Το Agro Art Villa Zante σχεδιάστηκε ειδικά για εσάς, που αναζητάτε κομψότητα, πολυτέλεια, παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική υψηλού επιπέδου, εγκαταστάσεις υψηλής ποιότητας, ήρεμη ζωή στη φύση και σύντομα ταξίδια στις μαγευτικές παραλίες του νησιού, ξεφεύγοντας από τη φιλοσοφία του μαζικού τουρισμού. Χτισμένο στο χωριό Βανάτο, σε έκταση 1200 τ.μ., περιτριγυρισμένο από ελαιώνες και αμπελώνες, με θέα στον καταπράσινο λόφο του Σπηλούλα, όπου βρίσκεται το ομώνυμο μοναστήρι, με μοναδικά χρώματα, σαγηνευτικά αρώματα και απαράμιλλη ζωντάνια της γης, στοχεύει να αιχμαλωτίσει και να αιχμαλωτίσει τις αισθήσεις σας, προσφέροντάς σας ένα ιδανικό μέρος για να μοιραστείτε με τους αγαπημένους σας, αξέχαστες και μοναδικές στιγμές καλοκαιρινών αποδράσεων.

Το Agro Art Villa Zante, ανοίγει τις πόρτες του και έρχεται να παρουσιαστεί και σας μυεί στην αρμονική συνύπαρξη πολυτέλειας με το παραδοσιακό και το παλιό. Κατασκευασμένο με έντονα τοπικά και παραδοσιακά αρχιτεκτονικά στοιχεία στο χρώμα και στα διακοσμητικά μοτίβα του κτιρίου, με μοναδική κομψότητα και λειτουργικότητα στο εσωτερικό του, θα εντυπωσιάσει και θα ικανοποιήσει την αισθητική σας.

Έχοντας συνολικό εμβαδόν 100 τ.μ., μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα και περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, με διπλό κρεβάτι, μεγάλες ηλιόλουστες πόρτες βεράντας με έξοδο σε μπαλκόνι ή βεράντα, ενιαία κουζίνα και σαλόνι με τζάκι και άμεση πρόσβαση στον χώρο της πισίνας και στις υπόλοιπες βεράντες κτιρίων, ευρύχωρα μπάνια με πολλές ανέσεις και WC. Γενικά, μέσα στη βίλα, τα εξαιρετικά έπιπλα από σίδερο και ξύλο, ρομαντικού και νεοκλασικού στιλ, τα εντυπωσιακά φωτιστικά, τα δαντελωτά υφάσματα, οι γκραβούρες και οι πίνακες ζωγραφικής και τα διακοσμητικά αντικείμενα που τελειοποιούν την περιοχή, συνδυάζονται με γήινα χρώματα αλλά ταυτόχρονα με έντονες αντιθέσεις, χρυσές λεπτομέρειες και το βαθύ πράσινο της μεσογειακής ώριμης ελιάς, κοιτώντας στο διάστημα.

Η εικόνα της πολυτέλειας του εσωτερικού του Agro Art Villa Zante ολοκληρώνεται και είναι σε αρμονία με το εξωτερικό, όπου πινελιές χρωμάτων λουλουδιών, αμπελώνων, ελαιόδεντρων, λιλά και γκαζόν δημιουργούν έναν επίγειο παράδεισο. Η κατασκευή του μπάρμπεκιου, της πισίνας, των μονοπατιών και των περιφράξεων, από πέτρα και ξύλο, εμπνέουν μια μοναδική αίσθηση γαλήνης και ηρεμίας. Το πλαίσιο της τελειότητας συμπληρώνεται από τις ρετρό βεράντες επίπλων, το μοναστηριακό δείπνο στην περιοχή μπάρμπεκιου και τα εντυπωσιακά πήλινα αγγεία που τοποθετούνται σε διάφορα σημεία του εξωτερικού χώρου.

The quality of our staying in this villa was better than we expected. The place was very clean, had all the amenities listed in the description and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Presented images picture the real state of the villa. The location is also quite comfortable, especially if you are on the car, you can get around the island very fast and easy. Really recommend this place for any company or family. Thanks Dionysia and Pavlos for a great stay!

Weve just returned from 2 weeks at the villa which was fabulous! The villa was so well equipped and had many 'extras' that we dont usually have in a rental. The decor and fittings are all well maintained and it shows that the owners take pride in the appearance of the villa. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and my husband wasted no time in trying out the hammock, daybed and then the sun loungers which were all great! Villa is located on a main road so a bit of noise during the day but nothing at night and it didnt bother us at all. Pool is perfect although would point out that it is the same depth across which is probably about 5-6ft deep. Sound system in the garden is great and you can link up ipads and iphones for your music :) Great BBQ area for the eve meal and a drink. A car is needed to get around although the villa is ideally located approx 8mins drive from Tsilvi or 10/15mins into Zakynthos town where there are so many places to eat. Strongly recommend Halfway House in Tsilvi as the food was amazing- need to book in advance! Also we did the boat trip to Blue Caves and Shipwreck from jst outside Skinari- Potamitis Bros. They were well worth the extra 5 mins drive out of Skinari and the boats werent too busy which was a bonus- strongly recommend. All in all an amazing holiday and would definately return to the villa. Die persönliche und intensive Betreuung durch unsere Vermieterin Dionysia und ihren Mann war wirklich wundervoll. Unglücklicherweise hatte unsere Tochter mehrere Tage hohes Fieber. Dionysia hat uns extra einen Arzt rausgesucht und wäre sogar mit uns in ein Krankenhaus gefahren. Zum Glück war es nicht nötig. Und auch darüber hinaus hat sie uns jede Frage umgehend beantwortet und uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Ansonsten liegt die Villa weit weg vom Massentourismus, trotzdem sind Flughafen, Stadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben das Haus und vor allem den wundervollen Garten sehr genossen.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa at the beginning of August. Hosts were amazing - met us at the airport, provided invaluable advice regarding local attractions and restaurants. They even provided gluten free products for us on arrival and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Car hire was also arranged for us (car dropped off at the villa). The villa itself was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need (and more!). would not hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend. Thank you Agro villas :)

heaven on earth

My family with 2 teenagers (19,17) went to this villa. We were warmly received by the owners.They first showed the whole house. It is so complete with many extra's. And even if you miss something, it is immediately delivered. every item in the house…
My family with 2 teenagers (19,17) went to this villa. We were warmly received by the owners.They first showed the whole house. It is so complete with many extra's. And even if you miss something, it is immediately delivered. every item in the house and garden has been put down with respect and love.We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor seating and barbecue area and actually everything. Good beds. the only downside is that there is a road along the house that you can only hear. Furthermore, you have a lot of private in and around the house. we had a great holiday and recommend everyone. It's not just a vacation it's heaven on earth!!

We were delightfully surprised to discover this was one private villa for our exclusive use. Our hosts were extremely gracious in making themselves available to meet us with the keys and a thorough tour of the property, explaining all of the things that were available. The attention to detail and ultra-fine construction of the building, fixtures and furnishings, lighting, a/c, outdoor area with sound system ensured our stay was perfect. Our hosts recommended terrific places to visit for beaches and sight seeing, as well as local restaurants (you MUST go to the Platanos restaurant, a 5 min drive, for excellent value local cuisine). You will need a car to use this property, but you should have one anyway to see everything on the island anyway. We would happily return and highly recommend to stay here! Absolutely lovely people, accommodations and location.

We liked being in the middle of vineyards and olive trees The pool and the garden were immaculate. Netflix helped us when it was very hot. It was very hard to leave this house. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your advices. Maybe we will see you next year ot this winter.

It was magical!

We spent a wonderful week here at the start of August. The owners were excellent hosts and provided a warm welcome, along with ample supplies of food and drink. The villa was immaculate and very comfortable - better wifi than we get at home and netflix…
We spent a wonderful week here at the start of August. The owners were excellent hosts and provided a warm welcome, along with ample supplies of food and drink. The villa was immaculate and very comfortable - better wifi than we get at home and netflix for overheated kids. The pool and surrounding gardens were brilliant, with many interesting and unusual poolside extras. The owners kept us supplied with fresh homegrown produce (all wonderful!) and if we had to shop, the local minimart is within walking distance. We felt that this holiday was outstanding, it was lovely to stay somewhere a little bit different and our huge thanks to the owners, for making it really special.
