Το Villa Natura Zante είναι ένα μοντέρνο, ιδιωτικό και άνετο διώροφο κτήμα 150 τετραγωνικών μέτρων, μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 12 άτομα και είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν να απολαύσουν την ιδιωτικότητα και την ηρεμία της φύσης σε ένα κοσμοπολίτικο ελληνικό νησί. Αυτή η ενοικίαση διακοπών βρίσκεται στον καταπράσινο και πευκόφυτο λόφο της Λιθακιάς πάνω από τον κόλπο του Λαγανά στο πανέμορφο νησί της Ζακύνθου, σε μια περιοχή γεμάτη ροδιές και άλλα οπωροφόρα δέντρα.

Στο Villa Natura Zante οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν ένα υπέροχο πρωινό περπάτημα στο οικόπεδο μας, συλλέγοντας φρέσκα φρούτα και ξηρούς καρπούς (σύκα, ρόδια, σταφύλια, πορτοκάλια, λεμόνια κ.λπ.) ή να χαλαρώσουν και να απολαύσουν το πρωινό τους κάτω από τη σκιά της μουριάς. Ακόμα καλύτερα, μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την ιδιωτική πισίνα αντί να πάτε στην παραλία. Εναλλακτικά, μπορούν να κάνουν τζόκινγκ κατά μήκος του επαρχιακού δρόμου και των στενών δρόμων της περιοχής κοντά στη φύση φτάνοντας στην περίφημη παραλία «Κούκλα» (2 χιλιόμετρα μακριά), να περπατήσουν ή να χρησιμοποιήσουν ποδήλατα βουνού για να εξερευνήσουν τον καταπράσινο και πευκόφυτο λόφο της Λιθακιάς.

Το Villa Natura βρίσκεται σε συγκοινωνιακό κόμβο στην κοινότητα "Λιθακιά", από όπου μπορείτε εύκολα να αποκτήσετε πρόσβαση στο παραλιακό τμήμα του νησιού με τις διάσημες και πολυσύχναστες παραλίες του ('' Ο κόλπος της Λαγανάς '', '' Λίμνη-Κερί '', '' Κούκλα »,« Καλαμάκι »,« Αγ. Σώστης »κ.λπ.), καθώς και το ορεινό τμήμα της Ζακύνθου με την άγρια ​​ομορφιά της φύσης και τις απομονωμένες παραλίες της.

Τέλεια θέση στην Εθνική Οδό Ζακύνθου-Κερίου, κοντά στην πόλη της Ζακύνθου (9χλμ. μακριά) και το αεροδρόμιο (7χλμ.). Βρίσκεται μπροστά στη θάλασσα σε μια χαλαρωτική περιοχή, 10 λεπτά από τις παραλίες («Κούκλα», «Αγ. Σώστης», «Cameo Island» κ.λπ.) Εξαιρετική επιλογή για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια, αλλά ιδανική και για νέους, που θέλουν να απολαύσουν τη νυχτερινή ζωή .

Ισόγειο

Το ισόγειο περιλαμβάνει μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (με κεραμικές πλάκες μαγειρέματος, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ψυγείο, όλα τα μαγειρικά σκεύη, φαγητά και τραπεζαρία), σαλόνι (διαθέτει μεταξύ άλλων έναν καναπέ -κρεβάτι, ο οποίος ανοίγει σε δύο μονά κρεβάτια), μια έξυπνη τρισδιάστατη τηλεόραση LED Flatscreen, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο (διπλό κρεβάτι σε king size), μια μεγάλη ντουλάπα δύο φυλών ντυμένη με καθρέφτη και ένα μπάνιο με στυλ υδρομασάζ. Ο χώρος είναι κλιματιζόμενος.

Έξω υπάρχει πλακόστρωτη αυλή με δύο μεγάλους φοίνικες και μουριά. Εκεί, μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε μέρα και νύχτα, δείπνο με φίλους ή οικογένεια και να κάνετε τις νύχτες σας αξέχαστες. Είναι επίσης εξοπλισμένο με έναν εξωτερικό μεγάλο πέτρινο νεροχύτη.

Πρώτος Όροφος

Ο πρώτος όροφος περιλαμβάνει ένα μεγάλο, σαλόνι και πλήρως φωτεινό σαλόνι με δύο μεγάλους καναπέδες, ένα υπέροχο τζάκι και μια τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης LED και έχει θέα στο περίφημο νησί Μαραθονήσι (Νησί χελωνών). Διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια. Το ροζ και το πράσινο έχουν ένα μονό κρεβάτι και ένα όροφο κρεβάτι (κουκέτα) είναι ένα. Το τρίτο, έχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι σε king size και εκπληκτική θέα. Το ένα έχει τη δική του μεγάλη ντουλάπα και όλα είναι κλιματιζόμενα. Διαθέτει επίσης πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (με κεραμικές πλάκες μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο, όλα τα μαγειρικά σκεύη και τραπεζαρία), μπάνιο και βεράντα, 60μ2, με απαράμιλλη θέα προς το διάσημο νησί Μαραθονήσι (Νησί χελωνών), η θάλασσα και η καταπράσινη πεδιάδα με τα ρόδια, τις ελιές και τα άλλα οπωροφόρα δέντρα.

Στη βεράντα αργά το απόγευμα, μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε με έπιπλα από μπαμπού, να καθίσετε με φίλους ή οικογένεια, απολαμβάνοντας το ποτό σας και την απαράμιλλη θέα. Είναι επίσης ένα ιδανικό μέρος για να απορροφήσετε την ανατολή του ηλίου και την πανσέληνο που λάμπει στη θάλασσα, απλά καθισμένος στο μπαλκόνι σας ή ακόμα και στο πούλμαν σας μέσα στο σπίτι.

Fantastic Villa with the most amazing views. Marita's Mum is wonderful, the pool doesn't need heating, gives a Nice relief when the sun has been beating on you, although you can enjoy the shade from the beautiful trees around you. Plenty of space in two fridges to keep your drinks cold and such a choice of places to relax and enjoy, inside and out, day or night. Close enough to mini markets and bakery to not need a car, and only 15 minutes walk from Dennis Tavern, a fantastic restaurant with amazing food, staff and service, and SO cheap. We will recommend this villa and location to all friends and family, particularly the trip to Turtle Island that can be seen from the Villa.

Spiral stairs probably not good for under 5’s, two levels gives more privacy with a large group. Use George at sea gems for a private boat as great day out and you will see lots of the island

A lovely villa with beautiful views over the olive groves to the sea. The host, Marita’s mum was very welcoming and helpful. While we were there there was a serious storm/typhoon (this is very unusual so don’t be put off) and a power cut. Marita’s mum braved the strong winds and rain to ensure we were safe and had everything we needed - much appreciated. You definitely need a car as it is quite isolated although there are some good restaurants and lovely beaches within a few minutes drive. I would highly recommend Villa Natura.

We have just returned from our one week stay and missing this place already. Breathtaking views, beautiful house and great location. The owner was brilliant with correspondence (booking, check in and my questions) and also with recommendations of where to go on the island. Airport, waterpark and beaches all within a 15 minute drive. Have recommended to everyone on our return and look forward to heading back there ourselves in the future!

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at villa Natura and what a fantastic time we had. We were warmly greeted by Marita upon our arrival and welcomed with coffee and fresh peaches and figs from her orchard which were delicious. The villa is in a superb location 15 minutes drive from the airport and within easy reach of supermarkets, tavernas and beaches. The villa is very spacious and equipped with all the facilities and amenities that you require. It was spotlessly clean and bed linen and towels changed regularly during our stay. The pool was wonderful and the rattan sun beds with comfy cushions made sun bathing a pleasure. There are stunning views from the ground floor and also the veranda of the sea and "Turtle Island". I would highly recommend a holiday here as it's a great villa with very caring owners who make sure that you have all you need to ensure you have a fantastic stay. We have only been home 1 day and are missing it already.

We were two families traveling together (5 adults and 5 children) and needless to say we were super excited to see and visit Zakynthos. To say we were satisfied and extremely happy and that all our expectations were met is a massive understatement! And, when we arrived and saw the unexpected sight of a beautiful serene swimming pool, we couldn't believe our eyes. Definitely the cherry on the top! Marita and her mum are fantastic hosts and tried their best to accommodate all our wishes, even when we asked for a cake tin to bake a birthday cake! When we were not in the pool, we spent late evenings sitting on the porch admiring beautiful Zakynthos and the stunning views from the veranda. The villa is super neat and clean, everything with definite modern finishing touches. The 4 bedrooms accommodated all of us comfortably and the air conditioners a great asset. After spending the day on the beaches we literally couldn't wait to get "home"! Villa Natura most definitely aided in making our dream holiday in Greece come true. Thank you Marita for sharing this absolutely fantastic place with us!
