Sie haben das Gefühl, über dem Himmel zu bleiben, da sich die Villa 600 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel und der Stadt Chania befindet, aber nur wenige Kilometer von ihnen entfernt!

Eine ruhige Atmosphäre und moderne Ausstattung für erholsame Ferien, ideal für Familien und Kinder, Paare, Brautpaare und Menschen mit gutem Geschmack. Genießen Sie Ruhe, Komfort und Luxus in dieser exquisiten und unvergleichlichen Villa.

Völlig abgeschieden, aber dennoch nah an allem, ist die dreistöckige 450 m² große Villa innen und außen stilvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Golden Hill Villa Chania bietet Platz für 10 Personen in Betten und bei Bedarf bis zu 12 Personen.

Beim Betreten der Golden Hill Villa Chania im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein weitläufiger Raum mit einem Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, einem 47-Zoll-HD-Sat-TV, einem Essbereich im Inneren und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten und Geräte. Es gibt auch eine weitere Sitzecke mit einer schönen Aussicht, die sich davor ausbreitet. Der Wohnbereich öffnet sich zu einer Veranda mit Sitzecke, die Sie zum Pool und zum Gartenbereich führt. Außerdem befinden sich auf derselben Etage ein organisierter Büroraum und eine Toilette.

Auf dieser Etage befinden sich ein Fitnessraum, ein offener Bereich bestehend aus dem Spielzimmerbereich und der Nebenküche. Unser Fitnessstudio verfügt über eine große Auswahl an Fitnessgeräten wie Laufband, Heimtrainer, Bauchmuskelgeräten, Fitness-Multifunktionsgeräten und Gymnastikbällen. Der komfortable und gemütliche Spielzimmerbereich umfasst ein großes Sofa, einen 50-Zoll-HD-TV, eine Playstation4 mit Spielen, Gesellschaftsspielen, Spielzeug für Kleinkinder und ein Billard. Es gibt auch eine Tischtennisplatte auf der Veranda aus dem Spielzimmer. Außerdem befinden sich auf der gleichen Etage zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Etagenbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten, die auch zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.

Der schön angelegte Außenbereich ist von mehr als 150 verschiedenen Blumen- und Baumarten umgeben und bietet eine Vielzahl von Einrichtungen und Plätzen zum Entspannen.

Where do I begin to explain the magic of this home! Aptly named “Golden Hill”, my family of 7 adults and 3 kids (ages 4, 8 & 11) spent 8 surreal nights nights in this spectacular mountain top home. The owner and the managing company were all available and responsive for any questions we had, from before booking to check out. We arrived around 10pm and were met by the owner who gave us a tour - I couldn’t wait for daylight to see the house and property and wowee, the next few days my face just ached from smiling so much! The home is literally on top of a mountain- you can hear and see goats and sheep, see sprawling Chania and Souda Bay below you, watch swallows swoop down to take sips from the natural salt water pool. We were all blown away by how beautiful the location AND the home are. It was extremely well suited for a large group, we were able to have semi separate living quarters and also cook as many meals as we wanted. Very handy for kids who are constantly eating! The sunsets made me want to cry, each one looked like a painting. The house is high up so there was often a nice breeze coming through. I got to kick everyone’s butt on the ping pong table. The home owners also provide home made olive oil, wine and raki along with fruits and vegetables from their trees- of which 250 grace the property!!! You do need a car for this home, unless you plan to just stay at the property, which I would do in a heartbeat. Everything was so clean and they even procured groceries from a list a sent before we arrived. I honestly could go on and on about the wonders and comforts of this home, but I’ll stop here.

Golden Hill was a dream holiday destination on a rugged mountain top, only six miles from Chania. The facilities were excellent and the design and layout allowed you to sunbathe or stay cool in the heat of the day all with a cool breeze coming from the west. The mountain road made nipping anywhere slightly difficult but we learned to plan ahead for shopping or food trips. The location was ideal for staying at the villa, visiting beaches or trying the Cretan gastronomic delights on offer in the beautiful port of Chania. We are keen sailors and the host Kostadinos kindly arranged a day off shore sailing to Menies beach and around Kri Kri island which was a great day out. The family couldn't have been more helpful, generous or accommodating. They left plenty of fruit on regular visits and came to clean and change linen every three days. I can recommend to any one and maybe will return myself one day

We were a family of 10 and stayed at Golden Hill Villa in July. There were seven adults and three children under two. We had a wonderful time. The villa was ideal for the family. It has superb views over Crete and the location meant that there was always a slight breeze to moderate the high temperatures in Crete at that time of year. The layout of the villa had been craefully considered with plenty of shade, a lovely swimming pool, and lots of loungers to soak up the sun as much as we needed. Also we could sit outside for lunch, drinks and dinner and enjoy the views and lovely warm weather. There were plenty of the amenties and all you would expect of a high quality villa with a very well stocked kitchen. In addition, Kostas and those working with him, were great hosts, who were very responsive and ensured we had agreat time.

The swimming pool is not heated, but the sun did a good job about that. the garden is magnificent. Kostadinos and Anastasia greated us and treated us with kind attentions, so that we really felt at home. The whole property is spotless clean. We were feeling so well in the house that we cancelled a few visits, just to lay and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

You can tell that it used to serve as a permanent home, as lots of thought have gone into making it a perfect place. It is spotless and fully equipped, you really do have everything you need there. The views are spectacular and it also comes with a huge garden with lots of greenery (250 trees, we've been told). Both the owners and the managing agents are extremely helpful and have helped instantly with all our questions and queries. All in all, if you want to spend some time at a fantastic luxury villa in Crete, then look no further.
