Golden Hill Villa Chania est une villa de luxe de 450 m² avec une qualité de construction maximale élevée et des installations luxueuses pour toute la famille. Située sur une colline totalement privée et clôturée de 6 000 m² juste à la périphérie de la ville de La Canée, la villa offre une paix absolue et probablement la meilleure vue complète sur l'île crétoise et la mer ! Vous avez l'impression de séjourner au-dessus du ciel car la villa est située à 600 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer et de la ville de La Canée, mais à seulement quelques kilomètres d'eux !

Une atmosphère calme et des installations modernes pour des vacances reposantes, idéales pour les familles et les enfants, les couples, les jeunes mariés et les personnes de bon goût. Profitez de la paix, du confort et du luxe dans cette villa exquise et incomparable.

Totalement isolée mais aussi proche de tout, la villa de 450 m² sur trois étages est meublée avec style à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur avec une grande attention à chaque détail. Golden Hill Villa Chania peut accueillir 10 personnes dans des lits et jusqu'à 12 personnes si nécessaire.

En entrant dans la Golden Hill Villa Chania au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un grand espace ouvert qui contient le salon avec une cheminée, un téléviseur HD par satellite de 47 pouces, une salle à manger intérieure et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils de qualité supérieure et dispositifs. Il y a aussi un autre coin salon avec une belle vue qui s'étend devant. Le salon s'ouvre sur une véranda avec un coin salon qui vous mène à la piscine et au jardin. De plus, un bureau organisé et des toilettes se trouvent également au même étage.

En atteignant le premier étage, il y a trois chambres, deux avec un lit double et l'autre avec deux lits simples. L'une des chambres doubles dispose d'une salle de bains privative avec douche. Il y a aussi la salle de bain principale avec jacuzzi au même étage. Une vue imprenable sur la mer peut être offerte depuis toutes les chambres du premier étage.

Un escalier depuis le salon au rez-de-chaussée vous mène à l'étage inférieur. À cet étage, il y a une salle de gym, une aire ouverte comprenant la salle de jeux et la cuisine secondaire. Notre salle de sport dispose d'une large collection d'équipements de fitness tels qu'un tapis roulant, un vélo stationnaire, des appareils pour abdominaux, un appareil multifonctionnel de fitness et des ballons d'exercice. La salle de jeux confortable et douillette comprend un grand canapé, une télévision HD 50 pouces, une Playstation4 avec des jeux, des jeux de société, des jouets pour les jeunes enfants et un billard. Il y a aussi une table de ping-pong sur la véranda à l'extérieur de la salle de jeux. De plus, il y a deux chambres au même étage, une avec un lit superposé et l'autre avec deux lits simples qui peuvent également être réunis pour former un lit double. Une salle de bain avec douche se trouve également à cet étage.

L'espace extérieur magnifiquement aménagé est entouré de plus de 150 types de fleurs et d'arbres différents et offre une variété d'installations et d'endroits pour se détendre.

We had a wonderful time

It was fantastic that we stayed here!!! It is very pleasant to be high above the town. The owner is a lovely person and is always available and helpful if you need anything. The property is well-equipped.

Where do I begin to explain the magic of this home! Aptly named “Golden Hill”, my family of 7 adults and 3 kids (ages 4, 8 & 11) spent 8 surreal nights nights in this spectacular mountain top home. The owner and the managing company were all available and responsive for any questions we had, from before booking to check out. We arrived around 10pm and were met by the owner who gave us a tour - I couldn’t wait for daylight to see the house and property and wowee, the next few days my face just ached from smiling so much! The home is literally on top of a mountain- you can hear and see goats and sheep, see sprawling Chania and Souda Bay below you, watch swallows swoop down to take sips from the natural salt water pool. We were all blown away by how beautiful the location AND the home are. It was extremely well suited for a large group, we were able to have semi separate living quarters and also cook as many meals as we wanted. Very handy for kids who are constantly eating! The sunsets made me want to cry, each one looked like a painting. The house is high up so there was often a nice breeze coming through. I got to kick everyone’s butt on the ping pong table. The home owners also provide home made olive oil, wine and raki along with fruits and vegetables from their trees- of which 250 grace the property!!! You do need a car for this home, unless you plan to just stay at the property, which I would do in a heartbeat. Everything was so clean and they even procured groceries from a list a sent before we arrived. I honestly could go on and on about the wonders and comforts of this home, but I’ll stop here.

Golden Hill was a dream holiday destination on a rugged mountain top, only six miles from Chania. The facilities were excellent and the design and layout allowed you to sunbathe or stay cool in the heat of the day all with a cool breeze coming from the west. The mountain road made nipping anywhere slightly difficult but we learned to plan ahead for shopping or food trips. The location was ideal for staying at the villa, visiting beaches or trying the Cretan gastronomic delights on offer in the beautiful port of Chania. We are keen sailors and the host Kostadinos kindly arranged a day off shore sailing to Menies beach and around Kri Kri island which was a great day out. The family couldn't have been more helpful, generous or accommodating. They left plenty of fruit on regular visits and came to clean and change linen every three days. I can recommend to any one and maybe will return myself one day

We were a family of 10 and stayed at Golden Hill Villa in July. There were seven adults and three children under two. We had a wonderful time. The villa was ideal for the family. It has superb views over Crete and the location meant that there was always a slight breeze to moderate the high temperatures in Crete at that time of year. The layout of the villa had been craefully considered with plenty of shade, a lovely swimming pool, and lots of loungers to soak up the sun as much as we needed. Also we could sit outside for lunch, drinks and dinner and enjoy the views and lovely warm weather. There were plenty of the amenties and all you would expect of a high quality villa with a very well stocked kitchen. In addition, Kostas and those working with him, were great hosts, who were very responsive and ensured we had agreat time.

The swimming pool is not heated, but the sun did a good job about that. the garden is magnificent. Kostadinos and Anastasia greated us and treated us with kind attentions, so that we really felt at home. The whole property is spotless clean. We were feeling so well in the house that we cancelled a few visits, just to lay and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

You can tell that it used to serve as a permanent home, as lots of thought have gone into making it a perfect place. It is spotless and fully equipped, you really do have everything you need there. The views are spectacular and it also comes with a huge garden with lots of greenery (250 trees, we've been told). Both the owners and the managing agents are extremely helpful and have helped instantly with all our questions and queries. All in all, if you want to spend some time at a fantastic luxury villa in Crete, then look no further.
