Villa Natura Zante es una finca moderna, privada y cómoda de dos pisos de 150 metros cuadrados, con capacidad para 12 personas y es ideal para quienes desean disfrutar de la privacidad y tranquilidad de la naturaleza en una isla griega cosmopolita. Este alquiler de vacaciones se encuentra en la colina verde y pinada de Lithakia sobre la bahía de Laganas en la hermosa isla de Zakynthos en una región llena de granados y otros árboles frutales.

En Villa Natura Zante los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una hermosa mañana caminando por nuestra parcela de tierra, recolectando frutas frescas y nueces (higos, granadas, uvas, naranjas, limones, etc.) o relajarse y disfrutar de su desayuno bajo la sombra de la morera. Aún mejor, puede disfrutar de la piscina privada en lugar de ir a la playa. Alternativamente, pueden trotar por la carretera rural y las estrechas calles de la zona cercana a la naturaleza hasta llegar a la famosa playa "Koukla" (a 2 km de distancia), caminar o usar bicicletas de montaña para explorar la verde y pinada colina de Lithakia.

Villa Natura está ubicada en un centro de transporte en la comunidad de "Lithakia" desde donde se puede acceder fácilmente a la parte costera de la isla con sus famosas y concurridas playas ("Lagana's Bay", "Limni-Keri", " Koukla ”,“ Kalamaki ”,“ Ag. Sostis ”, etc.), así como la parte montañosa de Zakynthos con la belleza de la naturaleza salvaje y sus playas aisladas.

Ubicación perfecta en la carretera nacional de Zakynthos-Keri, cerca de la ciudad de Zakynthos (a 9 km) y del aeropuerto (a 7 km). Se encuentra frente al mar en una zona de relax, a 10 minutos de las playas (“Koukla”, “Ag. Afuera hay un patio pavimentado con dos grandes palmeras y moreras. Allí podrá relajarse día y noche, cenar con amigos o familiares y hacer que sus noches sean inolvidables. También está equipado con un gran fregadero de piedra al aire libre.

Primer piso

El primer piso incluye un gran salón y una sala de estar completamente luminosa con dos sofás grandes, una hermosa chimenea y un televisor de pantalla plana LED y tiene vista a la famosa isla Marathonisi (Isla Tortuga). Tiene 3 habitaciones. La rosa y la verde tienen una cama individual y una cama en el piso (litera) es una. El tercero, tiene una cama doble en tamaño king y una vista impresionante. Uno tiene su propio armario grande y todos tienen aire acondicionado. Fantastic Villa with the most amazing views. Marita's Mum is wonderful, the pool doesn't need heating, gives a Nice relief when the sun has been beating on you, although you can enjoy the shade from the beautiful trees around you. Plenty of space in two fridges to keep your drinks cold and such a choice of places to relax and enjoy, inside and out, day or night. Close enough to mini markets and bakery to not need a car, and only 15 minutes walk from Dennis Tavern, a fantastic restaurant with amazing food, staff and service, and SO cheap. We will recommend this villa and location to all friends and family, particularly the trip to Turtle Island that can be seen from the Villa.

Taxis are a little expensive but Marita our host was very helpful sorting bookings for us. Favourite restaurants Aperito resto bar and Cave Damianos , stunning food and views. Spiral stairs probably not good for under 5’s, two levels gives more privacy with a large group. Use George at sea gems for a private boat as great day out and you will see lots of the island

A lovely villa with beautiful views over the olive groves to the sea. The host, Marita’s mum was very welcoming and helpful. While we were there there was a serious storm/typhoon (this is very unusual so don’t be put off) and a power cut. Marita’s mum braved the strong winds and rain to ensure we were safe and had everything we needed - much appreciated. You definitely need a car as it is quite isolated although there are some good restaurants and lovely beaches within a few minutes drive. I would highly recommend Villa Natura.

We all had a great time at villa natura, the view was beautiful and you can pick fresh fruit from the surrounding trees for our GnTs and breakfast in the morning! The swimming pool was great as we had some floats to play on. Would definitely come back…

We have just returned from our one week stay and missing this place already. Breathtaking views, beautiful house and great location. The owner was brilliant with correspondence (booking, check in and my questions) and also with recommendations of where to go on the island. Airport, waterpark and beaches all within a 15 minute drive. Have recommended to everyone on our return and look forward to heading back there ourselves in the future!

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at villa Natura and what a fantastic time we had. We were warmly greeted by Marita upon our arrival and welcomed with coffee and fresh peaches and figs from her orchard which were delicious. The villa is in a superb location 15 minutes drive from the airport and within easy reach of supermarkets, tavernas and beaches. The villa is very spacious and equipped with all the facilities and amenities that you require. It was spotlessly clean and bed linen and towels changed regularly during our stay. The pool was wonderful and the rattan sun beds with comfy cushions made sun bathing a pleasure. There are stunning views from the ground floor and also the veranda of the sea and "Turtle Island". I would highly recommend a holiday here as it's a great villa with very caring owners who make sure that you have all you need to ensure you have a fantastic stay. We have only been home 1 day and are missing it already.

We were two families traveling together (5 adults and 5 children) and needless to say we were super excited to see and visit Zakynthos. To say we were satisfied and extremely happy and that all our expectations were met is a massive understatement! And, when we arrived and saw the unexpected sight of a beautiful serene swimming pool, we couldn't believe our eyes. Definitely the cherry on the top! Marita and her mum are fantastic hosts and tried their best to accommodate all our wishes, even when we asked for a cake tin to bake a birthday cake! When we were not in the pool, we spent late evenings sitting on the porch admiring beautiful Zakynthos and the stunning views from the veranda. The villa is super neat and clean, everything with definite modern finishing touches. The 4 bedrooms accommodated all of us comfortably and the air conditioners a great asset. After spending the day on the beaches we literally couldn't wait to get "home"! Villa Natura most definitely aided in making our dream holiday in Greece come true. Thank you Marita for sharing this absolutely fantastic place with us!
