραπεζαρία, μεγάλο σαλόνι με άνετα καθιστικά, χώρο ψυχαγωγίας με μεγάλη τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, κονσόλα παιχνιδιών και DVD player και 3 ευρύχωρα μπάνια. Το σπίτι προσφέρει επίσης μια σειρά από ανέσεις που θα σας φανούν χρήσιμες κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής τους.

Στο εξωτερικό, η βίλα του Evelyn είναι εξίσου εντυπωσιακή και προσφέρει έναν μεγάλο περιποιημένο κήπο με χώρο πισίνας, με χώρο ηλιοθεραπείας εξοπλισμένο με ομπρέλες και ξαπλώστρες, δημιουργώντας το τέλειο σκηνικό για στιγμές χαλάρωσης κάτω από τις χρυσές ακτίνες του ελληνικού ήλιος. Το σπίτι διαθέτει επίσης ευρύχωρες βεράντες τόσο στο ισόγειο όσο και στον πρώτο όροφο με υπέροχη θέα στη γύρω περιοχή, ιδανικές για χαλάρωση το πρωί ή το βράδυ. Η βίλα προσφέρει επίσης ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο μπάρμπεκιου με καθιστικό στον κήπο, όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν την απόλυτη γαστρονομική εμπειρία.

Η βίλα βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Αρχαγγέλου, μια από τις μεγαλύτερες και πιο γραφικές ιστορικές κοινότητες του νησιού. Η πόλη πήρε το όνομά της από τον Αρχάγγελο Μιχαήλ, ο οποίος είναι και ο Άγιος Προστάτης της και είναι μια καλά ανεπτυγμένη περιοχή με πολλές ανέσεις, όπως καταστήματα, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, αρτοποιεία, φαρμακεία. ΑΤΜ, μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς κλπ. Κοντά στο χωριό, θα βρείτε το σπήλαιο της Κουμέλου. ενώ η κοντινότερη παραλία, ιδανική για παιδιά, είναι η Στεγνά, σε απόσταση 2 χλμ. από το κέντρο. Το χωριό έχει πλούσια βλάστηση με χωράφια με πορτοκαλιές. Σε κοντινή απόσταση θα βρείτε και την παραλία Χαράκι, με την ήσυχη ατμόσφαιρα και τα καθαρά νερά της. Εδώ μπορείτε να πιείτε φρέσκο ​​ψάρι και να κάνετε μια επίσκεψη στο κάστρο Φερακλού.

This is an excellent property, just as it shows in the pictures.

It is huge, spotless, and could easily accommodate our two families. The rooms had air conditioning and shutters, so it might get very gloomy at night. The beds were comfortable. The pool is nice but not heated, so it becomes a little chilly in the latter…
It is huge, spotless, and could easily accommodate our two families. The rooms had air conditioning and shutters, so it might get very gloomy at night. The beds were comfortable. The pool is nice but not heated, so it becomes a little chilly in the latter week of October. From the house, it's a short, flat stroll into town. Three minutes away is a mini-mart, and at the end of the road is the most incredible fishmonger. There are numerous modest supermarkets, an excellent butcher, a good greengrocer, and Gregory's Bakery, which makes delicious pastries, all close by. There are a ton of cafes and eateries throughout the city.

The property is sizable and just as the pictures depict. There is a lot of area for everyone to have their own space throughout, and the outdoor space is fantastic. The assortment of inflatables our small child discovered in the garage, as well as the table tennis, made him very happy. It was fantastic that there was a supermarket only a short walk away as well as a few nearby restaurants, bars, and bakeries that were all within walking distance of the villa.

There are several nice supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants close by, and the local amenities are excellent.

Ideal for families and large parties is this villa's location.

As there are no walking beaches but a fantastic location to access the entire Island, it is advised that visitors rent a car.

Pictures don't do this exquisite villa justice; it is so lovely!

We had a great time during our stay—there were four adults and three kids under the age of four. The kids adored the play area and swimming area. The Bluetooth speakers are also a good addition.

Wir sind erst spät abends angekommen und wurden mit Essen und Getränken für das erste Frühstück versorgt. Der Check-in und check-out liefen super problemlos und die Kommunikation war schnell. Das Dorf liegt super angebunden. Im Haus gibt es eine Playstation 4, was für die Männer super war. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Great family holiday

What was not to like .clean everything you needed, even down to inflatable toys for the kids.it was just like home you could not wish for anything more. We had a food pack waiting for us fruit milk bread water just what you need.?

Villa Avelyn ia a great place to spend your holidays. The house is fantastic; clean and very spacious. Nice pool area to relax and enjoy the weather on Rhodos. The villa is situated in a quit area with supermarkets and other shops on walking distance (5-10 minutes). We spend one week with our chlildren and grand-children and had a fantastic week.

Die Unterkunft sah auf den Fotos beeindruckend aus und es war live noch besser. Wir wurden abends um 9 Uhr umfangreich in das Haus und in die Umgebung eingewiesen und von einem gefüllten Kühlschrank mit zwei Flaschen Wein überrascht. Es gibt tolle Tavernen in der Stadt und super Strände in der direkten Umgebung zum Baden und Schnorcheln. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Rhodos kommen, werden wir zu erst hier nachschauen, ob die Villa frei ist.

This villa was everything we imagined and more. If you think the pictures look too good to be true - they aren’t! The villa is huge, clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area is fantastic with plenty of sun loungers as well as umbrellas if you need shade. It was the perfect place for our stay and you can walk right into the little town where there are various delicious restaurants that are local and authentic. You also aren’t far from the local beach where there are even more fantastic places to eat. We rented cars for our stay, with lindos only being a twenty minute drive away and Rhodes town about 35 mins. Would recommend cars for ease of exploration but there seemed to be plenty of local bus links too. The villa is also close to supermarkets so you can get everything you need while there. Can honestly say this is the best Airbnb I have stayed in - absolutely loved it!

The villa is of very high standard you will not want for anything. Clean,clean and Clean, Every appliance in the world was in this villa most of them we where scared to touch. Once again we had a wonderful time in a a wonderful Villa.

We were so lucky to stay in such a beautiful house! Everything was just perfect. There was a lot of space in the house for two families with children. Big kitchen with everything you could need and two tables where you can have a meal(inside or outside)…
We were so lucky to stay in such a beautiful house! Everything was just perfect. There was a lot of space in the house for two families with children. Big kitchen with everything you could need and two tables where you can have a meal(inside or outside). In living room is everything for entertainment(big TV, DVD, lots of music CD's and even Sony PlayStation with games, and even notebook) In children play room were everything for drawing and games(pencils, crayons, puzzles, books, toys and etc.) On second floor, was laundry room, with everything you could need to get your clothes nice and tidy. Also we found there an first-aid kit. In every bedroom was an TV, Air Conditioning and anti-mosquito gadget(it was really useful :D) Bedroom’s also could lock from the outside(very helpful for kids safety for a day nap) In every bathroom was a hairdryer. Pool side had an comfortable sunbeds, sofa, sun-umbrellas and table. Pool itself was very clean and fresh. In garage we found an inflatable unicorn and mattress, also water-guns - so kids had super fun time near the pool. :) We arrived at villa very late, at 2 am, because of delayed flight. Really nice girl named Katholiki met us there with presents for us. It was really sweet. We found in fridge everything we needed for a nice breakfast and wine. Thank you for that! I very recommend you to chose this villa for your perfect vacation. 3
