There are places you go to simply relax, but you leave with the feeling that you’ve lived through a little fairytale. This villa is exactly such a place. Here, every detail is so thoughtfully designed that you forget about time and immerse yourself in an atmosphere of comfort, beauty, and care. The architecture and design are stunning: marble, wooden accents, soft lighting, and greenery create a sense of harmony. The rooms are spacious and bright, with balconies where you can spend hours gazing at the sea. Everything is prepared with great attention to detail — comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness, high-quality robes and towels. Breakfasts and dinners are a true culinary celebration: fresh fruit, olives, seafood, homemade pastries, and exquisite cheeses. But the most important treasure of the resort is its people. Here you don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like someone truly cared for and welcomed.  A very special thank you to Alla and Joanna. Alla — your warm welcome, energy, and attention were pure magic for us. You created the feeling of being at home away from home, and every word and smile felt like those of a dear friend. Joanna — you are a true master of details. You always knew what to recommend and how to surprise us: from a dessert to ideas for how to spend our day. Thanks to you, we felt cared for in every single moment. We are grateful not only for the comfort but also for the atmosphere, for the sense that time here seemed to stop. For the sunrises over the sea, for the smiles, and for all the little joys that made up our perfect holiday. Thank you, Alla, and Joanna — you gave us a holiday that turned into inspiration. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The resort is perfect on every level — the villas are beautifully designed, the food is exquisite, and the service is truly impeccable. During our visit, my husband was unfortunately hospitalised due to kidney stones, and it was during this difficult time that the true spirit of the resort team shone through. The kindness, compassion, and support I received from the staff were beyond anything I could have expected. They genuinely cared for us, ensuring that I was comfortable and looked after throughout my time alone at the hotel. A special mention to Sophia at Meat in Point, who made sure I was well fed and served me the best wine according to my particular taste. Their empathy and professionalism turned what could have been a very stressful situation into one filled with warmth and reassurance. I will always be grateful for their incredible care and humanity. Is not just a luxury resort — it is a place where guests are treated like family. I cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning under happier circumstances.

This was our second holiday at this villa, and as soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Alla & Sofia the Guest Relations Manager as well as the resort Manager. Sofia looked after us during our stay and nothing was too much trouble. We wanted a meal in the local town for a special occasion, Sofia arranged everything and booked us into a lovely restaurant where the food and ambiance was perfect. Sofia really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Every morning we were greeted for breakfast, the staff work so hard, their service was impeccable. My partner is vegan, and catering for her dietary requirements is usually a challenge. Not at the resort, the food was lovely and there was plenty of options for her to pick from. In summary, the resort, amenities, the location and in particular the staff at the hotel were fabulous.

The beach area was very well set up, comfortable, and never felt overcrowded, which made it especially relaxing.What really stood out was the outstanding service across the entire hotel – from the restaurants to the beach staff and everyone we interacted with. The entertainment team, especially Chrysa, Sophia, and Alla, were amazing. They not only gave us great recommendations on where to go for dinner and how to explore nearby villages but also helped us with restaurant bookings and arranging taxis, so we never had to worry about the details.We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

We also enjoyed the excellent room service, which was quick and of top quality. The dinners at the beachfront restaurant were unforgettable – a mix of fine dining with a magical sea view. Everything felt luxurious yet warm and welcoming. This is by far one of the most amazing hotels we have ever stayed at, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dream holiday in Crete.

The layout was fantastic, with all rooms close to the lobby, pool and beach. There are also a number of golf buggies that operate around the resort. I don’t know how they do it, but we never weighted more than a few minutes every time. The food was also superb, one of the best breakfasts we have had, with a combination of table service and buffet, very high quality fresh produce and selection of items. The two restaurants (Meatin Point and Eternal blue) were also excellent with very high quality meat and seafood, The beach setup is the best we have ever had at any 5* hotel, white sandy beaches with free cabanas with a sofa and beds. A push of a button and staff would immediately come over and take orders. Above all else what really stood out for us was the quality of the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to always make sure everything was taken care of. Special thanks the to Sophia, the Front desk and Guest Relations manager who made our stay extra special.

It’s without doubt one of the best luxury hotels I have ever experienced; elegant, refined, and absolutely worth it. A special shout-out to Chrysa at reception, she was simply amazing! Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, she made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm smile and helpfulness truly set the tone for the whole experience.
