Questa deliziosa villa a due piani, di 280 m2 e costruita nel tradizionale stile architettonico di Cefalonia, dispone di quattro camere da letto al piano terra che consistono in un letto matrimoniale extra large con bagno privato, una matrimoniale e due camere doppie. Villa Quarda a Vardiola Beach Villas Kefalonia, dispone di servizi a 5 stelle come palestra, cabina armadio, aria condizionata, altoparlanti a soffitto, TV satellitare con un gigantesco schermo al plasma da 60 "e connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità.

C'è una grande piscina a sfioro privata circondata da lettini e ombrelloni, un bar esterno e un'area barbecue che include un forno tradizionale per la cottura del pane o della pizza. Il giardino ben curato ha un frutto. Vicino alla spiaggia è stata costruita una pittoresca cappella.

Questa casa vacanza è progettata per ospitare fino a 9 persone. L'ultimo piano è uno spazio a pianta aperta con porte finestre in vetro che conducono a un enorme balcone arredato con vista sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia di Avythos. Si compone di una grande cucina completamente attrezzata con una decorazione unica che delizierebbe la confraternita degli yacht. Con un piano di lavoro in legno, pavimenti in granito, frigorifero con congelatore, fornello a 5 fuochi, grill, cappa aspirante, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina per il caffè per preparare quelle delizie culinarie. C'è l'aria condizionata in tutta la villa che garantirà il comfort. Per gli ospiti che desiderano soggiornare nel periodo invernale c'è anche il riscaldamento centralizzato e un caminetto acceso.

Definitely one of the best vacations we ever had.

Georgios and Dimitris, the property manager were great hosts and were 24/7 available if needed. Requests were handled promptly and graciously and with an utmost friendliness and outraging hospitality. The villa was stunning and beautiful located on the top of a cliff facing the amazing ionion sea with spectacular views. The pool was great and a private sandy beach available just below the property. The kitchen had everything you need and the house had effective air conditioning in every room. The beds were great and house keeping came by twice per week and left the house spotless. Definitely one of the best vacations we ever had. We will definitely come back!!

Heaven on earth!!!

Maybe our best holidays ever... the location of the villas is simply magnificent. The beach is a few steps away ..after a 2' min walk through a verdant path! We had the feeling that we were in a tropical island, that somehow synthesised all beauties…

We had the feeling that we were in a tropical island, that somehow synthesised all beauties of Greece's landscapes Infinity pool was amazing... all family was relaxing for hours...enjoying the stunning view of endless blue Our host was also very friendly and polite We will come back for sure!!!

Fantastic location with own beach

Fantastic location with own beach for those early morning swims followed by coffee on the balcony with stunning views - lovely pool. Best holiday villa we have stayed in and teenagers loved the TV/Netflix etc.

We loved our holiday here!

We loved our holiday here! The house is spacious, the views incredible, the pool and BBQ area exquisite. We swam at the private beech every day and loved the beech bar and taverna at Avithos beech, just a couple of minutes walk away. We didn't realize…

We swam at the private beech every day and loved the beech bar and taverna at Avithos beech, just a couple of minutes walk away. We didn't realize we had to book boat excursions in advance and missed out on that experience as everybody was fully booked. Will remember next time. All and all, we wished we had stayed longer.

Stathis (the concierge) welcomed us warmly late at night upon our arrival. He would always be there for us, offering his help and providing us with good advices about getting around the island. The villa is just wonderfully located and very spacious. The infinity edge pool is beautiful and very practical for the kids as they are in their depth all aroung the edges. The ocean is only 2 minutes away with a beautiful and desert sand beach. The water is very shallow which is ideal for kids. I'm afraid we just got Kefalonia and Vardiola Villas dependant...

An amazing, fabulous, and modern villa with plenty of character and opportunity. My daughter was 7 months when we came on holidays here and the villa was suitably catered for babies and children of all ages. The pool overlooking the Ionian Sea is spectacular and a must have in the Greek heat. This is a luxury villa which will not disappoint. We are hoping to return for a family vacation soon.
