Dessin Villa Chania si distingue per la sua posizione perfetta, la sua struttura moderna e l'incomparabile decorazione degli interni. Dessin VIlla Chania è una nuovissima struttura a due piani di 130 mq a soli 50 metri dalla spiaggia di Kolymbari e da tutti i tipi di servizi. Pietra e legno sono armonicamente combinati con tocchi di rosso e giallo in ogni camera offrendo una sistemazione rilassante e allo stesso tempo di lusso. L'interno è fondamentalmente caratterizzato dai suoi spazi all'aperto in modo da poter percepire la sensazione di aria fresca che domina ovunque.

L'esterno dispone di una piscina privata di 50 mq con area per bambini, una bella terrazza con tavolo da pranzo e proprio accanto è posizionato il barbecue a gas per i tuoi pasti più soddisfacenti e rilassati. Ampie parti dell'esterno sono ricoperte da prati, piante e fiori con vari colori che si aggiungono allo scenario incantevole. (Riscaldamento opzionale della piscina con supplemento di 350 Euro a settimana).

Un capiente soggiorno con comodi mobili moderni e un camino a doppia faccia che guarda sia all'interno che all'esterno della villa. Una cucina completamente attrezzata e dotata di tutti i servizi (microonde, lavastoviglie, tostapane, bollitore, forno, grill, piastre elettriche, frigorifero, frigorifero, tv, macchina per il caffè americano). Una camera con 2 letti singoli che possono essere uniti con un ampio letto matrimoniale. La camera dispone inoltre di un terrazzino privato con tavolino e comode poltroncine. Un bagno con cabina doccia. Servizi di lavanderia.

Una camera matrimoniale con un grande letto matrimoniale e una mansarda con un divano letto che si trasforma in un grande letto matrimoniale (la scala per la mansarda richiede cautela, non adatta a bambini sotto i 15 anni). La camera matrimoniale ha anche un bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio. Una camera con 2 letti singoli che possono essere uniti a un ampio letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato con cabina doccia. Una terrazza al primo piano ben arredata, con vista sulla piscina e sull'eccellente vista della zona circostante, a cui si accede da entrambe le camere.

Strada pedonale privata che entra nella villa con piante locali a destra ea sinistra. Recinzione in pietra intorno alla villa armonizzata con dettagli in legno, lasciando il senso di sicurezza e privacy. Una piscina privata traboccante di 50 m2 con sezione per bambini. Inoltre, l'intera piscina è ricoperta da un materiale leggermente ruvido che la rende meno scivolosa e lascia una sensazione naturale di sabbia. (Facoltativo riscaldamento della piscina con supplemento di 350 Euro a settimana). 6 comodi lettini. Un barbecue a gas all'ombra del moderno pergolato e delle necessarie attrezzature da cucina.

Posto garage privato con pergolato e portone ad apertura elettrica per 1 auto e altri 3 posti auto esterni alla villa. Due salotti all'aperto di cui tre poltrone con comodi cuscini e intorno a un tavolo Una poltrona sospesa che può essere spostata ovunque sia preferibile Un tavolo da pranzo con otto poltrone per i pasti più rilassanti e golosi Un bel pergolato moderno che protegge dal sole le zone relax. La villa offre gratuitamente 2 biciclette.

We went to celebrate my sisters birthday and they went over and beyond for us. The property was stunning, every detail was well thought off. Close to the sea and public transport. Lovely villagey feel to the area. I couldn't sing their praises enough.

Perfect

The villa, location and service was utterly perfect. Vasos was ta wonderful host and the villa was incredibly well provisioned, cleaned and serviced. I can’t recommend the villa highly enough.

Waterpark a 30 minute drive which was very fun, and there are many land train tours that take you to places like lakes and orange groves which were really lovely days out.

The hosts are lovely and really helpful. The villa is kept spotlessly clean, the outside cleaned daily and linen changed every three days. Really peaceful area , although only a few minutes walk from the sea and some great tavernas.

I booked this villa for my birthday celebrations with my two sisters and their husbands. I wanted something modern and a little bit special and wow didn’t we get it. It totally exceeded our expectations from the personal touches, location and those little extras you don’t expect. The owners were welcoming, kind, helpful and on call if needed. The villas location is within easy walking distance to the beach, bar/cafes, restaurants and shops. If you are looking for somewhere buzzing this is not the place for you as Kolymvari is a traditional village and as such we found it friendly and relaxing. The bar/cafe next door, Dream Cafe, became our local haunt where the hospitality was second to none, we felt like one of the locals. Although the bar is close by we never ever heard any noise. We highly recommend the Villa Dessin.

The villa is exceptional, I could tell from the first minute that our stay was going to be amazing. The quality of materials is excellent, the decoration, the amenities, the furniture everything is perfectly matched with the villa. Also we enjoyed the fantastic view, from our balcony we could see the cretan sea just 50 meters away. Another thing that we liked was that in the villa we found everything we needed for our stay, very clean rooms, very welcoming hosts, a nice welcoming gift including wine raki and some delicious cretan delicacy. Swimming pool is just perfect. The weather was perfect a the time we visited, the location is good just minutes away from Platanias perfect for visiting Balos or Elafonisi but at the same time away from the noise. We definitly going to visit again soon, thanks for this amazing experience.

Even better than described!
