Le Fantasia Villa Zante propose des salles à manger intérieures et extérieures. Spacieux et lumineux avec une vue entièrement vitrée face à la piscine, au vignoble et à la mer. Il y a une table à manger dans la cuisine ouverte ainsi qu'à l'extérieur sous la véranda couverte. Amazing Villa. Amazing Location!

My family and I had the most fabulous holiday. From our first enquiry to our sad but fond farewell Giorgos and Monika were the perfect hosts; friendly, helpful and welcoming. The villa was beautiful, tasteful and had everything we could want and more. The villa is secluded and not overlooked, set in olive groves and vineyards that Giorgios harvests and makes tasty olive oil and great wine from, not to mention all the fruits and herbs growing about the villa. There are breathtaking views of the Ionion Sea to Kefalonia. Each day we wandered down to the blue caves and swam and kayaked before lounging by our own perfect pool. The nearest little harbour has family run tavernas serving great food, two pretty beaches and all sorts of boats of various sizes to go out to explore the cliffs and caves from. The snorkling is fantastic in azure seas with so much to see. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely return. Thank you Giorgos and Monika.

My husband and I stayed in this villa for 3 nights on our babymoon and it was the best part of our trip to Greece! Giorgos was the best host - incredibly friendly, brought us wine made from grapes grown in the vineyards on the property, fresh olive oil, fresh fruits and vegetables, and he let us hang out with his sweet dog, Dias. The property itself is also spectacular. The infinity pool is wonderful, the views of the sea are beautiful, and you can walk down to the sea to swim or use the canoes to explore the blue caves (it is one of the only properties on the island with direct access to the caves). There are also bikes provided so you can explore the area a bit more. The property is very close to several beautiful beaches, and also just a few minutes drive to a small town with several good restaurants and a supermarket. I would highly recommend!! I cannot wait to return!

It is a very high end property on a perfect spot. Everything is exactly - if not better than - as described. Giorgos is a nice, gentle and non-invasive host that was always there to help us with hints or treats at arrival and during the stay. We cooked and barbecued a lot. The views are amazingly breathtaking. The sea access is ok and it is definitely worth going. We have no doubt whatsoever that we'll come back frequently. Giorgo's dog (Dias Zeus) was a very good company that would walk us to the sea or follow us when we went cycling. One of the best holidays ever!

The view from the villa is breathtaking and makes up for the price. We highly recommend this place!

We had the most fantastic time staying at the Villa. It was the perfect location to relax and had outstanding facilities. The villa was beautifully presented and maintained to a very high standard. Only a short drive was the local port where there was a great beach and there are some nice restaurants around the area to enjoy. Giorgos was an amazing host who would organise anything from in-house catering, boat trips to the Blue Caves and endless bottles of their lovely home grown wine. Dias, the owners dog, was also a huge hit with my daughter. There is also access to the caves from the villa which was an unexpected bonus. All in all an unforgettable experience that I could not fault in any way.

This is a well-appointed villa on a hillside 5 minutes from Agios Nikolaos. There are about 4 other villas visible from the terrace and a stunning view of the sea and across to the Kefalonia. The other properties were either empty or quiet so we had a very tranquil and relaxing time. The property totally fulfilled our needs for the week and there are an array of local tavernas to eat out in the town and further afield. There is a steep walk down steps carved into the rock to reach the sea. It takes about 5 minutes and is best tackled in trainers rather than anything too flimsy. When you reach the bottom there is a platform to leap into the sea and some sea kayaks for your use. Getting out of the water is best attempted in jelly shoes or similar. Giorgios was a charming host and provided wine, fruit and local information. You couldn’t really ask for more

Just returned home after a wonderful stay. The owner Giorgios was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. He did everything he could to make our stay relaxing, including leaving some essential supplies of homemade wine, olive oil, olives, water, oregano…
Just returned home after a wonderful stay. The owner Giorgios was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. He did everything he could to make our stay relaxing, including leaving some essential supplies of homemade wine, olive oil, olives, water, oregano and home grown grapes and vegetables. He organized some massages for us in the villa and brought fresh fish for our barbecue. The villa is beautiful, set amongst the vines with stunning sea views and a little path down to the sea (not for the faint hearted) where there are sea kayaks waiting. Diaz (the dog) is the star of the show, leading us down to the waters edge and keeping us right in the kayak. We all fell in love with him!

We have just returned to the UK after a fantastic week spent in this villa. It’s setting is spectacular, with views across the sea to Kefalonia. What turned a great holiday into a magical one however was the warmth of the welcome we received throughout the week from the owner, Giorgos and his friendly companion Dias. Giorgos was very generous with the wine he produces from the vines, and the fruit and vegetables all grown on the property. We recommend the walk to the lighthouse first thing in the morning - it makes a great start to the day and we were usually accompanied by Dias. It takes about 25mins at Dias’s gentle pace, and there’s coffee at the cafe next to the windmill from about 07:30. Orizodes was our restaurant of choice. It’s only 5mins by car and we loved its fresh menu. We are already planning our return trip!

Just Wonderful...

We stumbled across this property after being unable to book a last minute holiday. We were initially suspicious of the reviews which sounded too good to be true and a booking process we had not encountered before. After speaking to Monica and Giorgos…
We stumbled across this property after being unable to book a last minute holiday. We were initially suspicious of the reviews which sounded too good to be true and a booking process we had not encountered before. After speaking to Monica and Giorgos in person we were happy and reassured. Monica was very helpful answering all the questions we had and helping us with logistics and directions. We were met at the airport with the keys to a rental car which meant no queueing at at rental desk with tired kids. After a 45 minute scenic drive we arrived in the most gorgeous little port of Aghios Nilokalos where Giorgos met us to take us to the villa only 3 minutes up the road. Giorgos provided us with wine, olive oil and herbs from the property and brought us the most wonderful seafood when we asked if he could hep us source some for the BBQ. The villa is lovely. New, well equipped, and comfortable. There is an outdoor fire pit bbq which we all loved. The view is unbelievably beautiful. Our highlight was to walk down to the water every morning and jump in from the rocks to swim out to the kayaks and visit the Blue Caves. The sea is clean and so clear you can see down to 25m. It is the most stunning colour. The steps taking you down the the rocks can be treacherous and you need to be physically able as it is steep and there is nothing to hold on to. We loved it but would not recommend it with very young children or elderly people. Every villa comes with a stunning pool and the nearest beach is only a 3 minute drive away so there is something for everyone. There are also some great restaurants in short driving distance. La Storia on the beach is great for lunch and their Greek night is a must. Nobelos is on the pricey side but the food is organic, delicious and the setting is stunning. Kaminaki in Volimes is worth the 15 minute hilly drive. A passionate and quirky host cooking simple yet fantastic greek food. The Villa felt like home from home and ticked all our boxes. Great accommodation, great weather, stunning scenery, delicious local food. Active and relaxing holiday in equal measure. Giorgos and Monika are doing a great job looking after their guests in the most stunning setting. We don't usually go back to the same place twice but we will without a doubt be returning to this villa.

Highly highly recommended. It was beautiful and relaxing

Three bottles of wine as a welcome gift. Host asked if everything was okay. The host organized a boat tour for us and gave us valuable tips. The accommodation is highly recommended.

What a beautiful Villa!!

We booked the villa for 4 people, my wife, daughter, her friend and myself. It took about an hour to get here from Zakynthos airport, but it was worth it. The roads in this part of Greece are not the greatest, but if you take your time, parts of it are picturesque, including the goats on the roadway. This is a house, not a hotel. It does not have room service, but you can order from some of the local restaurants for delivery. We decided to go shopping and cook for lunch and dinner. There is an infinity pool and access to the ocean via stairs, a lot of stairs. If you want to go somewhere to relax, just relax, this is a very good place. We ended up staying here the whole time, went into the local town for provisions, and just enjoyed.
