Το Villa Quarda στο Vardiola Beach Villas Η Κεφαλονιά βρίσκεται στη νότια ακτή του νησιού της Κεφαλονιάς, το Villa Quarda είναι μια παραθαλάσσια βίλα με τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα με υπέροχη θέα. Σχεδιασμένο με μεγάλο σεβασμό στο τοπίο και ένα συνδυασμό υλικών υψηλής ποιότητας, το Villa Quarda Κεφαλονιάς συνδυάζει κομψότητα και απλότητα, παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική και μοντέρνο στιλ.

Αυτή η υπέροχη διώροφη βίλα, 280μ2 σε μέγεθος και χτισμένη σε παραδοσιακό αρχιτεκτονικό στιλ της Κεφαλονιάς, διαθέτει τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια στο ισόγειο που αποτελούνται από ένα πολύ μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι en-suite, ένα δίκλινο και δύο δίκλινα υπνοδωμάτια. Το Villa Quarda στο Vardiola Beach Villas Kefalonia, διαθέτει εγκαταστάσεις 5 αστέρων, όπως γυμναστήριο, γκαρνταρόμπα, κλιματισμό, ηχεία οροφής, δορυφορική τηλεόραση με μια τεράστια οθόνη πλάσματος 60 ιντσών και ασύρματο internet υψηλής ταχύτητας.

Υπάρχει μια μεγάλη ιδιωτική πισίνα υπερχείλισης που περιβάλλεται από ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες, ένα εξωτερικό μπαρ και χώρο μπάρμπεκιου που περιλαμβάνει παραδοσιακό φούρνο για ψήσιμο στο σπίτι ή πίτσα. Ο καλοδιατηρημένος κήπος έχει φρούτα. Ένα γραφικό εκκλησάκι έχει χτιστεί κοντά στην παραλία.

Αυτή η ενοικίαση διακοπών έχει σχεδιαστεί για να φιλοξενήσει έως 9 άτομα. Ο τελευταίος όροφος είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος με γυάλινες μπαλκονόπορτες που οδηγούν σε ένα τεράστιο και επιπλωμένο μπαλκόνι με θέα στην πισίνα και την παραλία της Αβύθου. Αποτελείται από μια μεγάλη πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με μοναδική διακόσμηση που θα ευχαριστούσε την αδελφότητα του σκάφους. Με ξύλινη επιφάνεια εργασίας, δάπεδα από γρανίτη, ψυγείο, ψυγείο 5 εστιών, γκριλ, απορροφητήρα, πλυντήριο πιάτων, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα για να προετοιμάσετε αυτές τις γαστρονομικές απολαύσεις. Υπάρχει κλιματισμός σε όλη τη βίλα που εγγυάται άνεση. Για τους επισκέπτες που επιθυμούν να μείνουν κατά τη χειμερινή περίοδο υπάρχει επίσης κεντρική θέρμανση και τζάκι.

Dimitris answered all my questions fully and promptly and he made our stay very comfortable.. the location is fantastic.. 50 meters from the beach.. 2-3mins away from local tavernas and mini market.. 15 minutes from Argostoli.. we would have no hesitation recommending this villa and and we'll definitely be back!     11

Georgios and Dimitris, the property manager were great hosts and were 24/7 available if needed. Requests were handled promptly and graciously and with an utmost friendliness and outraging hospitality. The villa was stunning and beautiful located on the top of a cliff facing the amazing ionion sea with spectacular views. The pool was great and a private sandy beach available just below the property. The kitchen had everything you need and the house had effective air conditioning in every room. The beds were great and house keeping came by twice per week and left the house spotless. Definitely one of the best vacations we ever had. We will definitely come back!!

Heaven on earth!!!

Maybe our best holidays ever... the location of the villas is simply magnificent. The beach is a few steps away ..after a 2' min walk through a verdant path! We had the feeling that we were in a tropical island, that somehow synthesised all beauties…

We had the feeling that we were in a tropical island, that somehow synthesised all beauties of Greece's landscapes Infinity pool was amazing... all family was relaxing for hours...enjoying the stunning view of endless blue Our host was also very friendly and polite We will come back for sure!!!

Fantastic location with own beach

Fantastic location with own beach for those early morning swims followed by coffee on the balcony with stunning views - lovely pool. Best holiday villa we have stayed in and teenagers loved the TV/Netflix etc.

We loved our holiday here!

We loved our holiday here! The house is spacious, the views incredible, the pool and BBQ area exquisite. We swam at the private beech every day and loved the beech bar and taverna at Avithos beech, just a couple of minutes walk away. We didn't realize…

We swam at the private beech every day and loved the beech bar and taverna at Avithos beech, just a couple of minutes walk away. We didn't realize we had to book boat excursions in advance and missed out on that experience as everybody was fully booked. Will remember next time. All and all, we wished we had stayed longer.

Georgios' place is just incredible ! Not only did we fall in love with Kefalonia, but it was also love at first sight with the villa. Stathis (the concierge) welcomed us warmly late at night upon our arrival. He would always be there for us, offering his help and providing us with good advices about getting around the island. The villa is just wonderfully located and very spacious. The infinity edge pool is beautiful and very practical for the kids as they are in their depth all aroung the edges. The ocean is only 2 minutes away with a beautiful and desert sand beach. The water is very shallow which is ideal for kids. I'm afraid we just got Kefalonia and Vardiola Villas dependant...

An amazing, fabulous, and modern villa with plenty of character and opportunity. My daughter was 7 months when we came on holidays here and the villa was suitably catered for babies and children of all ages. The pool overlooking the Ionian Sea is spectacular and a must have in the Greek heat. This is a luxury villa which will not disappoint. We are hoping to return for a family vacation soon.
