Les Villas Muscalas sont situées à Monodendri Paxos, à seulement deux minutes de la plage de Monodendri, avec une superbe vue sur la mer, des piscines privées et un accès Internet. Les villas Muscalas sont un complexe de vacances qui émerge des oliveraies séculaires de l'île de Paxos. Le complexe se compose de deux villas jumelles, la villa Elia et la villa Petra, situées à seulement 120 mètres de la plage de Monodendri. Les deux villas sont entièrement équipées et disposent d'un accès Internet wifi dans toutes les chambres et zones.

Villa Petra a une dimension de 75 m². Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez un salon-salle à manger décloisonné, une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle de bains. À côté de celles-ci, vous trouverez l'une des deux chambres avec deux lits simples (pouvant être réunis en un seul sur demande), une armoire, un boudoir, la climatisation et une protection d'insert de fenêtre. La chambre donne sur la piscine et la mer. En montant à l'étage, vous trouverez la deuxième chambre avec un lit double, une armoire, un boudoir, un climatiseur, une moustiquaire, sa propre salle de bain et surtout une terrasse privée de 25 pieds carrés où le visiteur peut prendre son petit-déjeuner ou même un cocktail rafraîchissant. au coucher du soleil. Dans chaque chambre, il y a du linge de lit frais, des serviettes propres pour le visage et le corps ainsi que des rideaux capables d'ombrager la pièce.

“Perfect location, perfect villa”

Been to Paxos many times before. How nice to find a villa with everything so well thought out. Air con throughout, lovely showers, fly screens, great BBQ, WiFi, great shared areas, views to die for, and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Easy parking…
Been to Paxos many times before. How nice to find a villa with everything so well thought out. Air con throughout, lovely showers, fly screens, great BBQ, WiFi, great shared areas, views to die for, and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Easy parking bays. The property comprises two mirror designed properties in close proximity with only a rudimentary fence in between. For most of our stay the other villa was vacant. Perfect. But something to bear in mind if you want a peaceful week but have noisy neighbours. Having said that, the 2 villas are ideal if you want to take friends, or teenagers, who want to do their own thing. Book them both! We had a great time, with friends who were newto Paxos, and we all want to come back!

Siamo stati ospiti di Villa Petra situata tra Longos e Lakka a non più di 200 m a piedi di Manodendri , una delle più belle spiagge di Paxos dove si trova il giustamente famoso Ben’s bar. Villa Petra e’ una villa su due livelli con verande con fantastica vista ed una comoda piscina ben tenuta . La villa e’ nuova ,veramente funzionale e dotata di ogni confort . La gestione e’ attenta e discreta , un punto di riferimento sicuro per godere in pieno relax la vita dell’isola. La consiglio vivamente.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villas Muscalas.

Family of four with 2 young girls, we found the villa was perfect for our needs. The space was stylish and comfortable, the pool was ideal for our family and lots of good comfy seating around it. We loved the outdoor eating area and the views were just lovely. We didn't eat a single meal inside! There were lots of lovely touches in the villa - soft towels, beautiful olive oil soaps, water, juice and wine waiting for us in the fridge, as well as a stocked kitchen that included candles & matches, nice dishes, etc., so you can make your own romantic meals at home. The Vila is about a 5-10 minute walk from beautiful Manadendri beach, and it is a steep walk but it's a paved road. The beach is lovely (but rocky, bring aqua shoes) and there are 2 tavernas serving fab food and free paddle boards that you can use. There is also a pool at the beach that you can use if you buy some food at the restaurant (ice cream counted!), so we could mix it up during the week and that kept the kids happy. Check in was quick and easy, Marios met us and showed us around, and then Artemis the housekeeper came by the next day to see that we had everything we needed. She was extremely kind and helpful, and helped make our stay really easy and comfortable. We had planned not to have a car and just use taxis, but in the end we found we did want a car to keep up with groceries. There are 2 villas side by side, so we could see and hear the people in the villa next door, but we didn't find that to be an intrusion on our enjoyment. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday, and plan to come again - hopefully for a longer stay!

It's a lovely villa that's literally a couple of minutes from the beach. As someone else mentioned, it looks exactly as it does in the photos. We thought that the pool might have been tiny as it looked stretched in the panoramic photos but it was actually a good size. It was really well equipped and even has a washing machine. I will definitely return.
