Dessin Villa Chania stands out because of its perfect location, its modern structure, and incomparable interior decoration. Dessin VIlla Chania is a brand new two-storey structure of 130sqm only 50m from Kolymbari Beach and all kinds of amenities. Stone and wood are harmonically combined with touches of red and yellow in each room offering a relaxing and meanwhile luxury accommodation. The interior is basically characterized by its open-air spaces so that you can sense the feeling of fresh air dominating all over the place.

The exterior features a 50sqm private swimming pool with a children’s area, a nice deck with a dining table, and right next to it is placed the gas barbeque for your most satisfying and relaxed meals. Large parts of the outside are covered with lawns, plants, and flowers with various colors adding to the lovely scenery. (Optional heating of the pool with extra cost of 350 Euro per week).

A capacious living room with comfortable modern furniture and a two-sided fireplace looking both, the inside and the outside of the villa. A fully equipped kitchen featuring all the facilities (microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, grill, electric hotplates, fridge, refrigerator, tv, filter coffee maker). A bedroom with 2 single beds that can be united with a large double bed. The bedroom also has a private terrace with a table and comfortable armchairs. A bathroom with shower cabin. Laundry facilities.

A Master Bedroom with a large double bed and an attic with a sofa bed that converts to a large double bed (the ladder to the attic needs caution, not suitable for children under 15 y.o.). The Master Bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tab. A bedroom with 2 single beds that can be attached to a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. A nicely furnished first floor terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and the excellent view of the surrounding area, that can be accessed by both bedrooms.

Private peddle road entering the villa with local plants right and left to it. Stone fence around the villa harmonized with wooden details, leaving the sense of safety and privacy.  An overflowing private swimming pool of 50 m2 including a children’s section. Further, the whole swimming pool is covered by a slightly rough material making it less slippery and leaving a natural sandy feeling. (Optional heating of the pool with extra cost of 350 Euro per week). 6 comfortable sunbeds. A gas BBQ under the shade of the modern pergola and the necessary kitchen facilities.

Private garage space with pergola and electric opening door for 1 car and 3 more parking spaces outside the villa. Two outdoor lounges including three armchairs with comfortable cushions and around a table A suspended armchair that can be moved anywhere preferable A dining table with eight armchairs for the most relaxing and indulging meals A nice modern pergola protecting the seating areas from the sun. The villa offers 2 bikes for free.

We went to celebrate my sisters birthday and they went over and beyond for us. The property was stunning, every detail was well thought off. Close to the sea and public transport. Lovely villagey feel to the area. I couldn't sing their praises enough.

Perfect

The villa, location and service was utterly perfect. Vasos was ta wonderful host and the villa was incredibly well provisioned, cleaned and serviced. I can’t recommend the villa highly enough.

Waterpark a 30 minute drive which was very fun, and there are many land train tours that take you to places like lakes and orange groves which were really lovely days out.

The hosts are lovely and really helpful. The villa is kept spotlessly clean, the outside cleaned daily and linen changed every three days. Really peaceful area , although only a few minutes walk from the sea and some great tavernas.

I booked this villa for my birthday celebrations with my two sisters and their husbands. I wanted something modern and a little bit special and wow didn’t we get it. It totally exceeded our expectations from the personal touches, location and those little extras you don’t expect. The owners were welcoming, kind, helpful and on call if needed. The villas location is within easy walking distance to the beach, bar/cafes, restaurants and shops. If you are looking for somewhere buzzing this is not the place for you as Kolymvari is a traditional village and as such we found it friendly and relaxing. The bar/cafe next door, Dream Cafe, became our local haunt where the hospitality was second to none, we felt like one of the locals. Although the bar is close by we never ever heard any noise. We highly recommend the Villa Dessin.

The villa is exceptional, I could tell from the first minute that our stay was going to be amazing. The quality of materials is excellent, the decoration, the amenities, the furniture everything is perfectly matched with the villa. Also we enjoyed the fantastic view, from our balcony we could see the cretan sea just 50 meters away. Another thing that we liked was that in the villa we found everything we needed for our stay, very clean rooms, very welcoming hosts, a nice welcoming gift including wine raki and some delicious cretan delicacy. Swimming pool is just perfect. The weather was perfect a the time we visited, the location is good just minutes away from Platanias perfect for visiting Balos or Elafonisi but at the same time away from the noise. We definitly going to visit again soon, thanks for this amazing experience.
