Dessin Villa Chania destaca por su perfecta ubicación, su estructura moderna y su incomparable decoración interior. Dessin VIlla Chania es una nueva estructura de dos pisos de 130 metros cuadrados a solo 50 metros de la playa de Kolymbari y todo tipo de comodidades. La piedra y la madera se combinan armónicamente con toques de rojo y amarillo en cada habitación, ofreciendo un alojamiento relajante y de lujo. El interior se caracteriza básicamente por sus espacios al aire libre para que puedas sentir la sensación de aire fresco dominando todo el lugar.

El exterior cuenta con una piscina privada de 50 metros cuadrados con zona para niños, una bonita terraza con una mesa de comedor y, justo al lado, se encuentra la barbacoa de gas para que disfrutes de tus comidas más satisfactorias y relajadas. Gran parte del exterior está cubierto de césped, plantas y flores con varios colores que se suman al hermoso paisaje. (Calefacción opcional de la piscina con un coste adicional de 350 euros por semana).

Una sala de estar espaciosa con muebles cómodos y modernos y una chimenea de dos lados que mira tanto hacia el interior como hacia el exterior de la villa. Una cocina totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades (microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, hervidor, horno, grill, placas eléctricas, nevera, frigorífico, tv, cafetera de filtro). Un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales que se pueden unir con una gran cama de matrimonio. El dormitorio también tiene una terraza privada con una mesa y cómodos sillones. Un baño con cabina de ducha. Instalaciones de lavandería.

Un dormitorio principal con una cama doble grande y un ático con un sofá cama que se convierte en una cama doble grande (la escalera al ático necesita precaución, no apta para niños menores de 15 años). El dormitorio principal también tiene un baño en suite con una pestaña de jacuzzi. Un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales que se pueden unir a una cama doble grande y un baño en suite con cabina de ducha. Una terraza en el primer piso muy bien amueblada, con vista a la piscina y la excelente vista de los alrededores, a la que se puede acceder por ambos dormitorios.

Camino de pedaleo privado que ingresa a la villa con plantas locales a derecha e izquierda. Valla de piedra alrededor de la villa armonizada con detalles de madera, dejando la sensación de seguridad y privacidad. Una piscina privada desbordante de 50 m2 que incluye una sección para niños. Además, toda la piscina está cubierta por un material ligeramente rugoso que la hace menos resbaladiza y deja una sensación arenosa natural. (Calefacción opcional de la piscina con un coste adicional de 350 euros por semana). 6 cómodas tumbonas. Una barbacoa de gas a la sombra de la moderna pérgola y las instalaciones de cocina necesarias.

We went to celebrate my sisters birthday and they went over and beyond for us. The property was stunning, every detail was well thought off. Close to the sea and public transport. Lovely villagey feel to the area. I couldn't sing their praises enough.

Perfect

The villa, location and service was utterly perfect. Vasos was ta wonderful host and the villa was incredibly well provisioned, cleaned and serviced. I can’t recommend the villa highly enough.

Waterpark a 30 minute drive which was very fun, and there are many land train tours that take you to places like lakes and orange groves which were really lovely days out.

The hosts are lovely and really helpful. The villa is kept spotlessly clean, the outside cleaned daily and linen changed every three days. Really peaceful area , although only a few minutes walk from the sea and some great tavernas.

I booked this villa for my birthday celebrations with my two sisters and their husbands. I wanted something modern and a little bit special and wow didn’t we get it. It totally exceeded our expectations from the personal touches, location and those little extras you don’t expect. The owners were welcoming, kind, helpful and on call if needed. The villas location is within easy walking distance to the beach, bar/cafes, restaurants and shops. If you are looking for somewhere buzzing this is not the place for you as Kolymvari is a traditional village and as such we found it friendly and relaxing. The bar/cafe next door, Dream Cafe, became our local haunt where the hospitality was second to none, we felt like one of the locals. Although the bar is close by we never ever heard any noise. We highly recommend the Villa Dessin.

The villa is exceptional, I could tell from the first minute that our stay was going to be amazing. The quality of materials is excellent, the decoration, the amenities, the furniture everything is perfectly matched with the villa. Also we enjoyed the fantastic view, from our balcony we could see the cretan sea just 50 meters away. Another thing that we liked was that in the villa we found everything we needed for our stay, very clean rooms, very welcoming hosts, a nice welcoming gift including wine raki and some delicious cretan delicacy. Swimming pool is just perfect. The weather was perfect a the time we visited, the location is good just minutes away from Platanias perfect for visiting Balos or Elafonisi but at the same time away from the noise. We definitly going to visit again soon, thanks for this amazing experience.

Even better than described!
