Chaque logement dispose d'une piscine privée de grandes dimensions et offre une vue imprenable sur Marathonissi et vous assure une couverture absolue des moments privés de détente pendant vos vacances. L'emplacement en amphithéâtre des locaux ainsi que la manière dont les villas ont été construites pour qu'elles ne se gênent pas, offrent à tous les locaux une vue imprenable sur le bleu clair sans limites des eaux cristallines de Zante.

La Villa Exécutive à Exensian Villas & Suites Zante est une location de vacances de luxe avec 3 chambres et une piscine privée. Villa exceptionnellement spacieuse avec piscine privée. Il contient 3 chambres indépendantes, un salon avec 2 canapés-lits supplémentaires au cas où il y aurait plus de 6 personnes, une cuisine entièrement équipée, 2 salles de bains et une baignoire – installations d'hydromassage. Il y a aussi un WC supplémentaire. En entrant dans la Villa Exécutive, vous êtes dans le salon. Le grand balcon en face de vous offre une vue magique sur la mer et Marathonissi. De ce balcon romantique, vous aurez le calme en contemplant le plus bel endroit de Zante !!!

Au même niveau, il y a la cuisine et la salle de bain avec baignoire hydromassante. De ce niveau, en descendant les escaliers, vous trouverez deux autres chambres pratiques et l'autre salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. Ces chambres ont une cour privée, tandis que leur vue vous étonnera !!! En montant l'escalier intérieur, vous pouvez arriver à la chambre pratique du deuxième étage qui est équipée de toilettes supplémentaires et d'une grande véranda privée, avec également une vue fantastique sur la mer !!! Cette villa est idéale pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis qui veulent être absolument isolés.

The location was perfect fit for us. We are a family of 4 (2 kids age 4 and 7) and we very much enjoy living in privacy, but still want to be close to the sea and beaches and restaurants ideally in walking distance. And this place had this all and much more. This property was one of the best if not the best from all we have ever been before when renting the villa for our vacation. The owners of the villa complex and all stuff are extremly kind and helpful and hospitable. They recommended and helped us with organizing activities during our stay and all was always great. The took sincere care to see us happy and comfy. The villa was very elegant, perfectly clean and the pool was great. The view from the villa on Marathonisi (Turtle shape island just in front of you) was stunning, you can observe awesome sunrise everyday. We rented the car, which was useful as we had the opportunity to explore the island more and so we did. I also appreciated that there is cleaning organized every day, including the change of the towels. Most of villa rentals do not offer this and I really appreciated this. Overall - PERFECT and we would not hesitate to come back!!!

Exensian was the best, most perfect place to stay. We have traveled around the world and this was one of the most beautiful places we've stayed with the most attentive and caring hosts we've ever experienced. Our car died one morning and within a few minutes, Spiros and Spiros had jumper cables and another car to jump us and lent us the cables for the rest of our stay. They were always available and had great recommendations about what to do on the island. The villa was better than advertised, with amazing views, plenty of space, the right amenities, a great pool, and on and on!! The taverna nearby was also amazing and the little beach within walking distance was also incredible. Beautiful, clear water and rocks to jump off of, all with a great view too. The closest town is a quick 5 minute drive if you need a market or other restaurants, and you are only a 15 minute drive from a spectacular sunset. When I return to travel destinations, I am likely to try something new, but when I return to Greece, I will be highly inclined to return to Zakynthos and Exensian.

Memorable Stay!

Fantastic location and views with all the facilities we needed. Lovely outdoor space although pool was too cold to be able to use. The host was very attentive and easily accessible.

One of the best Villas I have stayed in, everything was perfect. The views and pool were just amazing! The villa was perfect the family rooms and bedrooms were a good size, with all the facilities needed. Loved the balconies - the view was just amazing and had comfortable seating areas! Everything was clean and well maintained from inside the villa, to the gardens and the pool. There was also a awesome little family owned Tavern Votsalo just within 5 minutes walk for lunch and dinner that served amazing food and had great views. Spiros who is the caretaker of the property was exceptional he was attentive and always willing to go above and beyond. I will surely come back and stay here again!

Wow, a superb place! We were a group of three couples that shared both halves of the villa. (It splits in two which I wasn't previously aware of). We loved this property and it was perfect for our needs. It is a beautiful villa, in a beautiful (and ordinarily quiet) out of the way location. The staff were absolutely amazing. The pool was large for this size of villa and was the perfect temperature. The terrace areas were fantastic. What an amazing view! Kitchen facilities were adequate, and there was loads of fridge and freezer space. The villa was cleaned every day to an exceptional standard. There are two tavernas within walking distance, Votsalo, which was good (seafood dishes average but everything else brilliant) and another which we didn't visit. Keri beach has plenty of good tavernas, a few small supermarkets, and a bakery - it's a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. There are two lovely areas to swim within easy walking distance, - a rocky cove to the West wth excellent snorkelling, and a pebbly beach to the East which is lovely. Book without hesitation, with the exception of a few minor considerations we've mentioned, you won't regret it.

We have traveled around the world and this was one of the most beautiful places we've stayed with the most attentive and caring hosts we've ever experienced. Our car died one morning and within a few minutes, Spiros and Spiros had jumper cables and another car to jump us and lent us the cables for the rest of our stay. They were always available and had great recommendations about what to do on the island. The villa was better than advertised, with amazing views, plenty of space, the right amenities, a great pool, and on and on!! The taverna nearby was also amazing and the little beach within walking distance was also incredible. Beautiful, clear water and rocks to jump off of, all with a great view too. The closest town is a quick 5 minute drive if you need a market or other restaurants, and you are only a 15 minute drive from a spectacular sunset. When I return to travel destinations, I am likely to try something new, but when I return to Greece, I will be highly inclined to return to Zakynthos and Exensian.
