Golden Hill Villa Chania è una villa di lusso di 450 mq con un'elevata qualità di costruzione e strutture di lusso per tutta la famiglia. Situata su una collina totalmente privata e recintata di 6.000 mq appena alla periferia della città di Chania, la villa offre pace assoluta e probabilmente la migliore vista completa sull'isola di Creta e sul mare! Hai la sensazione di stare sopra il cielo perché la villa si trova a 600 metri sul livello del mare e la città di Chania ma a pochi km da loro!

Un'atmosfera tranquilla e strutture moderne per vacanze riposanti, ideali per famiglie e bambini, coppie, sposini e persone di buon gusto. Goditi la pace, il comfort e il lusso in questa villa squisita e incomparabile.

Totalmente isolata ma anche vicina a tutto, la villa su tre piani di 450 mq è arredata con stile dentro e fuori con grande attenzione ad ogni dettaglio. Golden Hill Villa Chania può ospitare 10 persone in letti e fino a 12 persone se necessario.

Entrando in Golden Hill Villa Chania al piano terra c'è un'ampia area open space che contiene il soggiorno con camino, un HDTV satellitare da 47 pollici, una zona pranzo interna e una cucina completamente attrezzata con infissi di alta qualità e dispositivi. C'è anche un'altra area salotto con una vista incantevole che si estende di fronte ad essa. La zona giorno si apre su una veranda con un salottino che conduce alla piscina e al giardino. Inoltre, sullo stesso piano si trovano anche un ufficio organizzato e un bagno.

Raggiungendo il primo piano ci sono tre camere da letto, due con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli. Una delle camere matrimoniali è dotata di bagno privato con doccia. C'è anche il bagno principale con vasca idromassaggio sullo stesso piano. Da tutte le camere al primo piano si può godere di una splendida vista sul mare.

Una scala dal soggiorno al piano terra conduce al piano inferiore. Su questo piano c'è una palestra, un'area open space composta dalla zona giochi e la cucina secondaria. La nostra palestra dispone di una vasta collezione di attrezzature per il fitness come un tapis roulant, una cyclette, attrezzature per addominali, un attrezzo multifunzionale per il fitness e palline per esercizi. L'area giochi confortevole e accogliente comprende un grande divano, HDTV da 50 pollici, Playstation4 con giochi, giochi da tavolo, giochi per bambini e un biliardo. C'è anche un tavolo da ping pong sulla veranda fuori dalla sala giochi. Inoltre, ci sono due camere da letto sullo stesso piano, una con letto a castello e l'altra con due letti singoli che possono anche essere uniti per formare un letto matrimoniale. Su questo piano si trova anche un bagno con doccia.

L'area esterna splendidamente paesaggistica è circondata da oltre 150 diversi tipi di fiori e alberi e offre una varietà di strutture e luoghi per il relax.

We had a wonderful time

It was fantastic that we stayed here!!! It is very pleasant to be high above the town. The owner is a lovely person and is always available and helpful if you need anything. The property is well-equipped.

Hilltop paradise

Where do I begin to explain the magic of this home! Aptly named “Golden Hill”, my family of 7 adults and 3 kids (ages 4, 8 & 11) spent 8 surreal nights nights in this spectacular mountain top home. The owner and the managing company were all available and responsive for any questions we had, from before booking to check out. We arrived around 10pm and were met by the owner who gave us a tour - I couldn’t wait for daylight to see the house and property and wowee, the next few days my face just ached from smiling so much! The home is literally on top of a mountain- you can hear and see goats and sheep, see sprawling Chania and Souda Bay below you, watch swallows swoop down to take sips from the natural salt water pool. We were all blown away by how beautiful the location AND the home are. It was extremely well suited for a large group, we were able to have semi separate living quarters and also cook as many meals as we wanted. Very handy for kids who are constantly eating! The sunsets made me want to cry, each one looked like a painting. The house is high up so there was often a nice breeze coming through. I got to kick everyone’s butt on the ping pong table. The home owners also provide home made olive oil, wine and raki along with fruits and vegetables from their trees- of which 250 grace the property!!! You do need a car for this home, unless you plan to just stay at the property, which I would do in a heartbeat. Everything was so clean and they even procured groceries from a list a sent before we arrived. I honestly could go on and on about the wonders and comforts of this home, but I’ll stop here.

Golden Hill was a dream holiday destination on a rugged mountain top, only six miles from Chania. The facilities were excellent and the design and layout allowed you to sunbathe or stay cool in the heat of the day all with a cool breeze coming from the west. The mountain road made nipping anywhere slightly difficult but we learned to plan ahead for shopping or food trips. The location was ideal for staying at the villa, visiting beaches or trying the Cretan gastronomic delights on offer in the beautiful port of Chania. We are keen sailors and the host Kostadinos kindly arranged a day off shore sailing to Menies beach and around Kri Kri island which was a great day out. The family couldn't have been more helpful, generous or accommodating. They left plenty of fruit on regular visits and came to clean and change linen every three days. I can recommend to any one and maybe will return myself one day

We were a family of 10 and stayed at Golden Hill Villa in July. There were seven adults and three children under two. We had a wonderful time. The villa was ideal for the family. It has superb views over Crete and the location meant that there was always a slight breeze to moderate the high temperatures in Crete at that time of year. The layout of the villa had been craefully considered with plenty of shade, a lovely swimming pool, and lots of loungers to soak up the sun as much as we needed. Also we could sit outside for lunch, drinks and dinner and enjoy the views and lovely warm weather. There were plenty of the amenties and all you would expect of a high quality villa with a very well stocked kitchen. In addition, Kostas and those working with him, were great hosts, who were very responsive and ensured we had agreat time.

The swimming pool is not heated, but the sun did a good job about that. the garden is magnificent. Kostadinos and Anastasia greated us and treated us with kind attentions, so that we really felt at home. The whole property is spotless clean. We were feeling so well in the house that we cancelled a few visits, just to lay and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

You can tell that it used to serve as a permanent home, as lots of thought have gone into making it a perfect place. It is spotless and fully equipped, you really do have everything you need there. The views are spectacular and it also comes with a huge garden with lots of greenery (250 trees, we've been told). Both the owners and the managing agents are extremely helpful and have helped instantly with all our questions and queries. All in all, if you want to spend some time at a fantastic luxury villa in Crete, then look no further.
