Το Melodia Villa Kefalonia βρίσκεται στη νοτιοδυτική Κεφαλονιά ακριβώς στον γκρεμό με θέα στην παραλία του Αη Χέλη, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Αργοστόλι. Ακριβώς στην πανέμορφη αμμώδη παραλία του Άη Χέλη με άμεση πρόσβαση στην παραλία μέσω ενός μικρού μονοπατιού, μια από τις πιο όμορφες και δημοφιλείς παραλίες της Κεφαλονιάς με τιρκουάζ και κρυστάλλινα νερά. Το Melodia Villa Kefalonia είναι χτισμένο στη φιλοσοφία και την αρχιτεκτονική της παραδοσιακής Κεφαλονιάς αλλά με μια μοντέρνα πινελιά. Τα περίχωρα της βίλας γιορτάζουν την τοπική φύση και προσφέρουν γαλήνη και αρμονία.

Το Melodia Villa Kefalonia περιβάλλεται από έναν κήπο 11000 τ.μ., με εκπληκτική θέα 360 μοιρών. Το Melodia είναι 215μ² με 3 υπνοδωμάτια και 3 μπάνια όμορφα τοποθετημένα σε 2 ορόφους. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα σε 3 υπνοδωμάτια. Επίπεδο Ισόγειου: Ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με άμεση πρόσβαση σε εξωτερική τραπεζαρία, στον κήπο, στη βεράντα του μπάρμπεκιου και στην κοινή πισίνα. Επίσης στεγάζει ένα από τα 3 υπνοδωμάτια των βιλών με 2 μονά κρεβάτια και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο, υπάρχει επίσης ένα WC για τους επισκέπτες.

Επίπεδο κρεβατοκάμαρας: Μια σκάλα στο σαλόνι οδηγεί στον δεύτερο όροφο που διαθέτει το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και το τρίτο υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Στο κατάλυμα υπάρχουν δύο επιπλέον πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι ξενώνες που μπορούν να παρασχεθούν κατόπιν αιτήματος.

Clean, great location and amenities.

A fantastic location close to some of the nicest beaches and walking to many tavernas and great eating places. Would definitely recommend. We had 13 people staying for a family catch up and it provided the ideal location. Clean, great location and amenities…

I highly recommend staying here if you can.

These villas are even better than what they look like in the pictures, they are so spacious. We travelled as a group of 4 families and there was plenty of room if you wanted some peace and quiet. The outdoor cooking area was amazing, we cooked there…
These villas are even better than what they look like in the pictures, they are so spacious. We travelled as a group of 4 families and there was plenty of room if you wanted some peace and quiet. The outdoor cooking area was amazing, we cooked there several nights then watched the sunset by the pool. Despina also arranged a chef to come in and cook as a surprise for one of our party (it was her 30th) and the food was amazing - I'd highly recommend this. The pool was actually bigger than it looks in the photos and has an amazing view from it, it was the prefect temperature to cool down in. Location wise, you need a car but you can easily walk to the supermarket and some bars/restaurant, it takes about 15mins. I'd also add that Despina was extremely helpful throughout with all other aspects - because we were delayed arriving she went out and bought some essentials so we had some breakfast for the morning. She also allowed us a late checkout as the villa was not occupied the day we left so this was really useful. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

This was truly an unforgettable place! The two villas (there were 14 of us in total), the shared outdoor areas, the BBQ, the infinity pool - it all took our breath away! A couple of restaurants and bars, and two food shops were near enough but that's it. We hired a quod bike, and a car, for a day or two. One day we booked a 12-seater bus to take us all to Argostoli for the day. You can easily see the sea turtles in Argostoli and the food shops were MUCH cheaper there than in Ai Helis. Air-conditioning, comfortable beds, washing machine - all great. Don't forget to take some mosquito repellent. They seem to come out on those lovely balmy evenings... Our host Despina was wonderful, helping, giving tips and even lifts when we saw her on our way to the shop. Thank you!

This is a fantastic place to stay

This is a fantastic place to stay - great view and really spacious house with everything you need. The location is great if you want a quiet spot that is also close to the beach. I'd highly recommend staying here.

If you are planning to stay in Kefalonia with a group of six or more people, Gerasimos's villas are exactly where you should be staying. This property has it all: two thoroughly equipped villas that will keep every guest comfortable and happy, a luxurious infinity pool, a beach that's only a stones throw from the front gates, and outrageously gorgeous views of the Ionian sea from almost anywhere you plant your feet. Gerasimos and his property manager, Despina, were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend these villas for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation.
