Melodia Villa Kefalonia est située au sud-ouest de Céphalonie, exactement sur la falaise surplombant la plage d'Ai Helis, à seulement 9 km d'Argostoli. Directement sur la belle plage de sable d'Ai Helis avec un accès immédiat à la plage par un petit chemin, l'une des plages les plus belles et les plus populaires de Céphalonie avec une eau turquoise et cristalline. Melodia Villa Kefalonia est construit dans la philosophie et l'architecture de Céphalonie traditionnelle mais avec une touche moderne. Les environs de la villa célèbrent la nature locale et offrent sérénité et harmonie.

Le Melodia Villa Kefalonia est entouré d'un jardin de 1 1000 m², avec une vue imprenable à 360 %. Melodia fait 215m² avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain joliment placées sur 2 étages. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes dans 3 chambres. Rez-de-chaussée : Salon spacieux et cuisine entièrement équipée avec accès direct à une table à manger extérieure, au jardin, à la terrasse barbecue et à la piscine commune. Elle abrite également l'une des 3 chambres des villas équipées de lits jumeaux et d'une salle de bain attenante. A ce niveau, il y a aussi un WC pour les invités.

Au niveau de la chambre : un escalier dans le salon mène au deuxième étage qui comprend la chambre principale avec un lit double et la 3ème chambre avec des lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres ont des salles de bains attenantes. Sur place, il y a deux chambres d'hôtes supplémentaires entièrement équipées qui peuvent être fournies sur demande.

I highly recommend staying here if you can.

These villas are even better than what they look like in the pictures, they are so spacious. We travelled as a group of 4 families and there was plenty of room if you wanted some peace and quiet. The outdoor cooking area was amazing, we cooked there…
These villas are even better than what they look like in the pictures, they are so spacious. We travelled as a group of 4 families and there was plenty of room if you wanted some peace and quiet. The outdoor cooking area was amazing, we cooked there several nights then watched the sunset by the pool. Despina also arranged a chef to come in and cook as a surprise for one of our party (it was her 30th) and the food was amazing - I'd highly recommend this. The pool was actually bigger than it looks in the photos and has an amazing view from it, it was the prefect temperature to cool down in. Location wise, you need a car but you can easily walk to the supermarket and some bars/restaurant, it takes about 15mins. I'd also add that Despina was extremely helpful throughout with all other aspects - because we were delayed arriving she went out and bought some essentials so we had some breakfast for the morning. She also allowed us a late checkout as the villa was not occupied the day we left so this was really useful. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

This was truly an unforgettable place! The two villas (there were 14 of us in total), the shared outdoor areas, the BBQ, the infinity pool - it all took our breath away! A couple of restaurants and bars, and two food shops were near enough but that's it. We hired a quod bike, and a car, for a day or two. One day we booked a 12-seater bus to take us all to Argostoli for the day. You can easily see the sea turtles in Argostoli and the food shops were MUCH cheaper there than in Ai Helis. Air-conditioning, comfortable beds, washing machine - all great. Don't forget to take some mosquito repellent. They seem to come out on those lovely balmy evenings... Our host Despina was wonderful, helping, giving tips and even lifts when we saw her on our way to the shop. Thank you!

This is a fantastic place to stay

This is a fantastic place to stay - great view and really spacious house with everything you need. The location is great if you want a quiet spot that is also close to the beach. I'd highly recommend staying here.

If you are planning to stay in Kefalonia with a group of six or more people, Gerasimos's villas are exactly where you should be staying. This property has it all: two thoroughly equipped villas that will keep every guest comfortable and happy, a luxurious infinity pool, a beach that's only a stones throw from the front gates, and outrageously gorgeous views of the Ionian sea from almost anywhere you plant your feet. Gerasimos and his property manager, Despina, were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend these villas for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation.
