Melodia Villa Kefalonia is situated in southwest Kefalonia exactly on the cliff overlooking Ai Helis beach, only 9 km from Argostoli. Right on the beautiful sandy beach of Ai Helis with immediate access to the beach via a little path, one of the most beautiful and popular beaches of Kefalonia with turquoise and crystal clear water. Melodia Villa Kefalonia is built in the philosophy and architecture of traditional Kefalonia but with a modern twist. The surroundings of the villa celebrate the local nature and offer serenity and harmony.

Melodia Villa Kefalonia is surrounded by an 11000 m2 garden, with an amazing 360 view. Melodia is 215m² with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms nicely placed on 2 stories. Accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.  Ground Level: Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to an outdoor dining table, the garden, the BBQ terrace, and the common swimming pool. Also houses one of the 3 bedrooms of the villas equipped with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. On this level, there is also a WC for guests. 

Bedroom level: A staircase in the living room leads on the second floor that features the master bedroom with a double bed, and the 3rd bedroom with twin beds. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.  Onsite the property there are two extra fully equipped guesthouses that can be provided upon request.

Clean, great location and amenities.

I highly recommend staying here if you can.

These villas are even better than what they look like in the pictures, they are so spacious. We travelled as a group of 4 families and there was plenty of room if you wanted some peace and quiet. The outdoor cooking area was amazing, we cooked there…
These villas are even better than what they look like in the pictures, they are so spacious. We travelled as a group of 4 families and there was plenty of room if you wanted some peace and quiet. The outdoor cooking area was amazing, we cooked there several nights then watched the sunset by the pool. Despina also arranged a chef to come in and cook as a surprise for one of our party (it was her 30th) and the food was amazing - I'd highly recommend this. The pool was actually bigger than it looks in the photos and has an amazing view from it, it was the prefect temperature to cool down in. Location wise, you need a car but you can easily walk to the supermarket and some bars/restaurant, it takes about 15mins. I'd also add that Despina was extremely helpful throughout with all other aspects - because we were delayed arriving she went out and bought some essentials so we had some breakfast for the morning. She also allowed us a late checkout as the villa was not occupied the day we left so this was really useful. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

This was truly an unforgettable place! The two villas (there were 14 of us in total), the shared outdoor areas, the BBQ, the infinity pool - it all took our breath away! A couple of restaurants and bars, and two food shops were near enough but that's it. We hired a quod bike, and a car, for a day or two. One day we booked a 12-seater bus to take us all to Argostoli for the day. You can easily see the sea turtles in Argostoli and the food shops were MUCH cheaper there than in Ai Helis. Air-conditioning, comfortable beds, washing machine - all great. Don't forget to take some mosquito repellent. They seem to come out on those lovely balmy evenings... Our host Despina was wonderful, helping, giving tips and even lifts when we saw her on our way to the shop. Thank you!

This is a fantastic place to stay

This is a fantastic place to stay - great view and really spacious house with everything you need. The location is great if you want a quiet spot that is also close to the beach. I'd highly recommend staying here.

If you are planning to stay in Kefalonia with a group of six or more people, Gerasimos's villas are exactly where you should be staying. This property has it all: two thoroughly equipped villas that will keep every guest comfortable and happy, a luxurious infinity pool, a beach that's only a stones throw from the front gates, and outrageously gorgeous views of the Ionian sea from almost anywhere you plant your feet. Gerasimos and his property manager, Despina, were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend these villas for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation.
