Built-in the village of Vanato, in an area of 1200 sq.m., surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, overlooking the lush green hill of Spiloulas, where the homonym monastery is located, with unique colors, seductive aromas, and unparalleled vitality of the earth, it aims to captivate and capture your senses, offering to you an ideal place for share with your loved ones, unforgettable and unique moments of summer escapes.

Agro Art Villa Zante, opens its doors and comes to be introduced and initiates you to the harmonious coexistence of luxury with the traditional and old. Crafted with strong local and traditional architectural elements in color and in the decorative motifs of the building, with unique elegance and functionality in its interior, it will impress and satisfy your aesthetics.

Having a total area of 100 sq.m., it can accommodate up to 6 people and includes two bedrooms, with double bed, large sunny patio doors with exit to balcony or terrace, open plan kitchen and living room area with fireplace and direct access to the pool area and in the rest building terraces, spacious bathrooms with many amenities and a WC. Generally, inside the villa, the excellent furniture made of iron and wood, of romantic and neoclassical style, the impressive light fixtures, the lacy fabrics, the gravures and paintings, and the decorative items which are perfecting the area, are combined with earthly colors but at the same time with strong contrasts, gold details and the deep green of the Mediterranean mature olive, staring in space.

The image of the luxury of the interior of Agro Art Villa Zante is completed and it is in harmony with the exterior, where touches of colors of flowers, vineyards, olive trees, leilant, and lawn create a terrestrial paradise. The construction of the barbecue, pool, trails, and fences, made of stone and wood materials, inspire a unique sense of peace and serenity. The frame of perfection is complemented by the retro furniture terraces, the monastic dining in the barbecue area, and the impressive clay pots that are placed at various points of the external space.

The vantage point are the angles of art that wake up memories of past years and bring to life and light objects through tradition when life flowed slowly and was distinguished for romance, kindness, hospitality, and love for life and mother nature. Each item you will admire at our places, such as the old stones, the lamps, the carved stone, the boat, and the old bicycles, conceals a story: war stories, love stories, stories of daily survival since the objects regain breath, whisper and hummed to you and witness the remnants of a distant but yet nostalgic past.

The quality of our staying in this villa was better than we expected. The place was very clean, had all the amenities listed in the description and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Presented images picture the real state of the villa. The location is also quite comfortable, especially if you are on the car, you can get around the island very fast and easy. Really recommend this place for any company or family. Thanks Dionysia and Pavlos for a great stay!

Weve just returned from 2 weeks at the villa which was fabulous! The villa was so well equipped and had many 'extras' that we dont usually have in a rental. The decor and fittings are all well maintained and it shows that the owners take pride in the appearance of the villa. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and my husband wasted no time in trying out the hammock, daybed and then the sun loungers which were all great! Villa is located on a main road so a bit of noise during the day but nothing at night and it didnt bother us at all. Pool is perfect although would point out that it is the same depth across which is probably about 5-6ft deep. Sound system in the garden is great and you can link up ipads and iphones for your music :) Great BBQ area for the eve meal and a drink. A car is needed to get around although the villa is ideally located approx 8mins drive from Tsilvi or 10/15mins into Zakynthos town where there are so many places to eat. Strongly recommend Halfway House in Tsilvi as the food was amazing- need to book in advance! Also we did the boat trip to Blue Caves and Shipwreck from jst outside Skinari- Potamitis Bros. They were well worth the extra 5 mins drive out of Skinari and the boats werent too busy which was a bonus- strongly recommend. All in all an amazing holiday and would definately return to the villa. Die persönliche und intensive Betreuung durch unsere Vermieterin Dionysia und ihren Mann war wirklich wundervoll. Unglücklicherweise hatte unsere Tochter mehrere Tage hohes Fieber. Dionysia hat uns extra einen Arzt rausgesucht und wäre sogar mit uns in ein Krankenhaus gefahren. Zum Glück war es nicht nötig. Und auch darüber hinaus hat sie uns jede Frage umgehend beantwortet und uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Ansonsten liegt die Villa weit weg vom Massentourismus, trotzdem sind Flughafen, Stadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben das Haus und vor allem den wundervollen Garten sehr genossen.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa at the beginning of August. Hosts were amazing - met us at the airport, provided invaluable advice regarding local attractions and restaurants. They even provided gluten free products for us on arrival and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Car hire was also arranged for us (car dropped off at the villa). The villa itself was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need (and more!). would not hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend. Thank you Agro villas :)

heaven on earth

My family with 2 teenagers (19,17) went to this villa. We were warmly received by the owners.They first showed the whole house. It is so complete with many extra's. And even if you miss something, it is immediately delivered. every item in the house…
My family with 2 teenagers (19,17) went to this villa. We were warmly received by the owners.They first showed the whole house. It is so complete with many extra's. And even if you miss something, it is immediately delivered. every item in the house and garden has been put down with respect and love.We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor seating and barbecue area and actually everything. Good beds. the only downside is that there is a road along the house that you can only hear. Furthermore, you have a lot of private in and around the house. we had a great holiday and recommend everyone. It's not just a vacation it's heaven on earth!!

We were delightfully surprised to discover this was one private villa for our exclusive use. Our hosts were extremely gracious in making themselves available to meet us with the keys and a thorough tour of the property, explaining all of the things that were available. The attention to detail and ultra-fine construction of the building, fixtures and furnishings, lighting, a/c, outdoor area with sound system ensured our stay was perfect. Our hosts recommended terrific places to visit for beaches and sight seeing, as well as local restaurants (you MUST go to the Platanos restaurant, a 5 min drive, for excellent value local cuisine). You will need a car to use this property, but you should have one anyway to see everything on the island anyway. We would happily return and highly recommend to stay here! Absolutely lovely people, accommodations and location.

We liked being in the middle of vineyards and olive trees The pool and the garden were immaculate. Netflix helped us when it was very hot. It was very hard to leave this house. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your advices. Maybe we will see you next year ot this winter.

It was magical!

We spent a wonderful week here at the start of August. The owners were excellent hosts and provided a warm welcome, along with ample supplies of food and drink. The villa was immaculate and very comfortable - better wifi than we get at home and netflix…
We spent a wonderful week here at the start of August. The owners were excellent hosts and provided a warm welcome, along with ample supplies of food and drink. The villa was immaculate and very comfortable - better wifi than we get at home and netflix for overheated kids. The pool and surrounding gardens were brilliant, with many interesting and unusual poolside extras. The owners kept us supplied with fresh homegrown produce (all wonderful!) and if we had to shop, the local minimart is within walking distance. We felt that this holiday was outstanding, it was lovely to stay somewhere a little bit different and our huge thanks to the owners, for making it really special.
