La villa dispone de una zona exterior excepcional, con una piscina infinita de 12x9m, una piscina infantil y un jacuzzi. También hay una gran terraza cubierta con comedor, cómodos salones y una zona de barbacoa totalmente equipada, ideal para pasar los calurosos días de verano y las hermosas tardes bajo el cielo estrellado. La villa tiene acceso privado a la playa, así como un muelle. Con una vista increíble del interminable mar azul que se encuentra en el horizonte, la villa frente al mar de Maria proporcionará un escenario excelente para sus vacaciones de verano.

It's pleasant to wake up to the sound of the ocean thanks to the villa's great location adjacent to the beach.

Kolymbia's small center is only a 10-minute walk away. All the necessary equipment was in the villa, and the kitchen was fully furnished. Some culinary tools, such as pans, should be modified to better serve the clients in the future.

Our time at the villa was excellent.

We couldn't have asked for more from the outdoor area! The beachfront location is fantastic! We would definitely reserve this villa again if we ever visited Rhodes again.

Although it is situated on a pebble beach, sand beaches are close by. I advise getting a rental automobile.

The weather from 19th-26th October 2019 was beautiful, not a cloud in the sky all week, a gorgeous 25-27 degrees. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the main town of Kolymbia which has a wide array of restaurants and shops. The nearby Tsampika beach which is a 5 minute drive away is also lovely. The island as a whole is lovely too, very family-friendly and everywhere we went people spoke English and catered for small children. It was a fantastic holiday and would love to go back again.

Stylish villa with wonderful outdoor space and sea views, within easy walking distance of the town

The beachfront location and the external areas of the villa were sensational with lots of stylish areas for lounging, eating and socialising. The beach is pebbly and not particularly pretty but the jetty made up for this as it was easy to get into the crystal clear water. There are sandier beaches within walking distance and further down the coast but we were content to lounge around the villa watching all the colourful water sports activity going on in the bay. The water sports centre next door was a huge bonus - it was reasonably priced and we took advantage of all the activity on offer for kids and adults. The restaurants and shops of Kolymbia were an easy 10/15 minute walk away and there is a little shop just behind the villa which sells handmade sandwiches, drinks, pastries and baguettes etc. We arrived very late at night and the hosts had very thoughtfully provided a huge welcome back which contained everything we needed and more to get through the night and the next day without going to a supermarket. All in all, the villa had all the style and comfort we needed for three families of 4 people - without getting under each other’s feet - and we had a wonderful family holiday.

Överraskad och lycklig av det ompysslade trädgården där vi fick plocka tomater, gurka, meloner, zucchini, lök och aubergin! Väldigt professionellt och vänligt bemötande från Mr George både innan resan och under vår semester. Från hjälp med bokning av transfer till lösning av att vi på hemresedagen, med sen avgång fick tillbringa den på ett hotell.
