Το Antonio Villa Zante βρίσκεται σε προνομιακή τοποθεσία, μέσα σε περισσότερα από 2000 τετραγωνικά μέτρα ιδιωτικού περιφραγμένου ελαιώνα και κήπου, με δική του εξωτερική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα. Αυτή η κομψή βίλα προσφέρει άνεση και εκπληκτική θέα σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Σε υπερυψωμένη θέση, αυτή η πολυτελής ενοικίαση περιλαμβάνει τρία υπνοδωμάτια και δύο μπάνια, κουζίνα ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης, σαλόνι και βεράντες. Περιβάλλεται από οπωροφόρα και ελαιόδεντρα και επωφελείται από τη ζεστασιά του ήλιου όλη την ημέρα. Το Antonio Villa είναι κατάλληλο για 7-8 άτομα.

Οι χώροι είναι περιφραγμένοι ολόγυρα παρέχοντας μια απομονωμένη και ιδιωτική διαμονή. Στο ισόγειο, υπάρχει ένα άνετο σαλόνι/τραπεζαρία με ξυλόσομπα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (αυτόματο πλυντήριο ρούχων) & βεστιάριο. Επίσης σε αυτόν τον όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι.

Μια ξύλινη σκάλα οδηγεί στον πρώτο όροφο που έχει δύο ακόμη δίκλινα υπνοδωμάτια και ένα WC/ντους.

Η θέα από τα υπνοδωμάτια του επάνω ορόφου είναι υπέροχη με θέα πάνω από τις κορυφές των ελαιώνων προς την πόλη της Ζακύνθου, τα βράχια στην παραλία Chrystal και το μικρό νησί Πελούζο. Στον κάτω όροφο πάλι βγαίνουμε από την πίσω πόρτα σε ένα μεγάλο υπερυψωμένο αίθριο ιδανικό για δείπνο στο ύπαιθρο και χαλάρωση στον καυτό καλοκαιρινό ήλιο. Θα περάσετε τον περισσότερο χρόνο σας στη βίλα σε αυτόν τον χώρο, τρώγοντας, πίνοντας, χαλαρώνοντας και απομακρύνοντας το αστέρι της βραδιάς κοιτάζοντας τις μικρές ώρες.

Ο μπροστινός και ο πίσω κήπος παράγουν μια καλή ποικιλία από φρούτα, λαχανικά και βότανα, και μια σύντομη βόλτα στη σκιά του ελαιώνα σας φέρνει στη φάρμα χόμπι που φιλοξενεί μια ποικιλία μικρών ζώων, (εποχές επιτρέπεται) συμπεριλαμβανομένων κοτόπουλων, γαλοπούλων, κουνελιών, μερικών προβάτων και κατσικιών. The property is really great looking and comfortable house with a nice outside seating area in a quiet area, near to the airport and to Laganas. We enjoyed the pool very much, it was a great pleasure to wake up in the morning and jump into it straight away and refresh ourselves for the day. There is a supermarket (Lidl) 10 minutes drive away from the house. We enjoyed our breakfast every day on the terrace. Antonio is a great host who waited for us with freshly picked grapes from the garden and water and even arranged a boat trip for us in one of the days. The view from the upstairs terrace is amazing, the AC working well. The villa is a great choice for a family and for a group of friends too who does not want to stay in the crowded areas of the island and enjoys the sounds and calmness of the country.

Ideal Choice!

They are so great they really make you feel at home and apart of their family. My friends and I went in March and couldn't stop raving about our stay with them. I would recommend to anyone to stay with them as you just can't get a place thats anything better then what they have!
