Esta encantadora villa de dos plantas, 280m2 de tamaño y construida en estilo arquitectónico tradicional de Kefalonia, tiene cuatro dormitorios en la planta baja que constan de una cama doble extra grande en suite, una habitación doble y dos habitaciones dobles. Villa Quarda en Vardiola Beach Villas Kefalonia, cuenta con instalaciones de 5 estrellas como gimnasio, vestidor, aire acondicionado, altavoces de techo, TV vía satélite con una gigantesca pantalla de plasma de 60 ”e internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad.

Hay una gran piscina infinita privada rodeada de tumbonas y sombrillas, un bar exterior y una zona de barbacoa que incluye un horno tradicional para hornear pan o pizza en casa. El jardín bien cuidado tiene una fruta. Se ha construido una pintoresca capilla cerca de la playa.

Este alquiler vacacional está diseñado para alojar hasta 9 personas. El piso superior es un espacio de planta abierta con puertas de vidrio que conducen a un balcón enorme y amueblado con vista a la piscina y la playa de Avythos. Consta de una amplia cocina totalmente equipada con una decoración única que haría las delicias de la fraternidad náutica. Con encimera de madera, pisos de granito, frigorífico con congelador, cocina de 5 fuegos, grill, campana extractora, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera para preparar esas delicias culinarias. Hay aire acondicionado en toda la villa que garantizará la comodidad. Para los huéspedes que deseen quedarse durante el período de invierno, también hay calefacción central y una chimenea encendida.

Definitely one of the best vacations we ever had.

Georgios and Dimitris, the property manager were great hosts and were 24/7 available if needed. Requests were handled promptly and graciously and with an utmost friendliness and outraging hospitality. The villa was stunning and beautiful located on the…
Georgios and Dimitris, the property manager were great hosts and were 24/7 available if needed. Requests were handled promptly and graciously and with an utmost friendliness and outraging hospitality. The villa was stunning and beautiful located on the top of a cliff facing the amazing ionion sea with spectacular views. The pool was great and a private sandy beach available just below the property. The kitchen had everything you need and the house had effective air conditioning in every room. The beds were great and house keeping came by twice per week and left the house spotless. Definitely one of the best vacations we ever had. We will definitely come back!!

Heaven on earth!!!

Maybe our best holidays ever... the location of the villas is simply magnificent. The beach is a few steps away ..after a 2' min walk through a verdant path! We had the feeling that we were in a tropical island, that somehow synthesised all beauties…

Fantastic location with own beach

Fantastic location with own beach for those early morning swims followed by coffee on the balcony with stunning views - lovely pool. Best holiday villa we have stayed in and teenagers loved the TV/Netflix etc.

We loved our holiday here! The house is spacious, the views incredible, the pool and BBQ area exquisite. We swam at the private beech every day and loved the beech bar and taverna at Avithos beech, just a couple of minutes walk away. We didn't realize…

We swam at the private beech every day and loved the beech bar and taverna at Avithos beech, just a couple of minutes walk away. We didn't realize we had to book boat excursions in advance and missed out on that experience as everybody was fully booked. Will remember next time. All and all, we wished we had stayed longer.

Stathis (the concierge) welcomed us warmly late at night upon our arrival. He would always be there for us, offering his help and providing us with good advices about getting around the island. The villa is just wonderfully located and very spacious. The infinity edge pool is beautiful and very practical for the kids as they are in their depth all aroung the edges. The ocean is only 2 minutes away with a beautiful and desert sand beach. The water is very shallow which is ideal for kids. I'm afraid we just got Kefalonia and Vardiola Villas dependant...

My daughter was 7 months when we came on holidays here and the villa was suitably catered for babies and children of all ages. The pool overlooking the Ionian Sea is spectacular and a must have in the Greek heat. This is a luxury villa which will not disappoint. We are hoping to return for a family vacation soon.
